Instructors were not dynamic or engaging. Subject matter was not helpful to real life. Luckily your support staff is very helpful signing us up for CE's because all instructors I have had with your organization have been terrible.
I earnestly wish that I could know what questions I answered wrong. I have no idea what I did wrong.
had issues with saving and restarting in the same place I was restarted several times within the same chapter
I don't like that i had an hour of class and an hour of exam to equal 1 hour of credits. The testing part should account for time
Everything was easy. I like it gives you the option to go back and see what you got wrong in the practice questions and also give you the option to go back into the chapters to help find the answers to the questions. I also like the examples it made it easier to understand what you were reading. It was like a clear breakdown.
The content is garbage - I suppose advisors pick their noses, but seriously? Also, go on a hunt for the question with a typo. Not impressive.
It was fast and easy because for most of us it is a review to continue our licenses going forward. However, there are several areas that provided a clearer understanding of the entire insurance policy, soup to nuts.
This was an excellent course. So clear and to the point.
If you remember having that one teacher who picked the most left-field questions to ask on exams- that's exactly what these practice questions felt like. The wording could be less corporate jargon and more user friendly.

I answered NA for the 'relevant features' question because, for me, I like the instructors stories relating the material to real life scenarios. It's helpful to retain the information.
This particular course was unnecessarily difficult. It was as if they purposelfully came up with the most difficult questions humanly possible just in order to squeeze more questions to equal 120 of them. MANY of the questions were not even pertinent to Ohio, where I an renewing my license for. I do NOT recommend this particular course even though I passed. It was unnecessrily difficult. (20 year insurance agent)
Hated the 1 hour CA video - waste of time
I took 19 pages of notes which I plan on keeping. the content was very good
I liked that I had the option to review questions I got wrong, but it did not provide the correct answer. Missed learning opportunity there.
The open book version is so much better than the video closed book version.
I am a former teacher. Nothing more frustrating than teacher mtg where someone "read to me from script," a total waste of my time, I CAN READ, & I'm fast. Dohrn Junior & Senior were entertaining, but time they took was painful. I'll never again order a class unless I can read (along WITH audio as desired).

More time needs to be allotted to complete. The use of videos would also be helpful.
The one thing I would find more helpful is the ability to find keywords through a search option in each chapter. This would make it easier to go back to confirm an answer without having to reread so much again. Otherwise it was great!
On this course I felt the time constraints were not set correctly per the course. I had extra time but could not continue with the Exam due to the time constraint the system put. I could have used that time to actually do the final exam but it was restricting.

Course had multiple grammar errors. Especially for a paid course, I would think that everything would be proofread. I also do not like that even though I had the course read out to me at a normal pace, the content does not add up to the full two hours. The course was fine. I received the first email about CE testing on 4/14/26 and first test was on 4/21/26. I was on PTO and returned to work on 4/17/26. I was not able to provide the 5 business days needed to obtain a proctor.
Having to have 10 hrs of usage was my personal pet peeve. If we finish sooner we should be able to take the exams
I think there was a technical issue. Whenever i tried to pause a lesson or if I missed something and tried to rewind a little, it did not work. It would start the lesson all over again. That was very frustrating. I do not recall having this experience in the past.

The Dorhn's presentation was well presented, and the hour Fraud Video was very full of important information that every insurance agent and broker should review.

It was a solid course overall. As an agent with over 10 years of experience, I recognize the importance of the foundational material for newer representatives. While much of the content was familiar, it still served as a useful refresher.

It would be a good idea to select the part of the lesson you are on and have the AI audio follow the location and start from the selected word.

In my 20 plus years of my continuing education this was the worse. The instructors were great, but the exam was not relevant to the course. Thank God I think ethically. It was my common sense that got me through the exam.

I have taken similar CE from the Dohrn presenters on Ethics and was delighted to have this opportunity again. Personally, I don't prefer the videos as a rule, but the "sage philosophies" presented in this course demonstrate both the body language and vocal aids that would be helpful to any producer- seasoned or new. Again an A++ for the team!

The person or thing, reading the material, mispronounces words and ignores punctuation. This makes it slightly difficult to understand complex topics.
Some of the material didn't apply to insurance ethics and trust- schoolyard test question, Confucius, facial expressions. Videos were slow moving and boring.
This course has great information but needed more charts, visuals and more scenarios. I recommend a top 10 Gap issues scenario table, a Top 5 "tricky scenario", a symbols grid, a coverage GAP and fix grid. It was just too long and paragraph oriented for this material. There's so many endorsements and what if's that as laid out, it made absorption take longer than 2 hrs for me (I am pretty fast learner and typically can absorb information in 3/4 specified needed time.
the 1st interactive example seemed blocked. Each time I selected an option, the button did not move.

I found the video of father/son to be a bit extra. Some of the anecdotes did not add to the point of the lesson. Some of the examples seemed outside the main point of the course Ethics. Overall, very good course.

The last video of the hour for the anti-fraud component, at times did not line up with the reading of the words in the audio and what is actually conspicuous on the blue screen. It was choppy, and somewhat sloppy. That video needs to be recalibrated.
I would like an option to print the materials for reading as to not sit in front of a screen for another 4 hrs after a day at work. Would be useful to print and read during my commute to/from work where an open laptop isn't an option.

I loved the course
When selecting a course, it would be nice to be able to filter out whether the course is basic, intermediate or advanced, or at the very least be seen in the descriptions when listed out. This is my first time renewing my license, so I was looking for basic knowledge courses. Later in my career I'd choose more advanced. Also, as a true dyslexic, I appreciate the read-to-me and video options!

I wish that you offered a transcript for this course. There was tons of great information contained in the course. Definitely not your typical ethics class. I really enjoyed it, especially enjoyed Doug Sr's stories.
Some of the content is confusing. Looking for key words or differences that MAKE the difference - often it isn't straight forward. So it requires reading between the lines, which I don't like. BE straight forward. State it clearly.

This course is very dense and difficult to follow, even for someone who works in auto daily. I recommend renewing the content and making improvements to enhance clarity and usability.
The 2nd question I gave a (3). I have ADD and found the video distracting. I would rather reread the content 3 times than to listen to audio.
Voice to text was too fast at 1.0 speed and too slow at .75 speed. Other than that it was fine
The automatic reading didn't continue on each page - I had to reactivate the page and click it myself multiple times. This meant I couldn't listen continuously without logging back it. That's the only thing I'd change - let me listen to it all the whole way through

the required "instructor" lead videos are very time consuming and there is too much of telling people how to do their jobs. The son especially, carries minimal credibiliity due to his age as he speaks to "how to sell".

Also, Tom Wolf was the second highest life insurance producer in the late 70's and 80's. Gary Fink was the largest with over 13 million dollars in premiums ave in a 10 year period for Prudential.

Dont have AI read the material. there is no emotion and reads letter A as "eye" and cannot read the sentence to distinguish live (leeve) or live (l eye ve) if that makes sense. Same spelling different pronunciations.
I would like to see more classes added. I have been using WebCE for about 4 years now, and I feel as though I have already taken many of the classes that are applicable to me.

I found this course irrelevant for the most part. It is supposed to be about ethics and trust but many of the questions were inapplicable to the subject or industry and quite frankly dumb. Children on a playground as an example of whistleblowing? Really?

