WebCE Wins ABA Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year

WebCE is excited to announce being named winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the 2022 American Business Awards® Customer Service Department of the Year category.

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. WebCE was one of eight to win a Bronze Stevie in the Customer Service Department of the Year-All Other Industries category.

“I am beaming with pride for this accomplishment and our Support Services Department’s commitment to serving our customers,” says Jennifer Haworth, President of WebCE. “They are truly dedicated to providing our customers with great service as evidenced by this award.”

The WebCE Support Services team, lead by Jordan Smith, was faced with many unique challenges in recent years. The team supports customers in five industries: Insurance & Financial Services, Securities, Tax & Accounting, Funeral Services and Real Estate. Throughout 2020 and 2021, Support Service Reps were asked to help customers understand training and education requirements while navigating a remote work environment with remote onboarding and learning a new cloud-based phone provider system. Through it all, they continued to receive high praise and customer satisfaction ratings and remain a source of truth for their professional customers.

“Our number one job as a support team is to be there for our customers and help them through their complex education and training needs,” said Jordan Smith, Director of WebCE Support Services Department. “We had a lot of new situations come at us in the past year, but we rallied together and adapted as needed to support our customers in the way they expect to be supported and it is an honor to be recognized for that commitment.”
