As a long time adjuster I take exception on a few questions asked in the preliminary chapter exams - I believe two answers I was marked incorrect on gave answers not fully accurate and/or my answer was just as reasonable as the answer the course gave
It seemed to me that the chapter test answers were not always correct. Especially when questions asked for what is Not something.
The physical damage coverage to a rental car was wrong for Minnesota. In Minnesota, the coverage for damage to a rental car comes from the Property Damage Liability Coverage not the physical damage coverage from the insured's personal auto policy.
Video speeches were extremely long!

8 years of licensing, and this was best testing module I've ever had to use. The access to the material for each question. The ease of the modules. We ALL know CE is a pain, but this is the least painful test I have had to do.
The exam questions are sometimes confusing i.e., "correct" answer is too similar to another answer considered "incorrect"

Everything was great, just have 2 opportunites: 1-The minimum amount of time requried isn't met when you are following the instructions and listening to every module. I had to repeat sections just to get the timing met. 2-Is would be nice if I set volume to low and move to next module that it remembers I set the volume to low. It is very loud every time I move to the next section.

This course was very thorough, and the "read it to me audio" feature was great. I was able to read, go back and listen to ensure I fully understood the information. Everything was well-presented, which made the exam a breeze.
What I liked was the interactions "please pause and review the exercise or table" those were fun. But what I dislike is that the final Exam questions were a bit tougher than the quizzes taken after each learning sessions. If worded differently, that can be confusing because you've already learned it one way and then it gets worded a different way on the Exam. A lot of questions after each learning session were not even asked on the final exam. Just my thoughts. Since I handle COV B personal property inventory only, it would be great for you to come up with courses for specifically that and interacting with the name insureds. Thank you kindly.

There's a question with an error. The question is about the old lady in the wheel chair with memory loss. It should say Thomas but instead it says Michael. There's no Michael in the question. I think this was on a quiz, not the final exam

The length of some of the questions makes the questions get wordy causing confusion. Unnecessary sentence that have nothing to do with coverage are used. Some questions could be interrupted differently and therefore changing the answer.

one thing i didn't like is the obvious bias for insurance companies. it should be presented in an objective manner. There are bad faith laws, and you don't want to teach agents and adjusters to be bullheaded and one-sided in their views. They should consider the views of policyholders as well.

For the practice exam questions: some of them are phrased in run on sentences or in a manner that makes them difficult to understand in relation to the course material that you just completed. The final course exam is more matter of fact and straight to the point. I appreciate the questions that have examples, or even questions that are difficult to test your knowledge, but I think they can be formed better so they are easier to understand.

The course made multiple comments about alleged adjusters lack of ethics and their alleged poor reputations. I found this to be completely contrary to my 40+ insurance/risk management claims career.

Overall I think the course is good, BUT it is too long. It's great for a new adjuster but a lot of repetition for the experienced adjuster. Very time consuming.
I like the read it to me but the voice is very monotone and made me sleepy.
The grammatical errors throughout made it very difficult to read.
I have been using WEBCE for about 10 years and it never disappoints me. All material and content is great.
This CE site is the only site I will use. My company pays for us employees to get our CE's if we use their specified site but I choose to still use WEBCE even if I have to pay out of my pocket.
Some of the questions, particularly in the quizzes, are not clearly worded and can be answered more than one way. The narrator voice is robotic/hypnotic

This course is great. The only thing I had problems with was I wasn't sure if my license had certain requirements, i.e. ethics, etc. and so I had a hard time choosing which courses to take because I didn't know if I could choose any course or needed to pick certain ones. So I just picked the bundle hoping it would include everything I needed. I think it does.
More interactives would be helpful in fully understanding many of the topics.
Your information regarding Florida being Pure comparative needs to be updated.

some of the quiz questions appeared to be intentionally constructed to be confusing. The exam questions were straight forward and clear. I spent too much time trying to figure out your confusing quiz questions and kick myself for not realizing that the quizzes don't matter.
There are some errors in the course materials, and some of the test questions have more than one answer that could be correct. You really need to go through this course with a fine tooth comb. I really don't care if you do or if you don't. I got the CE credit either way.

