2023 Stevie Award
WebCE®, a leader in online continuing education service and support, has been named a winner of the Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category for the second consecutive year during the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The 2023 Stevie Awards, a top honor for customer service professionals, considered more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry across 49 nations and territories. WebCE was one of ten Bronze Stevie Award winners in the Customer Service Department of the Year (All Other Industries) category.

The WebCE Support Services team, led by Jordan Smith, implemented several original approaches to improve both the quality of their support and, as a result, customer satisfaction—an effort again recognized by the Stevie Awards. WebCE’s Support Services team was also a 2022 Bronze Stevie Award winner in the same category.

“Our primary focus as a support team is to guide customers through their individual professional education needs,” Smith said. “After a year implementing new approaches to improve our support, I’m proud of our team’s dedication and this well-earned recognition for their continued effort.”

In fact, WebCE’s internal data reveals 9 out of 10 customers would rate our service as excellent and would recommend WebCE to others looking for continuing education.

The 2023 Stevie Judges agreed, writing, “The WebCE team has secured some excellent credentials and customer feedback” due to their “excellent customer service.”

Feedback received from the 2023 Stevie Award judges also highlighted the new efforts WebCE’s Support Services team implemented, noting the team “definitely achieved a lot” and “has laid out the right processes and technologies in place to grow even higher.”

“Keep up the good work,” the Stevie Judges said.

The 2023 Stevie Award winners were revealed during an awards gala held Friday, March 3 in Las Vegas.
