Ethics for the Insurance Services Practitioner is geared towards the L/H agent and discusses the nature of ethics and the parties to whom the agent has an ethical responsibility. The course presents common ethical issues that arise between insurance practitioners and their customers and explains how an agent can recognize—and thus avoid—misleading and inappropriate sales practices.
