This was a very long in depth process for the CEU's. I believe in Chapter 4 quiz question 5 the answer is incorrectly marked. Please take a look at the wording of the question.

AI voice was really annoying with its frequently inaccurate pronuciations. Also very monotone and not engaging.

Could make better exam questions.

Underwriters do not "automatically correct" anything. Come on really? They may "automatically reject" if there's a typo. Seen that a lot since 2005. While the material is accurate it seems to make underwriters seem like a Gift from God, when in fact they should be more strictly appraised.

The audio could be a bit more fluid in separation between material and allowing for a quick playback button that rewinds 15-30 seconds versus having to play with the bar. Difficult to do on a mobile device.

Sorry.. some of the answers are way beneath the Profession. Not sure if you were trying to be funny, make the course easier or you just ran out of ideas for wrong answers. Try harder. I expect more from WEB CE

Some course examples and exam questions are hard to follow with flowery names, company names, etc. It is a learning distraction.

The information was very basic and superficial. This deficiency created a BIG problem with the exam because most of the questions were very in-depth and required a lot of knowledge that did NOT come from this course information!

One of the questions seemed to be worded incorrectly. Awarding punitive damages but then the question asks why punitive damages weren't awarded.

Very informative

Narrator was monotone and much of information was outdated. The world of insurance moves much faster than this now. This course information was relevant 10 years ago. It really needs updated to today's process of online entry of submissions.

This is a great general course. It would be great to be updated to today's climate of automatic underwriting and underwriter pools where UW is so generic.

when I first signed up I asked if the courses I chose were acceptable and I was told yes. after completing the twelve credit course I received an email saying the course was unacceptable because I took the same course less than two years ago and there would be no credit. Spoke to Selvin and he structured courses for me at no charge and he was excellent in handling the situation and I was very thankful

This has been a great experience for my first time ever doing CE

I reviewed the questions missed and confused as I had gotten those correct.

There appeared to be a few typos / editorial errors within the documents that could be misleading/confusing. Additionally, some of the wording and paragraphs were almost complete copy/pasted from earlier in the course which I found jarring.

The percentage completed seemed to be a bit off but I liked the feature. At one point it said 75% done then the percentage seemed to decrease. I also had a time during this test when it seemed like someone else was moving the screen. I'm assuming it wasn't anyone at WebCE and was probably a fluke. It always takes me extra time on these classes but I really try to learn the info not just pass the test. .

Good course, don't like the Louisiana thing but not your rules

Please make the reaccreditation a 2 year process

Worst testing company! I will never use again. I am a 30 year veteran and some of the test question answers are interpretations of your idiot test writers! Most likely retired small time agents!

Good balance of subject matter and presentation

This course was very user friendly and an ease to follow. I love the work at your own pace with review and testing of the exam.

The "Getting to Yes" class was very interesting and well written. The exam less so. Many of the exam questions were weird and convoluted. One that I pondered for quite a while unsure of what the question was really asking used the example of a person promising to go to church and then asked the text taker to choose an answer about acceptance and offer terminology. I would recommend to the test writter: Keep the exam text focused on examples from the actual text of the class.

Each chapter in this section was quite long, but the ability to lookup key terms made it more manageable.

There are a few typos that make the seemingly correct answers, incorrect. Improve consistency with names used.

Very dry & boring course. Hard to stay interested and focused.

No trick questions please. Just focus on questions that we can find answers in text book. Thank you.

the website is not very clear on classes available to renew designations. It does NOT have a direct link to find it. I always have to call a couple times to get the directions and navigate it.

I would recommend CE being on a 2 year span to coincide with state CE licensing requirements.

There were several areas of the course that asked me to refer to the online videos. I wasn't able to find those to view them.

The course encompassed just about all aspects of commercial underwriting in a very fun and informative manner. I found the best part is that it has everyday situations and true life situations.

Test questions and answer options poorly written and not clear.

I absolutely hated the read-it-to-me audio. It was boring, difficult to listen to, and just did not make for a positive experience which is a shame because the course content was very good.

It would be nice if "completed" courses were reflected in course library so I would know what has been taken and what is available.

Some of the questions could be a bit clearer and relate better to the course material.

The exam had confusing answers to some of the questions.

It is very difficult to memorize all the material and do the test at the end.

More interactive examples and video

I was looking forward to taking this course, but now realize it is not what I was looking for. I have been in the business of large commercial accounts for 35 years. This seemed almost like insurance 101 - and some of it was made more for personal insurance. I will not recommend this particular course.

Some of the questions are misleading or do not have a clear wrong answer, so it could be a matter of interpretation.

Great course!

This course is valuable for a novice producer but was of little value to an experienced underwriter. Would like to see more courses written for the benefit of underwriters maintaining their CRIS designation.

I prefer Web CE: Great price, good material and easy to use.

Some of the course seemed to go on a tangent like the auto symbols and protection code information. It was not pertinent to the topic to go into detail about this.

This was a great class. Easy to follow and materials really useful.

I really like the read to me feature to read along with.

Lessons are to the point and clear.

Material is too long

The "read-aloud" voice sounded very computer-generated, and was difficult to listen to. I turned the audio off.

Seemed like too simple of a course to be an update for a TRIP designation
