I've used you for years. Straightforward and never an issue. Especially in updating the State.

I enjoyed being able to both read and Listen to the material. Sometimes hearing the example was easier to digest if initial comprehension wasn't attained. Real life examples were great as I was able to compare certain situations and relate them to my own personal experiences on a day to day basis with my own insureds.

Someone needs to edit the materials. In one of the sections, the dates were consistently off. For example, the policy period would be shown as 1/1/10-23. I understood the section, but the dates were confusing and could be an issue for someone that doesn't work with PL/ML policies or claims made policies regularly.

In sections that included policy dates (claims made, e.g.) the dates were incorrect. It should've read 1/1/22-23 to indicate 2022-2023 years, and it was 1/1/08-23

When using acronyms, always use the full spelled out version of the term then indicate its acronym for the rest of the section.

There are several type-os that made the examples hard for me to follow. Page 46 and 47 , 48 and 49 with the years, page 50 in the years and exhibit

The voice on the auto play is very difficult to listen to for 5 hours. But I wanted to learn the topic, and I feel significantly more confident with this product now! Thank you.

I've been using WebCE since 2013 in more than one State. I also recommended it to my current employer and they offer it to other licensed employees. I will continue using WebCE as well as continue recommending it.

There were some typographical errors within the course content, especially those concerning retroactive coverage periods, as several of the stated policy periods were incorrect. This made it a bit more confusing to understand how the claims process works with these types of arrangements. Other than that, the content itself was very well written.

I think someone needs to review the dates of some of the policies used in the examples. Seems like expiration dates were adjusted but not inception dates

I feel like some of the info repeated by different types of policies like the claims handling and forms but great course!

I found it very frustrating how the questions and answers were stated. It made it very confusing to try to find the correct answer. The exam was not conducive to learning rather frustrating to find the correct answer. I did not enjoy this course.

I work in a very specialized agency so found the use of acronyms and abbreviations frustrating

Excellent content as usual

The years in some of the examples have typos and should be corrected.

The audio portion did not flow very well requiring frequent interaction to move to the next section

The tonal quality of the read to me audio was very dry and had no inflection. It sounded like a computer, rather than a person, so it was not as engaging as it might have been.

great originality and imagination to try and make the content and the questions entertaining.

I'm unlikely to order additional products from WebCE due to my retirement.
