Contract Law


A contract is an agreement between two or more parties who, in a "meeting of the minds," have pledged to perform or refrain from performing some act. Real estate contracts are the legal agreements that underlie the transfer and financing of real estate, as well as the real estate brokerage business. It is important for real estate professionals to know the basic concepts that apply to all contracts.

This course highlights a different facets of contract law and the need to always be attentive and aware of all aspects of every contract. This refreshed and additional knowledge is intended to protect the consumer, individual licensee and firm.
