Arizona Pre-License Education Requirements

General Insurance Licensing Requirement

To qualify for an Arizona resident insurance producer license, the applicant must satisfy all the following requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain a physical location where business records will be maintained pertaining to transactions under the license.
  • Pass the appropriate licensing examination
  • Complete Form L-152
  • File an application and submit a set of fingerprints
