Impairment and Disposal of Long-Lived Assets

Overview

This course provides an overview of the authoritative guidance prescribed by Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topic No. 360, Impairment and Disposal of Long-Lived Assets. This course primarily addresses impairment of assets that are held for use as well as the accounting and reporting requirements related to assets held for sale and for sale by other means. This course also provides an overview of the respective presentation and disclosure requirements of each.