To be honest, due to work/family time constraints, I rather prefer the open book exam formats; however, I likely retain more in this one.
I was disappointed in the fact the timer did not keep accurate course time. Only 1 minute would add to the current course time to every 5 actual minutes. I had to sit and wait for an hour for the last 20 minutes to finish so test could be taken.

When using the audio/video option, the program kept booting me out and wanting me to sign in again. Had to do this several times. Probably because I am not physically using my mouse to read along. It was annoying.

The Ethics seminars were a mixture of opinion, trivia, and sales training, and were very unfocused. They took up around 2.5 hours of unskippable watch time, plus another hour after that. There were all kinds of digressions and at least 70% of it was not focused on ehtics but rambling examples, and awkward tangents.

I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.
The course needs real life examples - When you speak and converse with an agent, they often do explain this matrix that is outlines in this course. When you have an accident one's insurance rate goes up.
My biggest issue is figuring out if the specific courses will suffice for the CE needed for my license. Here's hoping it does lol

Excellent content... Easy to comprehend and the volume was not overwhelming...
I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.
Ease of use and course selection. Materials and scenarios were relevant to my job and prepared me for the exam sufficiently.

Using effective words, examples, patiently and thoroughly explaining the idea/concept. I especially loved the idea of creating a a PEC. In the past I have had excellent response, self esteem and great business when I have had an ethics code that clients were able to understand and sense I am exemplifying that code. It works and having heard you advise creating one is the best advice that you can provide which shows me your commitment to my success. Priceless. Keep coming up with great examples and how to best explain and reach more people with wanting to be only ethical for themselves. would like more mini tests along the way. The read-it-to-me audio was fantastic!! Made the courses easier to understand.
Regarding the reading out of the #s, some due to the space in between it was being stated out loud/read correctly.
I liked the history aspect the most, when it was used to tie in different principles and concepts related to insurance and ethics.
I like that there were practice questions to get you ready for the exam. I didn't like how much pressure is put into the exam process of needing someone to watch you and passing a test. Gaining knowledge is the goal, so why not just do check-in questions more often during the material and not have an exam?

Certain material was incorrect as it pertains to auto insurance laws in my state (Florida). I had to disregard some of the material. I could do that since I've been doing this for 15 years, but for a new agent it would be confusing and problematic, and may not give correct information to a client.
The course was just in the talking format. It would have been very helpful to have the text available as well. If I wanted to revise something it would have been MUCH easier to just read again a written text. I was VERY uncomfortable with the format. I wasted way much more time, compared with a written course. If I would have known, I would have picked a different course.

stating repeat questions with different verbiage seemed a little redundant ,but overall very goodd
I think some areas were just too comprehensive for renewal CME. However, the audio reading made it possible to finish at a reasonable time. ** I wish the review answers would work after each session exams. For some reason the review your answers now did not work for student to see what missed after each graded final exam. Knowing what was missed should be part of the training so next year the students will not again fail the same questions. Overall, I am a happy camper using this for the first time and I will surely recommend it.

Easy to use
This course specifically teaches some things that are not correct in the industry. The most stated problem is with psych care under liability claims. It is common in the industry to cover these types of psychological treatment.
I have been in insurance for about 15 years, and I found this course to be very insightful and helpful. It would be a great course for people who are starting out in the insurance field.
This was a great course and content. The presenters made the time fly by being engaging.
I like the ease of using WebCE and how intuitive the site is. I have used WebCE in the past and have been very pleased with the content of the courses. I learn something new from every course.
As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment
Instructors were very knowledgeable and communicated very well.

Great course
The definition vs the pap language was a little hard to follow. Too much emphasis on the rental car portion and the rental agreement. The examples were helpful.
If pausing the video then resuming, a processing circle continues and the video will not longer continue from where I left off. I saved and exited multiple times with no solution.
The presenters were very relatable. They were regular agents who have figured it all out. I liked their presentation and felt as if they were just having a conversation with me, not talking down to me. It was easy to learn from them and I got more out of this course than I've gotten out of any other in a long time. They not only helped me fulfill my CE, but inspired me to do better in my practice.

Great course with valuable information.
Reading materials vs. Video would be much preferred. I felt the material and questions skewed to the days of old far too much and the material needs updated. It would be much better to reference how we use web conferencing than how somebody schedules too many appointments and is late constantly.

I would like the ability to read the content rather than watch videos.
When pausing the videos, regardless of where it was stopped, the video would go back to the beginning to start all over again. When an attempt(s) was made to scroll to where it was paused, the video would still go back to the beginning.
Good course
The course is good and interesting, especially with all the examples and scenarios that illustrated the points made in each lesson. I would suggest that the presenters make an effort to include females in the examples and scenarios. The only females mentioned in the entire course were the daughters of one of the presenters and a story about a Girl Scout selling cookies outside the entrance to a dispensary. I also wondered why the choice of selling cookies outside a dispensary was considered a good location to maximize business. Is the suggestion that people using cannabis are hungrier for cookies than other potential buyers? Why not a library, hardware store, hair salon, hobby shop, etc?
The instructional portion of the training along with the videos and practice questions make these educational training videos easier to follow and understand.

I've been in Insurance for 41 years. This was the best Ethics class I have ever taken. I actually learned new ideas, history, etc. Most classes just give you examples on how to be unethical!

Course is very directed toward Producers. Some examples from the view point of Service Staff could have made it feel more relevant for non-Producer licensees.

The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.
The teachers were incredibly likeable and i did not fall asleep and actually learned a thing or two.

The course took a while to complete. The modules could have been combined to make it easier and less time to complete the training.
The course was excellent. However, every two or three minutes I had to unlock my phone during the entire course. The requirement of constantly unlocking my phone was very distracting. This Ethics course is too important. Please consider changing this process.
I didn't think I would like the course being in video but I was pleasantly surprised.
The computer voice was too fast; it had some slight mispronunciations and pauses were not consistent.
I would like to slow down the audio and I think more pictures or videos would help with keeping attention and focus.
Read-it-to-me audio is horrible. It's choppy. Different voice options would be nice.
The course was a little more detailed and took longer than anticipated for a 2 credit course. Lots of moving parts. The material was good but I though it could have a few more credits.

Its ridiculous that if you can speed read you can not take the test until 10 hours are up. I just left the computer on for 6 hours.

I had a lot of technical issues trying to complete this course with internet problems on the website. I emailed you about it today but luckily I was able to persevere through the difficulties and passed the final exam. I’m glad to be done for this years requirements

Practice quiz one had an incorrect question that stated a hit a run would be covered under UM. It would not. Only if the hit and run was found and determined not to have insurance. If it's just a hit & run, there is no UM.
The written study material was produced in the format of a novel, not a textbook or study guide format. There was no use of headlines, underlines, bold text, bullet points or anything to highlight important points. The author rambled. It seemed more like a transcript of someone speaking or ad-libbing into a microphone. The material had no business being used and was very unprofessional.

I have taken many CE courses in my career. This course was unfocused and hard to watch. They presented 20 minutes of information in 3 hours, and the exam was not well correlated with the course as presented. Horrible.

The Dohrns were very engaging and i appreciated real-life examples that they provided.
The voice was obviously computer generated. Words were misrepresented and out of context. Ex Lots referred to a car lot but was read as Lots a quantitative value.
There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.
This course is very appropriate for anyone (not just insurance professionals) in the business world. I'm glad I was able to take this course and will gladly refer others in need of continuing education credits to consider this course.
Having to sit in the course for the duration is not optimal.

