I'm almost 67. I called in because I'm not use to ordering things on the internet and didn't know how many hours I actually needed to renew my license. The man who answered the phone was professional, personable and precise. Pulled it all together for me and sent me the link to get started. Excellent client experience.

The document format of the training is not ideal. it's very text heavy which makes it overwhelming. also for revisions or questions about specific area it's hard to find the section you are looking for. it would help if the agenda sections were linked to the actual pages with content.

I wish the page numbering on the index matched the PDF pages so that I could easily find what I wanted to read through more closely. I spent time figuring out that I needed to add 6 to the page number shown and if that wasn't what I needed to go back and forth. The PDF could just be easier to navigate. The content itself is excellent. I always learn a few things reviewing it.

I couldn't find if there was an audio section? But it still worked for me.

Please make these courses classroom equivalent! It would save us so much time.

The are that you need major improvement is interactivity of the course with the students and providing some remediation with the student. Providing some sample methodology will help reinforce the content of what was presented.

The course is quite repetitive; stating same material in multiple chapters. Also, you have conflicting information presented. Ch.2 (pg.18) clearly states the elimination of assets for Medi-Cal eligibility as of 2024 BUT in Appendix attachment 1 "Medi-Cal" you provided an out-dated document stating asset limitations

Most of your course state a certain # of hours it takes to complete the course but it took me much longer to complete every single one of them so if it was a two hour course, for example it took me 8 hours

I did the Continued Education for CA Long Term Care - it would have been so much better to have the read-it-to-me option on the pdf or web version. I was disappointed it wasn't available.

I especially liked how I could download a .pdf of the course content to review on my own.

I find strict regulations and then open book test a bit pointless. If regulations require agents to know the info - an open book test is not going to teach them. It's easy to pass of course but it's missing the point.

I was given the option to use Web CE or another provider. On the other provider's web site I was not able to find the LTC course. So, I tried Web CE and found the LTC course.

I was surprised that there were no chapter quizzes. Some page layouts could have been better. Sometimes a title of a section would be at the bottom of a page and the content would start on the next page.

Changes made to your website in last 2 years were not the best. it was hard to figure out what I needed to order. This year I did not require 24hrs. the CA requirements button was helpful. didn't realize both the AML and ethics course fell under ethics. 8 hr Life & Hlth class was not available this year for reasons unknown

This course is very thorough and the pdf material was well written. Callouts, bullet points, illustrations are very helpful learning tools -- use more of them. Also, you should use table summaries for comparing differences in coverage within a category or class -- helps the student understand the differences and similarities. This material can get paragraph-heavy and one can lose sight of the KEY POINTS. Also, Call out Key FIgures to remember -- e.g. 30-Days for this, 90 Days for that ... perhaps a Summary of these Period Limits and $ limits or minimums or maximums. These features enhance the memory retention of the reader. Otherwise, well done. My suggestions are intended to elevate this material from "Very Good" to "Excellent"

I have used WebCE the last three renewals and your materials are very good. I was glad to see that this Calif 8 HR LTC course was updated to current info for 2024

There is no good explanation of the differences between the two LTC 8 hr courses. Is one for new LTC licenses, and the other for renewals? Can either course be taken? Spell it out more clearly.
