Real life examples of how the rules and laws are applied, and what can go wrong if things are not done properly, are very helpful.

presentation seems to talk a lot about insurance as if it was written by an insurance company or someone promoting insurance products

I like to see more examples such as Michael Jackson/Dorris Day.

Great course design. Reasonable time to complete, finished a bit under time budget. Loved all aspects: PDF materials download, audio read-back option if desired and ability to speed up the audio to 150% etc., practice questions, hyperlinks back to areas of the learning materials / text.

You may take the frequency of my 100% exam scores as indication of the clarity and consistency of presentation, editing, etc. It wouldn't hurt to do one additional proofread of your courses before loading. Some minor issues I look past based on experience and prior knowledge might trip up some novices.

The course seemed very basic, not intermediate. Would like to see a more advanced life course that illustrates policies and how used as solutions in more detail. In an in-depth case format.

This exam, compared to the rest of the courses I took, was worded different and made it extremely difficult to understand the question. Of all the courses I took, this the only one I had to repeat and take twice and I barely passed it the second time. Maybe someone should review the content and the questions to make sure that question correspond with the content covered.

Really a great overview of Estate Planning and all the info was clear.

Could have had more examples - especially in chapter 5

I liked being able to do the course without audio. I was able to complete it in about 1/2 the time and still retain content.

Organization was poor. It explains issues in the last chapter that should be discussed at the beginning, so reader knows what problems are being solved. Often it reads like it's selling snake oil -- reader has no basis to care. And it's poorly written; for example, often meaning depends on where emphasis is placed within sentences, and readers cannot detect emphasis like listeners to a speech. Overall, it was difficult to know where the writer is taking us, and using some kind of foreign language.

If anything your courses are clearer and more densely information packed while even more easily read. Great work.
