Why is this course 3 hours at 9 chapters and my first course was 7 hours at 11 chapters? Seems inconsistent.

The information material did not include sufficient examples to understand the mathematical problems.

I was completely confused with the interactive on section 3.2. It would have been more helpful to use actual numbers, because the $8,000/$10,000 comparison was very confusing. I had to do it 3-4 times to figure out what it was even trying to get us to figure out. That's the first interactive I've ever had trouble undertanding.

I didn't like that I had stay 2.5 hours on this course before I am able to take the test. There is no reason you should force people to do that.

the mandatory time limits are very time consuming, as I can read the material and take the exams much faster. Had to sit and wait far too long.

The time mention to complete each section was way off as to what it actually took to complete it. It is a lot of material to get through and comprehend, therefor some material take longer.

The only complaint that I have is the courses is very very long.

I had a stroke in 2022 that took all my language. With time, I have gained knowledge, but haven't been able to continue CISR cert, failing auto courses 3 x. However, with your 12 credit auto course and the other 2 course, I have been encouraged to try the CISR courses again. Thank you so much! The tests are perfectly balanced.

The read out loud is like listening to a robot, but way better than not having that availible!

A few of the questions were vague based on the chapters with the provided info.

Would have liked a few videos for content presentation just to break things up.

The time allocated to take each course and exam is inaccurate. It takes longer than the usual time. The materials are extensive and takes time to read through.

I enjoy how easy this is to manage for obtaining my CE credits. It is simple to use, and the course content is readily available.

This is my last time taking this exam as I will have 20 years of insurance experience under my belt in 2027.

The voice could be a little less monotone. It would be nice if you could get a printout of the course afterwards to refer back to.

In all previous ce courses never had to take this many exams my previous 24 hour courses only had one 25 question exam.

I like the exams between chapters but the big exams are stressing

This course was scheduled for 1 and a half hours to read an test. There is far too much content to complete in 1 hour. This took me over 4 hours to complete. This is a subject that I do not deal with on a daily basis and reading this content is very detailed. I am quite literally learning it as I read it. Please take that into consideration when you are recommending the time it takes to go over the material.

No issues. The course was easy to follow and had very relevant information.

Third time using WebCE. Easy to understand, some difficulty in the tests.

The questions did not match the content of the chapters. To many parts of a questions when you did not provide it in sample or where one could find the same or similar answers. I read the content 3 times and could not find the answers to the questions you provided on the exam. Long questions with no explanation or examples of answers anywhere in the text. It did not make me a better learner. I was more confused with your exam and questions. Glad I am done more than 10 hours just with the exam alone. Sunny and Charles, NFIP and stuff not even needed for a question to be answered.

This is a super basic course. the interaction was very limited. It needs more engagement.

Read-it-to-me audio needs a better narrator to keep engaged and not feel like you are about to fall asleep!!

The chapter quizzes seemed unorganized! It seemed as though questions in a certain chapter quiz were pertaining to a different previous chapter's content. I felt this was the case in several of the quizzes and it was a bit confusing.

I found some questions to be a bit confusing but got it done.

Stop the trick questions which just reveal you know how to take a test! Stick to the subject and the learning process. Test the knowledge of the subjects learned, not the knowledge of taking a test!

Very easy to read and understand!

Insurance companies cover losses differently than what was stated in this course. Some of the replacement vs acv examples aren't correct for all home policies.

I had trouble in chapter 7 with the audio. It seemed to play twice with one having a two or three second delay. I clicked the start/pause button and one of the recordings stopped. Voice is a little monotone, and sentences run together a bit. It's alot when one screen is more than 5 min.

1) Unfortunately, my company does not use the ISO format for much of this course, so it gets confusing learning a different policy vs what I practice. For this reason alone, I would not recommend it to my co-workers. But I understand you can't do anything about this. Otherwise, the course was good. 2) The course seemed like it should have been a 4-hour credit vs 3-hour. 3) I disagree with this practice question: When buying homeowners insurance, the methods commonly used to determine the limit of insurance on the dwelling building include all of the following, EXCEPT: a. the insured's opinion. b. the expiring policy's limit. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "C. professional appraisals." Agents typically ask the homeowners insurance applicant how much insurance they want. Homeowners shoppers comparing quotes typically compare the premium for another policy with the same limits. Mortgagees require insurance with a limit at least equal to the amount outstanding on the mortgage. Rarely does a homeowners applicant obtain a professional appraisal of the home's replacement cost value. c. professional appraisals. d. the amount of the mortgage. Your chapter gave 2 examples of appraisals being used to find insurable value and none of using the prior policy value. It seems like all the answers would be correct, but I picked "b" since this was not mentioned in the chapter as being a source to determine value.

Informative course material.

Your answers are hard because this is a "generic" course and some carriers offer different things than you state as fact. Also some of the your answers were flat our wrong. I took screenshots of clearly wrong answers in the practice tests.

This is more of a 5 credit course than a 3 credit. Not happy with this course and the time it took!

Ease of use/Time to complete. It took me 4.5 hours to read the 3 hour course material.

This course was very informative. I was glad to learn about wildfire information that I didn't know previously. WebCE is my favorite form of CE options.

There were a few errors in the wording

The Components of a Dwelling’s Replacement Values chapter needs to be rewritten to make it easier to understand and apply. Even after rereading it multiple times, I still could not apply the knowledge well enough to apply it to my work and personal life, no less teach it to someone else. Please redo this chapter.

Someone needs to very carefully read through the lessons. In one case, a question talks about a swing set in multiple places...then changes it to an awning at the last of the question. The final test has the entire question as an awning. I've seen confusing wording in several places in other lessons.

TOO MANY REFERENCES TO OTHER STATES CLIMATE, CONDITIONS AND SURROUNDING AREA THAT I DON'T DEAL WITH IN TEXAS. NOT A FAN OF THIS CE. BETTER PLANNING ON MY PART FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS.

There was a question on the chapter test that said a professional appraisal was no good but the insureds opinion was. Then on the test it had the same question and I got it wrong on the professional appraisal answer.

Not being able to review my test questions which I scored correctly and incorrectly is a hinderance to my learning.

I learned some new things with the Flood Fundamentals program.

It takes longer than the hours provided to go over course materials

while i passed, i miss the exam after each segment over all of it at the end

Many of the questions are intentionally confusing, like using EXCEPT or other contortions to make it difficult to understand the question. The creator should just ask the question without resorting to these cheap tricks.
