Real estate professionals must adhere to high standards of ethical behavior when working with clients, customers, and the public. The National Association of REALTORS® created its Code of Ethics to ensure that REALTORS® conduct their business honestly and with integrity. Those who understand the concepts and values set forth in the Code will be better prepared to ethically work with clients on the day-to-day issues that arise during any real estate transaction.

This course provides an in-depth look at the Code of Ethics and its Standards of Practice and includes a number of case studies that illustrate the types of behavior that will--and will not--be considered violations of real estate licensees' professional and ethical duties.
