Conceptually, the course has some good content, but this course is extremely out of date. It is so out of date it should not be offered without being updated.

The course material seems to be quite out of date. Also, seem of the exam questions were not at all covered in the course material. They were still easy to get right, especially if you know Cyber. But those who don't might have trouble.

There was a question that specified "what choice would a smart person/individual choose" which I thought could be worded differently, but other than that this course was insightful and very helpful.

There are a couple of editorial corrections that need to be made but otherwise very good.

More "examples" throughout the lesson would break up the word flow a bit.

it would be good to get live voices or ones that aren't so monotone.

Great course!

I found the reading of the content very monotoned with very little expression. Very hard to listen and grasp.

This course was intense. Lots of complex details.

Didn't care for the audio. The rest was good.

I disliked all the exceptions and endorsements to particular types of coverage.

The cyber iso endorsements started in this course are outdated. It needs to be upgraded.

More practice questions for the various insuring agreements.

Some of the English written in this course was not correct, especially in the first couple of pages, and made it sound like it was written by someone who's English is not their first languate or AI.

Some references are way out of date - from 2017. This should be updated given how cyber claims are constantly changing and increasing.

There were some typos, missing or extra words a handful of times. Other than that, I found it very informational.

The website is very user friendly. Instructions are clear and the content is factual and informative. Great ongoing educational resource.

Course material is dated. 2018 ish and it is 2025. Cyber insurance has changed a lot. Needs a refresh.

The course material was wonderful, however, the AI voice reading the material was off putting and I found it very difficult to listen to.

This was very educational, and I learned a lot about the subject matter.

Due to the content of this course and the amount of time to understand how all the concepts of the insurance work together, this probably should be a two-hour credit course

Would have preferred videos for this course versus just audio/text.

There were tons of typos in this course, especially in the beginning. There were so many that it is definitely worth reviewing and correcting as it affects how understandable the material is. Otherwise loved the content.

The only improvement I would suggest on this course is that you provide a "take home" chart or spreadsheet to summarize coverages discussed. This would be useful to producers.

The questions in the exam are very confusing.

Some of the writing could be improved, as there were some instances of redundant language in the same sentence.

This was the best written and presented of about ten courses that I have taken (to date) with WebCE.

I like that your curriculum is connected to the highly respected IRMI.

I find the use of unique and uncommon names distracting. John Doe would be easier to not think about pronunciation but perhaps I am in the minority.

I like that you can search in the text information to research a section that you need to study more

Typo under Insuring Agreements chart, "Second, not all insurers offer all of the coverages provided by the insuring agreements noted in the Therefore, the typical cyber and privacy policy contains between 7 and 10 insuring agreements."

The chart was excellent! Best one yet.

I prefer a webcast or video versus just reading material and was disappointed to find out that the course was all printed material with the option for audio.

Most questions were very difficult and confusing bur, overall very good.

The monotone computer generated voice recording was very boring, no excitement.

The tables were good, but it would have been helpful if the types of policies were either highlighted or in bold type font throughout the course. It got confusing as I was trying to read it. Also, when a course discusses both Bodily Injury and Business Interruption, labeling them both as "BI" is confusing.

There is enough content and questions here to easily merit more than one hour of CE credit.

always a great service for my continuing education

This was a difficult session, taking me more than twice as long as others have; they are generally taking me a solid extra 3rd amount of time as published.

I don’t want a survey every time I finish a course. It diminishes the customer experience. Otherwise , I’m very happy with Web CE

The sentences are too long to absorb and keep the attention on the script. Several times I noticed a sentence could be broken down into 2-3 sentences.