Bad start after multiple restarts the video on my IPad and content did not appear but I could do the practice questions and so I completed. After trying different settings I hit search and the transcript appeared so I read the entire course… the course tracker said I was 99% complete but my time was only 20mn so I then had to use my phone where the video did appear… Bad finish because I got booted out for inactivity with no warning and browser issues and multiple times I didn’t know if my time was recording because I would complete a segment and get Zero credit or Two or Four minutes… I spent 8 hours on a 3 hour course… I also purchased two more courses of 7 & 8 hours wich I haven’t started… I Hope you can find something to fix in a hurry… I would like to resume my CE soon
It would be nice if the search feature took you to the section you are searching for and not just highlight it in the body of the text so you have to scroll to find it.

I didn’t realize this was a video class course. That should be clear in the description as I would have preferred to have just read the material myself. But I will say, the video was very good and know that it stuck in my head better. LOL
It took more than 4 hours to complete. The Videos are too long. The CA fraud was fine. The other videos took more than 4 hours to complete

I really liked the video, they were filled with examples and humor which i tend to remember. I also like the options to pause the lecture to take notes. I am a audio/visual person and enjoy listening to the content rather that trying to read the information

Excellent courses! Works great on a desktop computer & a mobile device. Very quick & accurate grading of the tests. I appreciate the option to print the course also, for use when no wifi connection is available. There is an error on page 30 of the "Personal Autos used in Business." course. In the first sentence, under "Ride Sharing." there is a number "4" after the "Uber, Lyft and others" that doesn't need to be there. THANK YOU!

I prefer the format with both written and video instruction.
I have ADHD and I cannot stand to hear videos played at normal speed. It is very hard to stay focused on the content but with the ability to play at 1.75 speed I am able to stay engaged and listen better. That accessibility is very beneficial to my type of brain that gets bored easily. Thank you for including that feature.

This video was long winded and barely relevant to ethics, history lesson of the past has no effect of now. Presentation was monotone and boring. Did I mention a lot of the material was irrelevant. Any further VIDEO training needs to be present on the top of the description so it can be avoided. Thank you.
I will give a better rating on the two last ones, but it was hard to know exactly what you missed if you did not pass the test. It will help to show you even if you pass which was the right answer. Especially if you are doing the CE's only to keep the license and not working on that field. But other than that it was good.
My biggest concern is for the CE course you have made, the exams are as hard or harder than the state exams to get the license and by doing so could be jeopardizing agents license who may not be able to pass the exams.
A lot of material in the course, however it was organized very well.
I could not get the audio to play on this course
It would have been helpful to provide a transcript of the dialogue from the videos to review before the exam. Sometimes on the videos, they went through certain points very quickly, and it would have been helpful to read what they said in print for review.
This was clearly a course that pointed more to life & health insurance but is listed as P & C.
Not enough time given. It would be better if your final exam wasn't all at once & it could be section by section & know which questions you got right/wrong

Ethics course is awful. The presenter's in the video are about as dry and monotone as it gets. It's beyond boring. Not to mention, it feels like I'm in high school again taking a history class. Am I taking a course on Ethics or Maslow's Theory of 1920 or Peter Drucker ideology? It makes NO sense to me. Content seems so irrelevant to taking an actual course on acting ethical in business. I don't see the correlation.
ethics presenters were very good. the state of CA anti-fraud presentation was not great. Dated stats and boring recitation of numbers of offices. would have been better to review more examples of fraud and how to recognize it.
This was a course that was supposed to be on Insurance Rating not DEI.

I liked how they broke the sections into 10 minute segments. Because I want to finish a section in one sitting, I knew how much time it would take. I also appreciated how they encouraged us to write a PEC and gave tips on how to go about doing so.
I've used Web.ce for a number of years. This particular course content was WAY TO LONG for a 3-unit course. I used the audio version, took the exam and did not waste any time and it still took nearly 6 hours to complete. I felt it wasted my time and that Doug Dohrn Sr and Jr, while well informed, just took way too long to get through the required material. I did not enjoy the course.
Would be better if did not have to stay in course for alloted time.
In the beginning, the course seemed dry and boring, but when the speakers shared life experiences, it turned the course around and made it more relatable.
There was a question in my exam that had incorrect information. It stated that owned private passengers autos was Symbol 2 instead of Symbol 3.

I really liked the instructors for this course. They really brought to life the concepts of ethics and integrity in really great ways by using quotes and consistently using Rucker's information. I learned a lot more in this way and am inspired to put to action writing my own personal code of ethics.
I enjoyed the course teachers (Doug Sr and Jr) more than expected. It was a lot of information, but it lead me to take very extensive notes. They weren't needed for the test, but I gained a good knowledge of how to conduct my business and treat clients/people in general. This was a very good course. Thank you very much!

I always find the WebCE courses very valuable.
I do my CE with you guys every 2 years. Very easy to navigate. And it's EXTREMELY helpful that all the pre-built packages you offer in my state all satisfy my state's renewal requirements. It would be really bad if I ordered a 24-hour package that didn't meet those reqs. I find everything to be really smooth on this site.

The presentation of this course was difficult to figure out. There was a very large blank space from the topic above to the "continuation button below. Not clear as to what to look for to continue based on left hand margin, was difficult to find course material--finally found it by pressing search button. Very convoluted!

There was no indication that this was a video-only course. I can learn and understand the material better when reading than watching a video. This sub-par video course was a disappointment from WebCE.
Too many questions and too difficult. I have done these courses before in my less time but I had to read carefully here to have a good guess at what the answers would be
I really loved the course even though it is supposed to be boring, it was not and it was probably the first time I was actually truly engaged in an ethics course. The only suggestion I have is to introduce a slide that summarizes multiple point content. For instance , principles if leadership were listed one by one but there was no slide at the end listing all of them at once for better content retention
Apparently the California requirement was not that important other than making us listen to a largely irrelevant discussion. The "State" could have had a better presentation.

This content appeared dated. The content was geared to sales and brokers but the description of the course did make that clear. The presentation felt like someone was simply sitting there, reading Power Points and the presenters spent entirely too much time explaining how and why they were so qualified to give the presentation - the entire presentation almost seemed self-serving to the presenters.
This ethics course was the best course that I have taken from WebCE so far. The content and presentation were both great!
I find your videos of poor quality and a bit boring. I prefer reading the info. more efficient for me . I will be looking to replace Web CE as my go to for continuing Ed

The statement that Michigan requires all drivers to have unlimited PIP is no longer accurate. New rules allow for lower coverages for PIP. This information should be updated.

I loved the Ethics and the Trust Factor course. Common sense and yet powerfully communicated. Wondering if I bought for each agent on my team if I could get a bulk discount? I already took it but I have 9 direct reports. Is there an opportunity for a discount if I want to enroll all of my team. Some may not benefit from the CE as they already have completed their CE but I see value in this course as a beacon of always doing things the right way etc.
All my CE requirements are taken from WEBCE since i was licensed. Easy to follow and my first video course taken. Listening and watching the video makes it so easy. Thank you.

