License Law

Overview

Real estate is a highly regulated industry in Mississippi. To ensure that licensees are always acting ethically and compliantly, it's critically important they understand the latest revisions and updates to Mississippi's license laws and regulations. This course provides both new and experienced licensees with a comprehensive overview of the many rules governing their business activities.

This course meets the two-hour mandatory course requirement on license law.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