I really enjoyed being able to read along with the read-to-me voice. His voice was very clear and easy to understand. The combination of reading the course and hearing it really helped me to retain what was being explained. I noticed there were some typos and grammatical errors in the course, but probably less than 10 in total. It would be good to fix those. Good refresher for CE
Some of the questions were a bit deceptive. For example, the NAIC Model ACT is always referred to as such- including in this course, but when the question is asked, it asks whether it is the "model law" or "model regulation."
I think it would be nice to have different voices for the read it to me audio so it is not so monotonous.
I do better with courses that mail books or handouts and the test. Tests on the computer are ok, but I struggle reading the books. I did enjoy my choices of courses.
There were several typos in two sections of the course content. I do not recall which two.

Once again the course material was concise and easy to understand and learn .
Some of the questions were very long. I've held my license for 20+ years and as an experienced adjuster some of these questions were worded in a way to almost trick you. Almost as if you had so much verbiage, I had to figure out who you were talking about.
This was a computer read course and I could tell because sometimes the emphasis was placed on the wrong words, or the typo words (like IN instead or IS, etc.) were read aloud without changing to the correct word, which is what a human would have done.
The test content uses pop culture references that are very dated. There are some practices noted in the training that are very dated as well.

Materials and questions were realistic and relevant. I was able to learn depth to the realities adjusters encounter. The scenarios included particulars of importance between the relationship of the position as an adjuster and the customer.

A few times in the study material there were misplaced words used. Example. Sentence used "Repair show: instead of "Repair shop"
In discussion of the customer fall claim the review of the damages indicated 8 weeks of treatment before the doctor's release to return to work, but the lost wages calculation was for only 6 weeks. There are some grammatical error in the final exam questions.

I LIKE THE QUESTIONS NOT BEING TRICKY. I ALSO LIKE THERE WAS NOT THAT MANY QUESTIONS.
In Chapter 3, Question 5, the Answer is “C,” but this is incorrect because there was no indication in the scenario that Bill identified himself. Therefore, there is no correct answer and the closest answer would be “D.”
Chapter 2, Question 4, is poorly worded and the choices A-D incorrect. The question is asking when a final payment can be placed on a check. The correct answer in the book is “C” which states: “The check is for the amount shown in the policy as the limit of insurance.” This may be or may not be true. Often, final payment is may below the policy limits. Although I selected “B” as the best answer since that occurs more often than “C,” I believe the choices are poor and a better selection should have been made. This tells me that the writer is quite inexperienced in claims adjusting. Chapter 4, Question 5, Answer B is clearly wrong. The best answer is “D.” The question concerns contacting the claimant on first notice. “B” indicates that the claimant take photos of the intersection. This is not common unless the adjuster is way out of the community. The job of the adjuster is to conduct the investigation. The insured or claimant does not conduct an investigation. If the claimant was injured while taking photos, he/she could get a lawyer to sue the adjuster/insurer as an agent of the company. “D” is the best answer. Chapter 5, Question 3, poses a scenario that is partially incorrect. In the question the adjuster will be “making sure that she understands the medical terms, diagnosis, and treatment plan.” Again, this could not have been written by an experienced claims adjuster. It is up to the provider to ensure the patient is aware of the medical terms, diagnosis and treatment plan. Adjusters do not and should not be doing that. Perhaps the question could have been phrased differently by indicating it is a Workers’ Comp claim where the adjuster may be more involved with the injured party. Unless otherwise stated, I interpret all questions as non-WC claims. Chapter 8, Question 1, Answer “A” is clearly wrong. The correct answer is “C.” The question asks about verifying replacement cost. Answer “A” indicates evaluating the facts and information. Answer “C” discusses “Establishing a documented value for claims resolution. This is the correct answer to the question being posed. In Question “22” of the test, I found significant grammatical errors. “Felicity recently handled two separate dog-bite claims in which a teen-aged boy from a neighboring household was injured. Investigation in both cases revealed that the boys had been taunting the dogs, which finally responded, and she successfully denied both claims. She just been assigned another dog-bite claim involving an injured teenager. She assumes it will have a similar outcome. Which reaction by Felicity would be most appropriate?” “which finally responded,” seems to be an incomplete phrase having nothing to do with the predicate. “She just been assigned” is poor grammar. Should be “She had just been assigned”

Some of the questions were confusing to me - like the difference between defining and diagnosing an issue.
I had question 45 correct the first time.. You should correct the typo between roger and rodger. I changed my answer to no coverage because it looked like a trick question that roger and rodger were not the same person.

