GOOD MATERIAL

The questions within the section that were either true/false or major medical/CII were beneficial. The charts are very helpful as well to show organized information.

A little redundant in some places but otherwise, very well presented.

There could be more examples of scenarios in the course. A lot of the questions were about situations, while the material in the course was mostly factual information.

thinly vailed sales training

The course was well organized and easy to follow but was too long. This was due to redundancy. The content that was necessary to pass the exam could have been covered in an info graphic.

The course was very easy to navigate through.

The option to do self study.

The question about Chester being the insured under a critical illness policy is vague and doesn't indicate what conditions Chester actually needed. So I had to take a guess at this one. I think this question needs to provide more detail.

1. You have words in bold throughout the pdf, but rarely are these words immediately relevant to the paragraph they are in, most of the time it is just to remind the reader this is about CII. This causes issues when reading for the brain to identify the keywords to the topic. 2. Why is one question on the test worth 20 points? On top of the above issue that makes it feel ridiculous when you force failure so easily.

The auto play feature doesn't work and the instruction is literally just someone reading, not at all interactive.

I Love the read to me- I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the material that helps me to understand and retain the information.

I would like the percentages worked out like a story problem, so I could understand it,

for someone who is inactive perhaps I had a very difficult time finding the answers even after reading the material. Many I could not find. I have an MBA and found it difficult and not well designed to put in key words to find the answers with no real life experience to back it up.

I like to read at my own pace, without videos. It is great that we can download a PDF version of the course.

I passed on the first try but Chapter 3 was the hardest.

The content was informative. It was hard for me to fine some of the answers.

This training was presented in a clear and well organized manner that made it easy for me to understand what Critical Illness Insurance is. Prior to taking this course I did not know anything about the subject. Now I feel I have a good beginner's understanding. Well Done!

I found that the bundle I picked was for Life/Health in California and I couldn't find a bundle for Accident & Health or Sickness for which I am licensed. So, one of the courses in the bundle I picked wasn't accepted by the DOI of California and I had to call them (DOI) and WebCE to get another course, which was added without any questions and I wasn't charged which was extremely nice of the customer service rep.

Most difficult chapter so far. So much to read and try to absorb.

WebCE is so easy to use, and I actually learn things doing these courses.

The final test is HARD! Most of the questions are situational, very confusing! I had to research more on the web when i try to review the materials, as the answer were not on the material.

This course was a disappointment for me - esp after taking several others offered by WebCE. The content was condensed and difficult to retain. There were no Tests (which helps the student to learn and retrain information presented. Scores were based on this course. The summaries were the other saving grace for this one. Sorry, but you asked. . .