I loved all the quotations and references to famous figures in history and learning about Tom Wolff and delving into Peter Drucker's advices. Who knew Confucius could be relevant to the modern day insurance agent? The instructors were very engaging and provided the right amount of humor.
Explaining auto coverages using primarily written verbiage makes comprehensive difficult due to the number of different coverage scenarios. It would be helpful to use charts and sections of applicable policy sections to illustrate the written narrative.
Exam questions are more difficult than practice questions.
I noticed a misspelling on one of the graphics (instead of saying EXPERTS said exert)

Not happy with the tracking of time. I had to constantly touch the screen or mouse or it didn’t count. I was watching the video consistently and hit continue only to be kicked out one time. The course does not come close to 3 hours of information so when I went back to review the practice questions that didn’t count as time spent either. Super frustrating!
The course read it to me audio didn't have any reflection in the voice and it just make it hard to listen to at time. There was so much information in this course - I did learn some new information - but it just seemed sooooo long.

Transportation coverage never mentioned a deductible for $30 day up to $900 for rental car. Making quiz question wrong answer or learning material wrong.

I don't like that the State of Texas forces us to read slow in order to complete the classes in the time that the present. The course that states it takes 10hours doesn't take that long to read and take the quiz. Having to complete my CE's by waiting on the computer time is stupid.

I'm a seasoned professional and I can read through the material quickly. I've gone through WebCE for many years and this new requirement of having to wait 10 hours to complete a course is ridiculous. I don't know if I will consider WebCE for future continuing Education.
I disliked the facts that there is a required time limit before you can take the test. If I'm able to read and comprehend the material before the required time I shouldn't be penalized and forced to wait before taking the test.

I would like the search feature to be a little better. When I search for a word or phrase, I would like to go to that word or phrase and be able to tab to the next search match.

I liked that I could go straight to the practice questions and that they were very similar to the ones asked on the exams! Best course I have ever taken. Other companies don't allow to fast forward content or skip around but I will definitely only be using Webce in the future.

This was not my favorite course on Web CE. I felt the examples and continued references to Peter Drucker and others from many years ago to be dated, and some of the course material seemed irrelevant in today's times. I think more recent references would have been more interesting. Also did not like the fact it was all on audio recording. I would rather read the material then listen to 2 people talk for 3 hours.

Overall, the course was pretty good. I would not recommend this course to a brand new agent. Seasoned agents know who Peter Drucker is, but I doubt new agents do or would care who Peter Drucker is.
The only thing I had any issue with was a couple times during the video as it was playing, a message popped up to the effect that it thought I was idle and then I would need to sign back into Web CE again. It was annoying but it worked out okay.
The presentation of the PAP endorsement section is very long and appears tedious. Maybe breaking that up into sections would be easier on the student.

The instructional videos were too long and verbose. A lot of unnecessary talking by the instructors. However, the instructors were very, very good. The videos need to be shorter
I found many questions to be too vague when pair with the possible answers. Based on real life experiences, more information would have been required on more than a couple to actually get the correct answer in real life.
This course was excellent and presented several thoughts that will allow me to operate a business that my clients will enjoy and appreciate.

There seemed to be a bit too much info in the rental car presentation - perhaps break up some of that info to keep the interest.

webce's website is stuck in 2018. although the insurance industry has changed since COVID, it still has not been updated. questions that don't apply to agents on a day to day basis, such as claims questions, are asked and i am not sure how many hours i need to complete, as when i purchased the courses it only required 48 hours, however my co-workers state its 60 hours so im not sure.
It was very well done. I do like the interactive part of listening to someone go over the material.

This is based on the course I took. Personal auto in business. I am not a commercial writer, this had a lot to do with commercial and not the personal lines. It needs to cover what we can or can't write in personal lines....not commercial

Change to videos for ethics was extremely boring and hard to get through. Easier for producers to read at their own pace and take notes if necessary. Video trainers were unsatisfactory and very subpar.

I did not like taking two exams. I answered 20 questions while going through the videos. Then was surprised and frustrated that I had to answer another 20 questions on the actual exam. I would prefer just one 20 question exam not two 20 question exams. We can both learn and be efficient with our time .

The mandatory hour at the end from the CDI was much drier and more tedious to get through than the rest of the course, which I thought was built much better. The last hour also needs to be updated as it is now 2025 and the course was from some time in 2022.
I think it is harder to retain information from videos than text. With text I can go back and re-read, but with videos, I have to try and figure out where in the video the information is. The course content is great, but I greatly appreciate text! Thank you for your consideration.
I normally like my WebCE course. This course has a lot of subjective content, poor examples and odd test questions.

I was unaware that Trip Interuption coverage (PP 1302) covers mechanical breakdown. I thought that a covered loss IE comp or collision was required.

This was one of the best ethics courses I have taken in my Career. I loved the videos and the scenarios. They were well put together!
Good information and personalities but way to much time for the amount of credits
On two of the quiz I put the correct answer. Upon grading the test the program changed my answer that I had marked correctly. That glitch needs too be fixed. Luckily on both test it dropped my score to 80 which was passing and I did not have to retake.

The business case examples such as US Automotive industry and GM not listening to Drucker's suggestions of assembly line change resonates. Numerous other case examples used to make key points were very effective. FOr a subject about always doing the right thing, they elevated the subject and challenged you to think about how you approach your business, how to engage with prospects and clients, and more deeply how to live your life. Best Ethics or Ethics related course I've ever taken. Video and quiz cadence extremely effective for learning, retention, and future application of what's been learned.

Course overall was OK but the time spent on the endorsements was not as useful as the rest of the material. The state-specific variations make many of these endorsements irrelevant for many users.

One of the practice questions did not make sense. The question did not explain which person was the insured in the question. 4. Rating surcharges apply to policyholders who were involved in at-fault accidents during the past 3 year period. However, they do not apply in certain circumstances. Which of the following drivers is most likely to face an accident surcharge? • a. Diana’s car was rear-ended at a stop sign. The other driver paid her for the damage in order to keep it off his insurance record. • b. Leann’s car was damaged when it collided with Jacqueline’s car at an intersection. Jacqueline was ticketed and convicted of a moving violation, but Leann was not. • This answer is incorrect. Accident surcharges do not apply if the other driver was convicted of a moving traffic violation, and the insured driver was not. • c. Lina’s car was damaged when it struck Sheila’s parked car in a parking lot. Each car sustained $750 in damage. • d. Marina recently submitted a collision claim after her car was struck while it was lawfully parked on the street in front of her house. If the question was about Jacqueline then my answer was correct.

I found another random number left behind: Ride sharing (a service offered by Uber, Lyft, and others)4 involves I hope that helps you to clean up typos as there are still a few in each of the classes I took this time. Overall great content, and for someone who actually reads all while listening to the audio, the longer courses take me about twice the time stated... a 5 hour class takes me about 10, the 6 hour took me 12. It's a lot of time invested! But thank you for helping me brush up on relevant content. I appreciate the information as I haven't really taken an auto insurance class since 1985! lol.... :)

The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

The ethics presentation was so basic and juvenile. There are so many more interesting things that could be said rather than hearing the presenter tell about the time he called a fat woman pregnant.

This was the most remedial course in ethics I've ever taken. If this is the level of expectation for insurance producers, it's no wonder there are so many issues. This course seemed more focused on filling up time than providing relevant and professional training.

I disliked having to have a proctor. I haven't had to before when taking an online CE exam and it was difficult as i was doing this late at night when having someone available was hard.

The mentioning of the endorsement numbers was distracting and would not be used in day to day activities. The names of the endorsements are complicated and confusing. Just say, " the policy can be endorsed to cover (or exclude) such and such

The way some of the practice and test questions were worded was not clear at times. The practice question about who would get an increase due to an accident did not specify which driver, it just stated a situation. The test used peoples names and expected everyone to know if they were male or female, kind of outdated. This is the first time I’ve seen issues like this for courses on this site. Otherwise, the courses and availability and convenience are great.

