My experience has been great. I have a learning Disability that I have to work around in my life ( Dyslexia). One of the key things that helped me during the process, is tests are not timed, also in the test area the chapter tap to review my answer has been very helpful . Thank you for your hard work commitment to excellence.

I love that you have an option to choose the course to take for credits. I was able to choose topics that are relevant to my areas of focus as a Life Insurance producer. I thought I already knew most of the contents but was surprised that half was information I did not know about, especially the taxation on loan withdrawals for cases where the policy lapsed or cancelled!

Some of the questions are confusing. What does "trigger" mean? And there were other examples of the question not being clear.

A little harder than I thought it would be, but I at least know I need to go back and review certain parts for a better understanding. My company primarily focuses on Major medical insurance but after completing the course I amy start to offer more of these options to my clients. Thank you!!

I liked this course because it was clear and helped me to understand the Living Benefits of Insurance better. I especially liked how specific examples with numbers were used to explain difficult concepts. There were many difficult sections that I would Not have understood had it Not been for those specific examples. The course took me a long time to complete (which is usual for me), but I don't mind as much since it was so informative. I think I actually understand MEC's for the first time now! Because the material was so clearly explained and since I took my time studying the material (as I usually do), I was able to get 100% on the Final Exam on my first try using only my unaided memory (i.e. without referring to any of the Open Book material). Bravo on creating this course. I also really like the Annuity Courses I took for my Insurance License and my Series 66 License. Thanks.

You can Tell the influence of Whole life carriers in paying you guys for the creation of this class. This course paints whole life products in a better light then I believe it should. Why was there so much information about whole life products and virtually nothing about universal life products?

A more difficult set of questions than other WebCE courses I've taken.

I like everything course in webCE because it knowledgeably and supports me to learn more and understand more how life insurance works.

Best CE class I have taken in my 6 years

The course material was laid out/explained in a way that made it very easy to understand it, and thoroughly understand it at that, though my problem with this course is that the listed “6 hours” is ridiculously inaccurate, as it took me closer to 16 hours to complete in its entirety. This course should count for far more than 6 CE credit hours, if not even a full 16 in my opinion.

Illustrations of use of MECS and other savings policies were not very helpful in distinguishing the various products.

The material in this course is important...being given a book to read without the interactive video made it harder to retain the information.

Exam questions need to relate DIRECTLY to content. Much of the content was too general to apply to half of the questions. This is a problem with WebCE products. The test questions should be tested BEFORE the product is sold to professionals.

As a 4-year Advisor, that was probably the most valuable course I have taken. I would say that it should be included in the onboarding process of all new advisors to really help understanding our core product, the value that it provides and conviction behind selling it. Furthermore, it had a ton of really good practical application ideas inside of the content.

Course seems very long. Also, if you use the "read it to me audio" it takes twice as long or longer to complete. Good thorough informative course overall.

What I liked most about the course was that the content was easy to understand and that it allowed me the timing to complete my my test to the best of my knowdledge without rushing trying to beat a clock. It also allowed me to go back after my exam to see what I got wrong to enable me to go back and study my weak points.

Far too complex a subject to be learned in 8, 4 or 8 hours. I feel I know less after completion of course than I did before I took the course. Way too many variables to know how to use these products or understand them.

I love WebCE courses however I must say this has been the more confusing one I have taken. I understand they are very hard concepts but I feel the wording could have broken down the terminology better.

Read it to me audio very helpful. The adjustable speed was nice.

There were no interactives. I would like there to be some quiz questions after each chapter.

WOW!!! This course was very, very advance and educational, you really have to pay attention and do the exercises to fully get this.

Test was rough! Surprised I only missed one.

there is so much material to learn if you are not a life insurance producer. I do not recommend this course to any not involved in life sales. the exam question were way too hard because this is a closed book test.

I had no idea it was a closed book course and did not see that clearly marked when I first purchased it. Glad I had time to set aside the required study time.

On the exam questions that were wrong; would like to have been shown the correct answers here.

I started the test late on Sunday & answered all of the questions, but fell asleep. Thank goodness that the answers did not go away as time continued. They showed as not answered but after touching the answers again the answer was selected again. I made a 100%!!!!

Very good coverage of the subjects of the course.

A lot of the questions were very difficult and really do not come into effect in everyday business.

Terrible course to have combined in this package. Old, hardly used Whole life policies and outdated viatical's course should not be grouped into this bundle of credits.

There should have been an audio option for the whole course. I would have been able to do some multitasking and still learned the material. For there to be some and then none....just wasn't a great experience. The test was short but harder than most of your other courses.
