After 30+ years of real estate you always learn something new with every course from Web CE - thank you or keeping them fun and interesting .

Only issue was when I needed to pause the class for a period of time, it was hard to get back in. I noticed, the last time that was necessary that there was a "Pause and exit" button, so my bad. But it was frustrating, and honestly, the tab was not easy to see.

What a great Class

The AI "instructor" mispronounces dozens of common words in this course. Does any human on your staff actually take theses courses to ensure the correct pornunciation is applied? Lead (paint) pronounced as lead(ership), or resent (resent the email) as resent (I resent that comment). There are scores of others...

Relevant and informative

The course was informative and covered a lot of useful material. I especially appreciated the depth, but there was a bit too much focus on property management careers. More content on residential landlord best practices and investor-tenant relations would be more relevant for most, in my opinion. The format could be improved with videos or interactive elements to break up the text-heavy, audio-style delivery. It also took longer than the estimated four hours for me, and one early hyperlink didn’t work, but overall, a solid course!

It took me a lot longer than I anticipated. Perhaps it is just me.

There is a typo in a quiz answer for Chapter 11. The word should be "wastes," however it is misspelled as "waster."

It is disappointing that I paid for a Florida licensee CE course and the information in the course was general in nature and stated within the course that it would not be practical to provide details of the individual state laws. That's exactly what I would expect from a good CE course. The course simply instructed me to learn about laws in my own state. This should be corrected and the relevant state laws and regulations should be included in the course.

More examples or case studies.

It would be nice to have an option to put your state in and learn about local laws

would like state specific information. Liked having the voice reader for the material.

I would hope there was more state specific content.

Some questions are not well written. Ex. How can a landlord provide safe drinking water at all times... there are systems wide breakdowns that are beyond the landlords control, or beyond anyones control.

The course took much longer than 3 hours. A third or more of the property management course was about law.