This course spent too much time on the instructors' telling stories and less on facts or useful information. It felt like I was attending a CE presentation at the Holiday Inn back in 1992.

this course, unlike all the other courses that i have taken from your company allowed me to read the material at my own pace. This course, i had to listen to 2 gentlemen who digressed with their stories and slowed the pace of trying to fulfill me CE requirements. I would rather read the material myself.
I felt the video was too long and the speakers gave too many examples of personal experiences and I wish there was an option to read the content rather than watch it.
The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.

I like courses that I can read, that have good outlines and stick to the subject. I felt this course could have been cut in half by leaving out most of the authors family background and experiences that I found boring and deviated from what I wanted to refresh on. For a brand new agent or producer this course might be helpful but for a continuing education course it was very tedious.
Examples make unclear rules much more understandable. It would be great if plain language was used verses exclusions and exclusion exceptions! The two questions it said I got wrong were correct per my earlier practice questions, but no correct answers were given for the two I supposedly got wrong....

The course content was very informative and alive. However for a 3 credit course, it was an over kill. It took me about 7 hours to complete It. It should have been rated as 20 credits.

I tried to use the Read-to-Me option but found the audio very stilted and dry. There wasn't a lot of inflection and I found my attention drifting so I disabled the audio and read it myself. Otherwise, the course material was very good.

This course was not concise. There was too much focus on irrelevant detail. If presented more effectively, key topics would have been more clearly emphasized. In other courses offered the information is succinct.
All other courses I have taken were easy to follow and understand. This one was not. I was hard to follow and hard to go back and look up what was necessary. I did not like this particular course.
I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.

The men on this video are way to long winded. They are mono toned and so boring. I didn't learn anything. This really didn't relate to ethical behavior as an agent.
Please make it clearer when there are supporting resources or interactive packets to go along with the course. I found these after I had already completed it where I could download PDF's with additional resources or study material
Some of the questions are extremely long. Some of the answers are extremely long. I just feel that the questions should be more direct. I do not have any other concerns other than those.
Some questions and sometimes the answers are too lengthy. Sometimes the wording are confusing.
This was a very good ethics course well worth the time. I plan to require my junior advisors to do this course when they need ethics because of the quality content
Didn't like the format of the course. Some of the videos weren't playing properly and missed some of the content that was being discussed. More information would have been better to see on the PDF of the course material reviewed and taught. Overall it was a good course, but probably wouldn't purchase it again if I have the choice.

some of the examples were hard to follow, not showing examples of when the coverage explained would apply, but rather instances where the coverage would not apply. It was a bit confusing. The boss's daughter being in an accident while borrowing her friends car was one example
The font made it easy to read the questions. Only having 5 questions at a time to answer made it easier to study in chunks.

It was very long. Listening vs reading it myself was very time consuming. I guess if we are to have the actual real-time hours, then this is sufficient. Otherwise, to read it ourselves, would probably be shorter time.
Some questions hard to read
I decided on 12 hours perhaps you could split this 12 hours into 4 segments to make easier.
This was very outdated video for ethics. While I understand what they were trying to achieve I was not impressed with the style of the presentation nor the constant reference to one person for ethics.

This course has been the best online Continue Education Course I have taken in my 25 years as an insurance agent! I have learned more on this course than I have in any other course. I will be able to use what I have learned and it will help me be more successful in my career. This course was absolutely excellent!
I liked the subject matter. Sr could have spoken louder and with more "enthusiasm". But I am comparing him to the younger Jr. Both were great, and I believe they felt what they were delivering.

A lot of the industry material seems outdated and irrelevant. Using sales practices of the 1920s and eyebrows/body language as a testing point seems silly and far from helpful. Test on ethics and sales practices, not Sally's eyebrows...
curse was good and easy but i would like it for it to be a little bit more short since moms and full time workers don't have that much time to be reading so much information. for final test maybe if is also 20 questions would be better, but overall great curse i would definitely recommend.
I've learned a great deal of the subject matter than I had expected to. I was an agent for 17 years and this was the most I've learned throughout the years about my profession. I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. i did not like that the entire trainings were videos, at times it was nice that there some interesting anecdotes and a personal touch in the training but this training took much much longer than anticipated

I was surprised at how dated and condescending this course was. I don't like leaving a poor review but I think there should be some sort of warning so it could be avoided, especially in a course that is specifically required.
I truly like these courses as they are not long and drawn out. The only recommendation I would make is please shorten the questions and answers. That is a little much in my opinion. Overall best CE courses.
I think for a one credit class 25 questions is a lot and the names of people you should not have to look at the his or her in the answer to know if it is a male or female.

This was, hands down, the best CE course of any type that I've taken this year. The instructors displayed a high degree of emotional intelligence, which is DESPERATELY needed in our society today.

The agents, actors in the video course were not suitable for the level of training and content. The video content was not received well. I would prefer the option for text, ability to read and review to enhance my understanding.
I spent almost 6 hours to complete this course, it is supposed to be a 3 hours course.
The course material is very difficult to read and boring. Would be nice to have more interactive elements, photos. The written examples were good - that was how I learned about each coverage.
I found the section on Uber and Lyft confusing
In my opinion the audio goes to fast. I would like it a little more slowly

This took a lot longer to complete than 3 hours, even listening at 1.25x speed, but it was high quality material done well.
Extremely wordy course. I feel that information could be presented in a much more condensed manner so as to save time for the learner.
This exam was stupid in a lot of areas. Trick questions where any of the answers could have been correct and I honestly didn’t like that this one was all video and not able to read anything.
Excellent, informative format with appropriate, hopeful content however, was too long for a course only providing 4 hours of credit.
Stick to the ethics portion of the class and do not promote other authors.

I have to admit. I was one of the people you mentioned at the end of the course who thought it would not be interesting. Boy, was I wrong! I've been in the industry for 34 years and this was hands down THE BEST ethics course I've ever taken. I got so much from this course. Thank you for taking what you do so seriously and bringing something of so much value to us.
I don't like that the hours taking the test don't count towards cont ed hours. If the same amount of questions are given for a 3 hour course as a 6 hour course, the person doing more courses that are less hours spends more time on tests. Not fair
Very basic video presentation, but the info was fine.
I loved the format with these two instructors. Way better than what I have experienced in the past "corporate" sterile vibe that we usually have.
Thought it was refreshing to finally listen and not have to read. It was also nice to not have repetition of 20 years of ethics. New content was good.
This is the only course I took from you this year that had errors in it. Many places where numbers were inserted as if to hold a place where someone had to insert something. Clarifying words were missing and Jessica referred to as him. Speed of narrator just a little to fast when trying to comprehend the material. For conversation or listening to a book, the speed is fine, but not for learning. When I slowed the speech down 1 notch it was too slow. Would be nice to have more speed choices. Thank you for helping me pass my CE this year !!!!!
Stop using gendered pronouns in the course. These are not pertinent to material facts of insurance
The AI gentleman's voice was monotone which was hard to following, got boring listening to same tone.
Remove all gendered pronouns throughout the course. These are not needed to provide examples of the course material. Why does the course mention an actual existing non-profit organization by name (The Lighthouse for the Blind, INC) This could show WebCE as not being impartial to non-profits in total. Lastly there is a test question that gives incorrect BI/PH limits for AZ. Since July of 2020 the minimum limits required in AZ are 25/50/15. All information needs to be factual and accurate to the time of use of materials
This was one of the better Ethical courses I have done.
I don't like the time limit per day. Wished we have the option to review materials whenever that is convenient. Thanks.

