ease of use, clarity of course

This was a great course that was easy to understand and broken down clearly.

The duration of the course exceeded the credit hours.

It would be amazing if you highlighted the words being read in Read it to me. I did the read feature in Edge and it highlights what it reads. I am more visual and I like to read along. Great feature to add or add as an option.

It is absolutely stupid that I must wait for 2.5 hours to take a test for which I already have passed all five practice exams and know the answers of after all of this time in the business. If I'm able to pass the test, that should be sufficient instead of playing games to satisfy some timer on your website. Thankfully, this is my last year of CE.

took me 4 trips to the Libray in order to get one to Procter my exams. Can it be reduced to 1 trip?

I am a returning customer and only needed 7 hours but had to pay almost the same amount for all hours needed to renew my license

I felt this course covered relevant material and was easy to follow along.

Several of the interactive videos were faulty (i.e. Did not come up at all). There were lots of issues with the audio, (in several instances did not sync with the text, and double audio was playing at the same time). This was extremely frustrating. This was the first time that I have had so many adverse issues with WebCE.

The auto play feature did not work even though the setting was On. That was my only drawback.

When reviewing incorrect answers from the exam you should indicate which is the correct answer, not just show which questions were wromg.

I know there is an allotted time for the 24 hours but I could have read the material myself and finish before the time if it was an option. I like being able to listen and not having to read. Using the search bar to find answers, the search was highlighted but you would still have to scroll to find the info. It would have been nice for the highlighted material to pop up along with telling you it was found...going to the text automatically.

I am hoping I can return and review this course content in the future to refresh my knowledge

This was about Term life insurance but the course spent a lot of time talking about permanent life insurance and how it was superior to term.

Some of your exam questions are poorly worded and some have no relevance in today’s marketplace

read to me was awesome ioredered a class from better ce and had to read the entire program at age 62 my eyes bothered me looking at the computer screen that long
