The only thing I can say is that there should be a note when choosing the course that this is the ONLY approved course for the Ethics part of the CE requirments

Having the course read to me while I was reading along with it and able to take notes was an excellent way of learning I absorbed a great deal of the information and made it easy for me to do my job

This course took much longer than 4 hours to complete. It was detailed to the point of repetition in many of the chapters. The audio read too fast and it was difficult to take notes.

Would be nice to have an audio version for those with disabilities.

The worst of the courses I have taken. Too much insider info that doesn't apply to the agent. Why would the agent need to know if the application and check needs to be sent via mail or electronically? Why would the agent need to know the breakdown of all the divisions inside the agencies? It was just filler needed to reach the required amount of time. If you are going to require us to know the agencies, then they should be in the test. Bad course.