Good content, but the videos ran way too long.
The questions on the test is far beyond the content of the teaching instruction we experienced. The accent of instructor and their tone of their voice on the subject matters found confusing and not straight to point, very confusing with usage of complicated vocab which were far from understanding , learning and remembering. I had a note but even my note was not helping me at all and I got 86 percent instead of 100. Very disappointed.
Although I scored 100%, I did not like the test questions. I found them to be very longwinded when the course information was pretty succinct. The longwinded test questions, although I got all of them right, sometimes had multiple answers that could have been correct if taken subjectively, but remembering the course content, I understood the test creator's bias and chose accordingly. I think the test questions could be re-written with better clarity for the test-taker (this would also be more fair/ethical for the person whose judgment and comprehension is being examined).
I did not object as much to the videos, it was a good change of pace from reading into all the time. The content was very entry level. For someone licensed for 25 years this was a snore fest and waist of my time.
I appreciate being able to go through the course in my own timeframe.

The Read-it-to-me audio needs tweaked concerning pronuciation.
Just once I would like to take a sales class from someone who has sold the product. This presentation just interpreted sales theory you could tell neither one of the speakers spent one day actually doing the job I do or anything related to it.
Videos for Ethic makes the exam as close book, because they are not searchable. Horrible. PDF instruction is preferred.
The video for the particular training was unbelievably dry, slow and extremely boring. It would have been better served in writing!

The ethics content, videos, and handout were helpful and beneficial, but the hour long anti-fraud training video at the end with no final exam questions disrupted the flow of the entire course. Perhaps that should be at the beginning or a separate ethics course?

The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.
There could have been another option to video, like power point with audio.
I missed where it said it was video only as I prefer to read. Also the FWA video at the end was frustrating as it added an additional hour to the 3 hour Course. Plus I get Fr;aud waste and abuse with AHIP, Limra and several other places year in and year out. I'm tired of doing the same course over and over
The video was apparent and straight to the point. I love the tips on becoming a better agent in the feature.
The final testing part could be more realistic, at least for me. The results should have a provision to show the incorrect answers so you don't keep answering the same question incorrectly. The Final exam sucks, presentation by both is outstanding.
There were too many illustrations or examples from history, such as the GM/Japan example and the railroad story

After 33 years of being a licensed agent- I have been under the impression that sales and marketing concepts are NOT to be part of any Continuing education courses - and I felt that 80%+ that was the content of this course. Shocked WEB CE endorsed this course.

audio is inconsistent from video to video. Some are particularly muffled, need a better audio engineer to equalize approprietly.
This course needs an update to simplify the terminology and provide clear and concise wording. There are also a number of text and/or grammatical errors that need an editor to clean up.
I'm unsure why I'm no longer able to review the course materials on my own.

Misspelled words, question clarity, and sentence structure need work. Stop trying so hard to confuse me! The goal is to reinforce concepts known and practiced.
Some test questions had 2 correct answers. example would be question 4 of the exam I took.
I got 2 questions incorrect and your system asks if I want to review those questions now, I will not have a chance to do it again. I did & One would think after the test is graded, when viewing the wrong answers, the right answers would be listed. Reviewing the answers that you got wrong without knowing the correct answer doesn't teach anything. I feel like the 2 questions I got wrong could have included other answers logically. If this is a program to refresh and teach continuing education for a license you hold, you should be able to get all the correct answers after the exam was graded and submitted. Just a suggestion for better knowledge and retention
I like the video format. I am encouraged to review my code of ethics again this year.

The course took more time to complete than it was advertised. And I do not get credit for the extra two hours needed. Before purchasing the course, it was not indicated that it will be delivered via video. I prefer to read and to have the PDS as reference. I read faster than the video speakers.

I likely could have skipped directly to the final exam and answered all 15 questions correctly. The course completion percentage is not accurate to the time left, particularly when I had to churn through an additional hour of video from the CA Insurance commissioner. Before that hour, the course completion said I was 95% complete. Would much prefer to read a text than watch a video.
I don't recall choosing video. I realize if I chose that option, it is not for me.
For Footnotes you should have a link on the number to bring you to the foot note. Also, the definition of discrimination and the example used for a teacher discriminating against a student isn't a correct example. A teacher grades a students work, they attempt to look at it as objectively as possible as there are correct and incorrect answers, it is not discriminatory to give a student an A or a D dependent on their schoolwork, because it is graded. I believe this example is very confusing if anything. I would never say "My teacher was discriminatory against me because she gave me a d." No, I got a d because "I" got the answers wrong. Definition of Discriminatory according to Oxford - "making or showing an unjust or prejudicial distinction between different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, sex, age, or disability: "Discriminatory employment practices"" If the teacher treated me differently BECAUSE I got a d on an assignment, then it would be discriminatory but "unjust" is the big part of the word

In the past I have had trouble with some courses being a little hard to remember with many codes and dates etc. This course, while including those items, were introduced in a simple understanding way. I picked up on it quickly and easily.

As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.

You have questions that are grammatically incorrect. One question reads "Which of the following would ineligible for coverage as a private passenger auto under for an unendorsed PAP?" Someone needs to proofread this material.
The question about Carter and Royce is unnecessarily confusing. Instead of saying Carter thinks Royce should pay b/c blank and Royce thinks Cart should pay b/c blank...it should just read Carter and Royce were arguing about who's insurance should pay. I couldn't understand the question because there was so much story attached.

Very poorly organized data and the opinions of the instructor were presented as FACT, making the exam very subjective. I will not recommend this course, in fact I will recommend my producers to NOT take this course

Ok, seriously, this is the best course due, in great part, to the fact it was a video. I enjoyed watching it. I loved that I could stop and rewind and rewatch. I found it educational and easy to learn. I got 3 wrong. I’m still scratching my head. I still don’t know the correct answer. It’s not enough to tell us the questions we got wrong; the correct answer needs to be revealed.

Each year I have to take an ethic CE and they are very borning and repetative with the same content. Doug and his son not only covered the assigned topic but gave great insight into ethics and selling. Very happy with content, presentation and the ease in understanding saled basics. I am 73 years old and prior to insurance I have sold a millions of dollars. Why, because I do as Doug has instructed. Sell trust first then product.
It was a great learning experience given by instructors who were down to earth and made you feel comfortable.
This was the best Ethics CE class I have taken.

This father/son ethics class was the best one I ever took, in 30 years. I usually dread C/E, but found this course very interesting and genuine. I will look specifically for this team next time I take a web ce class.

This was some great information. I relearned so much about Personal Auto Policy coverage. Although I have been doing my insurance profession for over 20 years, there were still some questions, I needed to rethink. I love the way the questions on the test can be a little tricky, that keeps the mind sharp.
I am wondering why does the incorrect answer stated, but not the correct answer? It would be nice to know what the correct answer is. Don't you agree?
The ethics format was new for this year. Doug Dohrn, Sr. & Jr.'s presentation was highly informative.
I am so happy to have had this. Although, I have been in the insurance industry for about 22-23 years. This course has great questions about coverages that are very important.

NOt sure what I thought about the education on this, I feel when you do get a wrong answer and you review the correct answer should be shown so you can learn from the error
The ethics course was mediocre at best. The love affair with Peter Drucker was overdone and there were too many personal anecdotes that wasted time and distracted from relevant course material. Also, a lot of the material was inaccurate.