There were several "typos" in the text of this course. Three that I found. One was actually in the response of a correctly graded practice exam for chapter 2, question 3. Should read than, not that. I found it annoying. Most people probably don't even notice.

I did not know there was a 50 question exam at the end in order to get my CE credits. If I knew this I would have never signed up. I thought the test was only for a "designation" and not for just regular CE credits.

Stop using term "physical damage" when you should be using "property damage."
There should be courses specifically for workers' compensation. All of the courses taken had only a few questions.

The quizzes were difficult to follow because there were too many scenarios to remember. For myself, I would have been able to better organize the learning material if each section had 1 scenario to review at a time.

I enjoyed the review of handling liability claims. I do only property claims and it was good to review liability claim handling.
I had to re read questions many times to get a full understanding of the question as grammar was------was----it sort of seamed like someone from another country translated to English from a different language and didn't quire get it proper. If you ran these questions thru a grammar check you would get many corrections.

The examples were very realistic. The content seemed to cover the necessary aspects of the subject matter. I learned coverage concerns for car rental that I never knew, and glad I know now.
Everything was very easy to follow.
The content should be checked for typo's and grammatical errors. One that I recall is question number 24; it should read an engineer who will serve.....it currently reads to will serve.

Most of the material was more for a new claims adjuster, not as relevant for somebody renewing their license. Much less time should have been spent on the material. I would have passed the exam without reading any of the material.

So much more interesting and well presented than the Commercial Auto 12 hour course! I definitely think videos would help everyone retain the info better than reading, but I still grasped everything. This was one of the better worded courses!
As an adjuster for over twenty five years the answers to some of the questions were not correct.
I was happy with the content, it was clear and easy to understand. I didn't care for the "read to me" voice, it seemed unnatural and made it difficult to concentrate on the content. I would have liked to see more variety in the presentation, more diagrams, and graphics.
Question 16 regarding Bella hitting a hand truck is ambiguous. What is a hand truck?

This course repeated the same information over and over again. That is not necessary - makes the course longer than it should be. There are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes that I noticed. The first practice test repeated itself from the first Ethics course that I took - exactly the same. This course needs to be reviewed and made better. I was not happy with this course. Some of the questions are ridiculous as well.
There were several typos in the earlier sections - specifically, they course material said "collaborate" multiple times when I believe they meant "corroborate".
I did like the interactive selections. The class is excellent, to break it up some a video can be helpful.

The read to me audio needs some work - it was very robotic and doesn't have a cadence with punctuation. In addition, there is a lot of repeated information (for example, the sentence "There are five (5) apples" would be verbally relayed as "there are five five apples" which I found redundant and distracting.

I was impressed by the structure of the course and the go at your own pace system. However, some of the questions were poorly worded. There were numerous examples where the "question" didn't actually ask anything or the question being asked was unclear. There were also examples of questions were the answers didn't seem to make sense, were all correct, or were somewhat subjective.

During the course, the mini quiz questions were more difficult than was required for no reason. The questions at the end of the course were more meaningful and more accurately reflected my knowledge gained from the course.

Although the automobile claims information is not very pertinent to my adjusting work, I enjoyed the humorous references to old TV shows and movies!

The audio has greatly improved your courses-especially the more accurate time-to-complete numbers. It could still be improved by having an actual person read the course. The audio feature is very helpful as my eyes get fatigued quickly.
The added audio greatly improved the accuracy of time actually taken to complete the course to number of credits earned. Before that addition the courses were usually way too long for the hours earned. However, since the audio is not read by an actual human being. It is not as accurate or easily understood as it could be. I suggest having an actual reader instead of using automated devices. Thank you.

