I very much like that you can choose to turn the audio auto lay on or off as necessary. I also greatly appreciate that i can speed up the playback rate of the audio. I do not have time to listen to slowly recited audio. Placing the playback on 1.5 allowed me to clearly hear the information and not waste time.

The Read-it-to-me audio is very helpful for me to absorb learning content. This particular Read-it-to-me audio was a bit distracting though because it read some of the programming out loud (it would say "dollar sign" before "key note" or something similar where there is a small chart). I liked how the sections were in small chunks. If I didn't quite understand something, it was easy enough to start again from the beginning and listen again. I didn't have to search and search for the right spot or listen/read through too much to find the spot where the information was that I needed repeated.

I didn't like that the Read-it-to-me audio seemed to be one continuous recording. If I wanted to go back a bit, it was hard to know how far. I'd like to be able to click on a word and start from there or have some sort of markers at the beginning of sections somehow.

This was a LOT for a 2-credit course. It would have been good if the enrollment periods were better defined.

The read it to me audio was helpful but it does not sound like a real person.

Upon logging in the day after I studied, I had to search and then call in to find the course I ordered as the main page seemed to indicate I had done, and paid for nothing. My only observation.

WebCE has the widest course selection, the most optional formats (some of us have disabilities), and has had reliable and accurate CE reporting ... all at a fair price. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this course, but some of the wording is off. If it were proofed and corrected it would be awesome.

During several of the modules there was disruptive simultaneous speech/overlapping dialogue, it was the same recording but about a 10 second lag. I had to log off and reconnect to stop it.

one of the interactives in 4.3 types of hospice care wouldn't work when trying to interact, and the play pause button needs to be positioned at bottom of screen and follow the cursor and time stamps should be displayed at end of each sentence or p;paragraph ending in case pressing the pause button loses the place

Test Qestion 24 has and answer D of $6,704040. Not the right answer, but come on, check the typos. Medicare is complicated enough. This course should have separated the medicare program, and the details of the specific plans into two separate courses. Too many acronyms, too many 10,20,30,60,90,100,120 days, months this, months that. I just wat to throw up after this course. This course, in of itself, should be a 40 hour in class course.

I'm really not sure how to better provide the content. Pretty dry stuff and you just have to soldier through it.

You were providing 2024 information on Part D in 2025. Need to update that section. No test questions on it though. Otherwise great.

A video would be great for the COBRA, Employer Coverage and Medicare interaction, I have come across that with clients.

In Section 3.8 "Medicare as Secondary Payer-Coordination with Group Health Insurance", Under "Order of Payment", Option 3: "If an employee is in a group of 20 or more employees....", I feel that this section leads a producer to possibly advise a client to take part B when they have creditable coverage already simply because it may help with some high OOP cost sharing associated with their EGHP. I think this overlooks the much more important scenario of this client's Medigap Open Enrollment Period would also begin and after 6-months of having Part B, they would no longer be eligible for Guaranteed Issue Medigap plans once retired. I would personally suggest the client to to consider how much his EGHP costs, (including premium, OOP cost sharing expectations, etc) compared to A&B+Medigap+Part D (or MA for that matter), and make the decision from there. At the very least, an additional statement should be to suggest the producer discuss the implications of losing the one-time only Medigap Open Enrollment Period by enrolling in Part B while having Creditable EGHP Coverage. Great training though, definitely picked up a few solid nuggets re: Medicaid.

There is incorrect information in this - the DSNP clients are no longer allowed to make changes during the first nine months of the year as stated in your slides. They may only make changes during the AEP and OEP unless newly obtaining or losing DSNP status. The question was not on the test.

This course, Medicare Coordination with Employer Health Plans, was extremely completed with COBRA and HSA and all of the rules, who pays first, timeframe of when decisions need to be made. Just rather overwhelming. That is not the courses fault necessarily other than the fact that everything moved so fast through the course. Maybe more examples? I don't know exactly what would help the most - I must admit, particularly on HSAs, I already recommend that they member speak with their financial advisor!!

The machine generate "read it to me" material was less than perfect. Many times it mispronounce or paused inappropriately to make the flow of the verbal communication harder to understand. That said, it does make the session easier than needing to read all content.

when I referred back to a lesson and hit close search, i had to sign-in again EACH time. That was not good.

Would have liked equal focus on Medigap plans as MA plans. Would have liked to have seen a Medicare Supplement, Medigap Plan coverage chart showing 2025 coverage changes and amounts based on the plans. Course took full time if you want to absorb material effectively.

The final exam being 135 questions was a lot but I get why its needed. I did like that you could save and exit though.

I am still unclear on the 8k and 2k part D stop losses. Seems as they contradict and should be one or the other... I think a flow or graph that shows where they hit/overlap.. is one first then plan pas x% until the 8k... is it cost of meds not OOP? I find this to be unclear.

The audio is very helpful. The course was well-structured and the information was organized into digestable bites for easier retention. The quizzes were helpful as a review and the questions were appropriate to the content. Thank you.

2 hours is not enough time to complete this course if the goal is to understand and retain information.

I was disappointed that one of the answers I had answered correctly came back saying I chose another answer and it was marked wrong. I actually scored 100% on the test but when I chose the option to see the "wrong" question, it was one that I know I answered correctly (#20 in reference to the duration of COBRA for a terminated employee = 18 months -- it said I chose 36 months in error).

The final exam questions are contradictory to state specific working experience knowledge at times and parts of the question or answers are vague. However, even after being licensed for 46 years, I learned quite a bit and therefore the course was certainly a valuable learning experience.

Seemed to be some personal opinion in the content on the effectiveness of legislation that was passed in 2022. Specifically the inflation reduction act. I come here for objective information not political bias.

I found this class difficult to keep up with all of the options available to purchase as well as the coverages offered by each.

The time it took me to study and test on the material was closer to 7 hours, which seemed a little to long for the 5 CPE credits earned.

The continuous reading the material to me was not continuous. I had to click continue every time.

Loved the quiz questions at the end of the sections. Please add more