This this is my second time utilizing WEBCE for my CE courses which in and of itself speaks volumes. The courses are well written, easy to access and easy to maneuver through. Keep up the good work!
You need to fight the laws that require someone to spend 3 hrs on this. It does NOT take that long to learn the material
ultimately the verbiage used is not common phrasing or verbiage . The way the questions are worded is to much in some scenarios and not commonly used phrases
The reader is too fast and it is hard to understand him. I think adding video interactions and if he reads slower it will be helpful.
The video was quite poor - very hard to get thorugh.
I needed about 1.5 hours of CE. It was supposed to be 4 hours, I believe. There was one hour alone of California insurance video which I thought horrendous the way it was delivered. The rest of it seemed to take much longer than the time expectations set.
I would much rather read my information that watch videos. No offense to these guys, but this was one of the most painful CE courses I've taken.
it would be nice to have an option to read the material versus listening to people talk. It was difficult for me as I am not an auditory learner. I am visual.

This course states that the state of Michigan requires unlimited PIP, this law was changed in 2020 and is outdated information.

These coursed really have nothing to do with the role I am in, all of these scenario's we would refer to the agent to handle. Also, there is way too much reading. I am not able to retain the information. I am a visual learner and would find video's to be far more beneficial.
I like the ease of accessing the course. Saving where I left off and coming back to it and pick back up a day later.
This particular course is not what I usually experience with WEB CE. It took them many hours to communicate 30 minutes of value. Too much of irrelevant talking without coming to a point.
One of the best CE courses I've taken. The father/son duo do a fantastic job explaining the topic. I will look for more courses by them.
Giving examples of different situations, helped me to understand it so much better than just giving a definition.
For those courses that you provide only a video, I am a VISUAL learner and do NOT do well with videos. I must SEE the written words to review them a few times. So, please keep most of the courses IN WRITTEN form for we visual learners. Thanks!

It is easy to get lost when following along with the narration. You should add a cursor that follows where the narration is in the content.
This was my first of four courses I have purchased and the videos kept getting hung up and just spinning. I had to go to reading to complete the chapters on the videos that just spun. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in how to avoid this in the other courses. It was very frutrating and took longer to complete the course because of it.

Question #31 should be reconsidered. Its arguable that both C&D are examples of collision events, in both examples the insured collided with something and if the insured vehicle sustained damages the damage would be paid under collision benefits pending they have such coverage.
the time spent on the final exam should be allowed to count toward the total required hours.
The audio on the course was very choppy and not usable which made it difficult to keep up with the time allowed
The Endorsements have similar wording. Maybe head each chapter with a Question, like "What if....." then head the chapter sections with another question. It is hard to distinguish one definition from another bc of the similar wording. Using Company names like Drugg and employee names like Jessica helps the student keep it all straight. This was a hard class because the content is not interesting, albeit important.
I am usually hesitant to take video classes as I tend to learn better by reading. This class proved me wrong -was the most interesting ethics class I've taken so far!
I would preferred to have more written reference material, such as screenshots of the content slides--to help me remember the content and put it into practice in my work life.
Break the Content - Read-it-to-me audio - In to shorter Sections.
I had to restart videos and modules MANY times to get them to play. Often a video scrolled and scrolled and would not play or appear until I reset the page - over and over.... I do not have time to attempt over and over to watch videos or listen! Also, I did not see the "read it to me" as I did last time, where I could advance the speed of the recording. This function is the prime reason I use WebCE.
The presentation both met the requirements and provided many useful or reinforcing comments that help me in my practice or provide thought provoke ideas. Really enjoyed the time to learn. I have been a producer for over 20 years.
I was expecting the pdf file available for downloading to include the Chapters and lessons not the handouts.

Test questions are too long and complicated. They seem to be designed for the student to fail. But maybe not because I received a score of 100% on my first attempt.

There were some editing issues that made some of the content ambiguous.
This course of all the courses I have taken has been the best course. The instructors were genuine, helped liven up what normally would be a dry course and I finished more educated and equip than before I started this course.
I completely enjoyed this presentation especially using audio
I thought that the material was informative and presented in a format that was easy to understand. I liked the audio because it helped to keep me focused. My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. This course is far superior to other companies that I have taken. I will stick with WebCE.

Timing out for no activity. While listening to videos and content there is no need for activity on the mouse or screen. The screen sign out is way to quick wastes time with logging in and out. I sit here and listen and it just closes out.
This was kind of long. Did you really have to cover so many topics that pretty much stated the same things?
There was quite a bit of "buffering" on the videos. They sometimes took quite a while to download.
This course is 12 hours - but I finished the content (using the read to me) in about 8 hours... so I had to sit in the course and go through 4 hours of content a duplicate time in order to complete the time required in the course
Disliked that each course ending volume stopped before the moderator was finished speaking.
The video was too long
toward end of several of the videos, the video malfunctioned and couldn't hear that part, this consistently happened at the end several times. On a separate note: The 1 hr anti-Fraud information was extremely dry and hard to follow - I know that is a separate video, but it was a little odd the way that came after this course and it was not laid out in a clear easy to follow way.

I believe there is a typo in beginning of lesson in an example using the word "employee" instead of "coworker" which made the example much harder to follow.

I see no need to take a test yearly. I believe a video refresher is better than having to take a test. We can still pay the fees. Or can be provided video or test. Possibly paying a little more

Found it frustrating that I kept getting a message that I had timed out (while still watching the video and interacting). Had to enter the course again probably 10-15 times which slowed down the process and caused unnecessary interruptions in the course.
The test questions should be more simplified and easily understood.

I was scheduled 30 minutes to read 171 pages and then take a test on it...not sure if that was you guys or the organization.
Its tricky to fine the link on Safeco ignite, for CE is all i have to say that is complicated.
I have taken some really dull ethics classes before this was very good.
This training video is at least 10 years old. The scenarios are outdated, and video format is amateur at best.

I loved the examples and strategies given that could help me be a better producer. This course was very helpful. The ideas were much appreciated.
Presenters were addressing issues that are no longer prevalent in our industry (dated) and some examples and solutions offered were cringe worthy.
This was a very informative and great CE course all in all.
At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.
I spent more than 3 hours to finish this course. The DOI video itself is one hour long. I think this course should affored more than 3 hours CE credits.

This course is complex to the point where advertising it as 'continuing education' is irrelevant. There's no educational point to it. It's at least 90 % legal jargon with no practical application.
This was little hard to follow.
I don't feel that this course was very hard. But it would have been nice to be able to review documents, and quizzes to prepare for the exam.
The large exams do not promote actual learning. The smaller units followed by exams tend to work better in this online format.
Getting from the Colonial "My Learning Connection" page to Web CE is the problem. Once on your page things were fine.
Forced study by locking sections and forcing chapter exams a time waster. Too much talk, not enough info. Use of PDF confusing...Video only option slows down learning IMO...Mandatory DOI presentation adds an additional hour...elementary information...
There are typos and spelling errors. There was also a wrong answer in the practice questions. In the question it said she had $40/day rental and used it for 20 days, but the answer was $600. The math doesn't work.
If available, I’d like to see an updated version from the presenters. I took this exact course previously. Obviously I enjoyed it and wouldn’t have paid money to repeat it for my CE two year later, but if they have any newer content, I’d like to view that.

