Ethics for the Claims Professional

Overview

Some believe that any person with good character should already know the difference between right and wrong and that it is entirely possible to be ethical without any special training. Many believe that a person’s ethics are fully formed by the time they reach adulthood, and there is no point in trying to change them. Some may believe that others need the course but they themselves do not have any ethical challenges.

The purpose of this course is to offer insight and tools that will enable claims professionals to respond appropriately when faced with ethical dilemmas. Adjusters must address difficult questions and situations every day; with this course, they will be better equipped to recognize and respond appropriately.
