In the beginning the practice questions were very difficult, when they presented calclating things

I think it's really effective that for this course WebCE or whoever the creator is summarized the key points of each topic without excess fluff. Far too many times I feel like people teaching material feel a need to add more than necessary to make a course look important, but it's far more important that people understand and learn. I appreciated the concise, but effective and efficient approach this specific course had.

Several sections seemed very repetitive of earlier sections.

The audio was obviously narrated by AI. A real person's voice manner would have been more interesting/easy to listen to. The AI voice inflections were often strange & un-human, if that makes sense.

The length of this was absolute murder. Perhaps, it should be, or could be, shorter?

I find WEB CE more user friendly compared to the previous CE I took

It was hard to answer the questions because it's unsure if Web CE derived at the exam questions. If Web CE was just the source for offering the test, then I would highly recommend. However, if Web CE derived t the questions, then I would be less likely to recommend. The questions in my opinion were questions that are less likely addressed when talking with potential clients on a daily basis. Though the test questions may have been relevant, they were not practical in nature.

The price was my primary motivation to take the course. However, the information was very easy to follow and text material will be a great resource/reference guide. It would be great to add a glossary.

I would like to see more courses on policies offered to employers. While individual policies are our bedrock, they do not make up the entirety of insurance policies. Thank you!

The course was somewhat redundant. Decreasing term questions shoud be eliminated from any study material. Companies don't offer Decreasing Term these days.

The name of the course was confusing. I thought it was a life and health course that included ethics as a separate course, but it was pne course that had ethics as the main component.

My only complaint with this CE course is that it was a bit too comprehensive in too many categories. I had a lot of overlap with medicare/health insurance subjects in this course. Perhaps a more clear title on the course would be beneficial as it seems to dive deeper than just "basics" of life and health.

I felt like I was tested on information in the chapter exams that wasnt covered in the course material.

I have been using webce for several years and really like it.

help setting up my course work was very valuable.

When I enrolled, I was asked to provide my license renewal date which was confusing. I entered the date my license expires and was told by an operator that this was fine. I would simply suggest you change that question to "when does your current license expire"? It's a small thing but it was confusing for me. Most of us think about our expiration date. So as an example. Mine expires12/31/24. I didn't know if I should enter 12/31 or 01/01/2025. It forced me to make a phone call.

I enjoyed having large print.

For a senior with 38 years of licensing it was far too long.

I asked for a simple short test. It took 3 hours to go thru the preview to justify a short 50 answer questions.

The search bar on the course helper is good but would be more useful if when it found the key word you click the button and it takes you to each word like in Microsoft Word. Also, I see the ability to save the test. However, I vaguely remember even after you save it you have to start all over so would be nice to prevent that, just pick back where you left off. Also, would be nice if the test was shorter or broken up in increments so you don't have to do it in one setting. Thorough training.

WebCE exceeding my expectations in delivering relevent content to me during the completion of my insurance continuing education courses. Also, I was particularly pleased that WebCE saved my progress and I was able to resume the course where I left off after being interupted by a power outage caused by a passing storm.

On the exam some of the questions didn't fully clarify the conditions of clients when presenting comparisons in regards to same time frames and deaths occurring at the same time. made it difficult to properly answer

There needs to be a tool that defines certain words since there are words and concepts stated that might need clarification. More examples needed in the course content BEFORE the practice questions. Read-it-to-me voice is terrible and robotic.

This course is way too long! I understand that your organization is trying to make this cost effective by bundling courses together, but at the same time courses need to be manageable as far as the time needed to complete the course. Maybe it would be better to offer more shorter courses at a more economical rate, thank you.

The requirement to take multiple chapter exams was time consuming.

This was easy to maneuver and study.

I wish it had been a more even split between health insurance and life insurance. This course was very heavy on the life insurance side, but that’s not as useful to me since I only work with health insurance.

I did not realize that I needed a proctor. I had to go to the library to get one.

Your course writer makes some assumptions about life insurance that may not always be the case, as it seems that there is a prejudice for newer and untested products like indexed LI and annuities that depend on the purchase of options and require insurance carriers to take on a lot more risk than other products. So the claim that it is more ethical or appropriate to recommend indexed LI or annuities may be in appropriate,

This course should be broken up into sectional tests, similar to the Universal Life Course. The test itself is waaaaaay too long.