Two suggestions. Conceptual trick questions are reasonable, but trick questions that are based in wordplay (e.g.: "conception date" versus "inception date," "over oath" versus "under oath," etc.), while entertaining to a wordsmithing punster like me, could be inadvertently discriminatory toward non-native English speakers. Please consider a more accessible and inclusive format. Secondly, if a scenario makes reference to an unnamed individual (e.g.: simply adjuster, customer or employee) without naming them, I recommend using non-binary, they/them pronouns in lieu of the binary "he or she" as the former is more inclusive. In fact, even scenarios wherein individuals are named could stand to have more variety in gendering.
This course was awesome. I learned so much and the manner of disseminating the information was easy to understand and learn .

Very useful questions to help learn the material before exam! Appreciate humor as well.
There were a lot of typographical errors, misspelled words, and words missing from the material. I would advise that someone who is very detail oriented proof-read the material.
This question is sexist: "Yesterday, he ran a stop sign and was broadsided by a honey wagon, and the “beamer” was totaled. The insurance company is offering him $49,000"
There are typos in some of the questions which make it hard to follow. You have to read it several times to get a clear understanding.

Some of the wording of the questions and answers are unclear which could lead to an incorrect answer (example: the question that states that the adjuster asks Sue for medical records waiver and wage form. The answer was difficult to ascertain because the answer was not specific enough and could have been interpreted another way.)

The use of claim examples helped me to feel more comfortable with understanding what I was reading. As you know it is alot of reading and I think that using the examples helped me to stay focused as I could related the information to the claim example.

I found the 5 things to investigate a claim drill confusing as it kept going without knowing when to stop......needs to say the person successfully completed it to move to the next section
It would be nice if you would highlight the Read to me audio as your going along. I found sometimes that I would loose my place and found it difficult to find it again. I would have to stop the audio and then find my place. Just my two cent. Overall it was great. Thank you !!!

A few of the questions had answers which had more than one reasonably correct response and were not, in my 30 years of claims experience, technically incorrect. This was more prevalent in the review quizzes than the final exam, however.

I like the videos and this course did not have them. It was nice in the prior one that I could see the presenter. I think it held my attention better. Also, the presenter in the prior one shared things from her experience. She was not "dry". This course tended to have a "dry" flavor.

I really like the package deal which made it easier to decide on which courses to take. The audio portion was a bonus. I could listen and read which I feel really helped remember the material.

Sometimes CE can seem like a waste of time, but I was very pleased with how well the course was put together and I feel I got value out of it.
I retain better when I read the information myself and found it more time consuming to listen to the audio. I was pleased we were able to turn off the audio.

Clear and thorough.
This course was very in depth and realistic. Despite the popular fictitious names used, there were very realistic scenarios presented and they were not just easy quick reads. I actually had to read them carefully. Conclusion: The content was very applicable and useful.

I absolutely loved the humor put into the questions. Thank you. It really helps make the learning process more enjoyable. Off the top of my head, I liked the When Harry Met Sally reference, and Hogan’s Heroes (old school reference, by the way), but my favorite was Jerry’s Ford and Abraham’s Lincoln. Ha! I laughed really hard when I saw it. Thanks for having fun with it. Great content, too. The read-to-me function is stellar, especially because it can be used on a mobile site. I was able to power through this material like crazy because I could do it on my iPhone rather than in a chair at a desk. I could listen while doing chores or walking my dog, taking breaks as needed for the quizzes. WebCE was recommended to me by Alexa (Toon) Killian, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She alleges she knows the CEO of WebCE. :P Thank you! I’ll be back to WebCE for future CE and spreading the word of WebCE to others needing CE.
The reading was to long - overkill on the material before taking the test.
I loved the pop culture references in the questions. Specifically the “When Harry Met Sally” question and “The Simpsons” question. I appreciate when the test makers have fun with the questions.

The questions are to much text book and not enough real life. The question about the Zcar not added the policy is not real life. An agent or underwriter would step in and discuss with a supervisior and the car would be added with the appropriate premium to pay the claim. You should use real adjusters to form your questions and answers tailored to real life
I found the course very informative
Some of the questions grammar is throwed off for what is being asked. Some of the questions are not related to the course. Some questions needs to be reviewed because most were hard to understand.