Thus far, I find these courses well made and tailored to test an agents reasoning and logic in such a fashion as to foster a fair and reasonable retention of the information presented.

The person reading the content of course was really hard to listen too. It could just have been a computer reading the course to us. I have taken other courses of your and we could see the presenter and they talked and did not just read the content.

The Course was easy to navigate. The presentations were entertaining and informative. after spending hours reading another course for 8 credits it was good to just listen, learn and ace the Exam.
I ordered my course late so the office was closed. I was confused by the insurance CE package because it was different from what I had taken before and I was not sure if the California life and health requirements changed. Also I did not know this course was not open book until I purchased the course.
The time needed to finish was far to long for a 4 hr credit
I found the presenters actually detracted from the content. Just staring at two men while they speak is highly ineffective to reinforcing concepts presented.

I wish it was a little more clear up front that this wasn't a self study course but rather had video attendance requirements. That said, the content was excellent. I had to break it up because of the time it takes but it was easy to come back to.
North Carolina auto policies are very different than most states. Some of this information was incorrect. Probably not a good class for NC agents.
Easy specific educational
The audio for this course was not very good. The guy reading it was robotic and monotone. I turned it off.
The State of California video at the end is way too boring, it almost killed me, luckily I fell asleep first.

I really enjoyed the content overall! I watched many of the recordings on 1.25 - 1.5x speed, as it was easier to pay attention to by reducing the speech breaks & delays. Unfortunately, this meant i had to re-watched some content to get to 3 hours. It didn't hurt to relisten, but would be nice to speed up the content while still satisfying the 3 hour course requirement. Thank you!

I think if you fail the test you should be able to see what you got wrong. and so you can learn from it. Will never go through this course again.

The Instructions examples was on point in helping understand material. Material was in depth and Instructions was very passionate about this course.

One of the speakers had a very soft-spoken voice so it was extremely had to hear him despite my excellent hearing and good speakers.
My preference is to be able to read and mark up instructional books vs listening to a video.

In the menu for ordering which course to take there are several courses that appear to be the same. It creates a bit of confusion. Why are there no descriptions to help in deciding which course to purchase. I literally just assumed the first one was the best option.
the course was excellent
I have been taking courses like AML and Ethics, etc for over 20 yrs. This course lacked quality content. I found most questions silly or unreasonalbe. A better focus on real ethical behaviors, ethical standards, genuine meanful content.
When missing a question on the exam, I would like to know what the correct answer is. Other than that, I enjoyed taking this course.
Monotone AI voice hard to follow
This course seemed like a poorly written strory that ran too long. It was too informal. Not enough theoretical support. Just someone's opinions. Nice ideas were included. But the format was poorly written. Would give 3 ideas of leadership, then be very vague about the first two. I think more bulleted information/content would have make the testing more relevant. The exam part about producers secton vs the course descriptin were poorly correlated. I would absolutely not recommend this course to anyone. Sorry. But it didnt' seem as well prepared as the two seniors and ethics courses I recently completed on your site. Thanks!
I do not care for a video type class. If I'd known, I probably would not have taken it. If it was stated initially, I missed it. I won't in the future. Please offer other than video options.
Very complete & informative. The use of video exclusively helped, but in general I prefer written format to study & review carefully.

Absolutely enjoyed this training. The Doug's, Sr. and Jr. were very well spoken and often humorous. I would pay to hear them speak :)
The information I needed was very hard to find in this course.

The wording of questions on the exam could be improved. However, I found this course interesting and plan using some of what I learned in my job as a Notional Director of Agent Training.
Audio did not work last two modules of course.
I thought the amount of content was high (long) for the hours received for the course.

I'd love the ability to watch the videos at 1.25x speed.
In some cases it timed out and I had to reenter 3 times to complete it.
i completed the course in 2-1/4 hours but I had great difficulty replaying sections in order to fill time. The sections would not replay.
For me to have to unfortunately have to pay for a Ethics class with the new California requirement, I am glad it was this one. Really beneficial on many levels!!!
Doug Dorhn Sr. and Doug Dorhn Jr. were wonderful! They were refreshing and made the class enjoyable. I also loved being able to watch them discuss the material as opposed to reading it like I usually do with other CE courses.
This was The BEST Ethics Course I have ever taken. These two gentleman are excellent at giving practical advise and the format is excellent. I plan on taking this course in the future.
I wish it wasn't just people who were talking. I like the approach of a powerpoint vs feeling lectured.
I don't mind interactive courses-however, I would not have purchased this course if I had known it was all video. I like to go at my own pace, not at the pace of others.
Video contents in pdf format. This way, we have some written document to refer back to.

The last hour with the CA Insurance Dept was poorly developed. Slides didn't make sense to the specifics, or were too long for the content. Not engaging. The two guys at the first couple of hours were GREAT!

The ease with taking the course.
The material was written in such a way as to sound complicated, dry, dull and mind numbing. The speaker's voice was so monotone and boring that it made an already dull subject -insurance- positively unbearable.

The audio recording was a little slow. I found myself reading faster than the audio.
I liked the father and son contrast in terms of how things have evolved. Also, I learned about people like Wolff, Drucker, and Maslow were I can look up for inspiration. I think if I wrote My PEC I could focus more and do Marketing in the next year! Thank you so much !!!!

I really enjoyed the Ethics course- I thought both presenters did a great job, and I liked the videos with the written follow-along which helped me engage.

the trainer was pretty dull. it is quite boring to watch someone sit at a table for hours simply talking at me. an interactive training, something with drawings, video, etc. would go miles.
I'm not sure if it's the course, but I recall the last time I used Web CE, there was a video and also a written option as well. I'm not sure if I missed it, but I would have loved to have the option as sometimes reading a material is easier to retain information than to listen to the material, but overall, the speakers were great!
When you get to back and see what you got wrong it needs to show the correct answer.

I found Mr Dohrn Sr and Mr Dohrn Jr very good at presenting the material and making the topic interesting. I appreciated the personal examples and stories interesting and useful.

That it was a computer based course. I prefer to go to a class where they have an instructor in the front of the room . Never have like this Computer based crap.

This format made Ethics more interesting. That can be a real challenge and you succeeded. Generating a Personal Code of Ethics is a great idea that I will implement.
Instructions was dry. Videos/real life situations make the material more engaging.
A couple of the questions, including one I was marked wrong for, were more of a judgement call than a specific rule. I'm not sure that's teaching facts, more like teaching your opinion.
Not the normal ethics course. Made me think and I took away some ideas that I look forward to implementing.
I don't like the video. I'm not sure if I chose that in error or if that's the new format. I've done Web CE for all my renewals and It's always been in a printed (I read) format) which I prefer.
The Ethics portion was well presented, and interesting. The Anti Fraud portion was very poor and a chore to listen to.

I did not like the "time fillers" used during the course that were unnecessary to ethical behavior Such as looking someone in the eye. How to shake a hand, ect... Also the course said 3 hours of ethics and it went over 4 because of the California required extra hour on the back end. Would have been nice to know to plan accordingly.
Good course content, organization is ideal for "at your own pace" learning.
The videos, as good as they were, were presented in a very monotone way. It was hard to stay focused on them due to this
I really appreciated the fact that the system does not "time out" quickly. It made it a lot easier to come back to the course if I was interrupted. I also appreciated the "save and exit" option.
I don't like audio course love book format.
The video learning was interesting, good, etc., but I prefer lessons in written form.
The time that one has to complete the course if beneficial to think over the questions.
