Communicating Effectively with Senior Clients


This course covers the elements of communicating effectively with senior clients and how to gather and address the information that is most important to seniors. The course reviews some facts about physical and mental changes in the elderly and highlights various red flags that may indicate diminished cognitive ability. It also addresses the practical side of presentation style and how to adapt an already successful approach for older clients.
