Overview
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Kansas Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA) and explores brokerage relationships and their accompanying agreements. It highlights common violations by licensees involving disclosures, purchase contracts, and advertising. The course also reviews fair housing changes, the mechanics of handling licenses on the Kansas Real Estate Commission website, and licensee's reporting responsibilities.
This course meets the three-hour mandatory Kansas Required Core requirement.
