Overview

Condominiums are a unique form of property ownership that include residential complexes, professional buildings, industrial parks, and office buildings. The nature of condominium ownership and the relationships among the parties involved must be considered when developing and placing insurance coverages. This course describes the insurance challenges condominiums can present and describes the distinctive characteristics of insurance that are critical to properly protecting all parties.
