At the end of a different course I received a message stating I did not have access and could not submit my exam.

There was a question on the practice exam that I got wrong regarding a scenario on which a driver would be ticketed for an accident. The options were unclear and hard to understand, and I subsequently got that one wrong.

The calculations of time is not enough for what is estimated on how long it will take to complete courses

I don't like that i had an hour of class and an hour of exam to equal 1 hour of credits. The testing part should account for time

I liked that I had the option to review questions I got wrong, but it did not provide the correct answer. Missed learning opportunity there.

Absolutely did not like the Ethics exam. Too much material to try to retain to pass the exam.

The course was fine. I received the first email about CE testing on 4/14/26 and first test was on 4/21/26. I was on PTO and returned to work on 4/17/26. I was not able to provide the 5 business days needed to obtain a proctor.

It was very informative and understandable.

Recommend proofreading questions for accuracy and typos.

I don't care for the cartoon videos, otherwise everything else is great.

I'm very glad they had the practice testing before the actual tests.

The course needs real life examples - When you speak and converse with an agent, they often do explain this matrix that is outlines in this course. When you have an accident one's insurance rate goes up.

Excellent content... Easy to comprehend and the volume was not overwhelming...

I like that there were practice questions to get you ready for the exam. I didn't like how much pressure is put into the exam process of needing someone to watch you and passing a test. Gaining knowledge is the goal, so why not just do check-in questions more often during the material and not have an exam?

I think some areas were just too comprehensive for renewal CME. However, the audio reading made it possible to finish at a reasonable time. ** I wish the review answers would work after each session exams. For some reason the review your answers now did not work for student to see what missed after each graded final exam. Knowing what was missed should be part of the training so next year the students will not again fail the same questions. Overall, I am a happy camper using this for the first time and I will surely recommend it.

the question with Jacqueline and lena is incorrect as it says that the person who does not get a ticket will not be charged but says Jacqueline got the ticket and has Jacquelines name in parenthesis

The voice sounds robotic and monotone and some mis-pronounciations

I would like to slow down the audio and I think more pictures or videos would help with keeping attention and focus.

One question was somewhat confusing. I wasn't certain who was the driver referenced. But other than that, the course is great.

One of the practice questions did not make sense. The question did not explain which person was the insured in the question. 4. Rating surcharges apply to policyholders who were involved in at-fault accidents during the past 3 year period. However, they do not apply in certain circumstances. Which of the following drivers is most likely to face an accident surcharge? • a. Diana’s car was rear-ended at a stop sign. The other driver paid her for the damage in order to keep it off his insurance record. • b. Leann’s car was damaged when it collided with Jacqueline’s car at an intersection. Jacqueline was ticketed and convicted of a moving violation, but Leann was not. • This answer is incorrect. Accident surcharges do not apply if the other driver was convicted of a moving traffic violation, and the insured driver was not. • c. Lina’s car was damaged when it struck Sheila’s parked car in a parking lot. Each car sustained $750 in damage. • d. Marina recently submitted a collision claim after her car was struck while it was lawfully parked on the street in front of her house. If the question was about Jacqueline then my answer was correct.

I noticed some grammatical errors throughout this course. I also would appreciate more examples for scenarios

The way some of the practice and test questions were worded was not clear at times. The practice question about who would get an increase due to an accident did not specify which driver, it just stated a situation. The test used peoples names and expected everyone to know if they were male or female, kind of outdated. This is the first time I’ve seen issues like this for courses on this site. Otherwise, the courses and availability and convenience are great.

Some test questions had 2 correct answers. example would be question 4 of the exam I took.

For Footnotes you should have a link on the number to bring you to the foot note. Also, the definition of discrimination and the example used for a teacher discriminating against a student isn't a correct example. A teacher grades a students work, they attempt to look at it as objectively as possible as there are correct and incorrect answers, it is not discriminatory to give a student an A or a D dependent on their schoolwork, because it is graded. I believe this example is very confusing if anything. I would never say "My teacher was discriminatory against me because she gave me a d." No, I got a d because "I" got the answers wrong. Definition of Discriminatory according to Oxford - "making or showing an unjust or prejudicial distinction between different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, sex, age, or disability: "Discriminatory employment practices"" If the teacher treated me differently BECAUSE I got a d on an assignment, then it would be discriminatory but "unjust" is the big part of the word

the audio kept freezing. Also videos would make this course more interactive as some of us are visual learners.

This this is my second time utilizing WEBCE for my CE courses which in and of itself speaks volumes. The courses are well written, easy to access and easy to maneuver through. Keep up the good work!

This course states that the state of Michigan requires unlimited PIP, this law was changed in 2020 and is outdated information.
