I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.

This focused so much on rental car questions that I should have taken the rental vehicle class.

I didn't get her last name, but please know that she was very helpful, kind, courteous, friendly and competent! She explained the process to me, and helped me enroll in the CE courses I need to maintain my State of Texas Adjuster's license. Again, her first name was Nae, I did not ask for her last name, but I'll never forget her name, because it is the same name my aunt calls me by. My middle name is Renae, but my aunt always calls me, "Nae." Please know how very much I appreciated the service she provided.
I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.

Questions and scenarios are a little long.
The questions and answers are the weakest link in your program: when more than one answer is acceptable, it reduces the quality of the question.
Read it to me audio was often difficult to understand because of mispronunciations or a lack of emphasis or inflection on certain words or phrases.

Some new course packages would be nice. I do not like to build my own. More of a selection would be awesome!

Certain material was incorrect as it pertains to auto insurance laws in my state (Florida). I had to disregard some of the material. I could do that since I've been doing this for 15 years, but for a new agent it would be confusing and problematic, and may not give correct information to a client.

This course specifically teaches some things that are not correct in the industry. The most stated problem is with psych care under liability claims. It is common in the industry to cover these types of psychological treatment.

As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment

The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.
Best author! Can tell author is genuinely passionate about the subject covered. A bit too many examples timewise in the ethics area for someone who actually tries to read every point in a 4 credit course. Still- excellent and glad I took this.

Some wording suggests/implies bias, in favor of insurance companies. If I were an insured or an auditor, I may think that some of the course material is designed to align with carrier's needs instead of handling claims fairly.
The course was a little more detailed and took longer than anticipated for a 2 credit course. Lots of moving parts. The material was good but I though it could have a few more credits.

Learning and test questions WAY to wordy!
The length of some of the questions makes the questions get wordy causing confusion. Unnecessary sentence that have nothing to do with coverage are used. Some questions could be interrupted differently and therefore changing the answer.
There are at least 10 questions that were worded weird and answers were necessarily accurate.
Practice quiz one had an incorrect question that stated a hit a run would be covered under UM. It would not. Only if the hit and run was found and determined not to have insurance. If it's just a hit & run, there is no UM.

The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.

I wish we still had the option to purchase the course in book form as well as doing the online study. They were wonderful and very helpful to use as a reference resource.
The voice was obviously computer generated. Words were misrepresented and out of context. Ex Lots referred to a car lot but was read as Lots a quantitative value.
There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.

When recapping or having to read a section just to be able to go back to the section at hand and not have to re-read that particular section all over again since it's a lot of information

There are several references to woke material or ideas that should be purged to provide an unbiased course.
I would have liked the read-it-to-me audio if the computer narrator had a more natural ability to utilize inflection and punctuation. In several areas it was too confusing to listen rather than read the material myself.
I liked that you could easily move through the course, easy to find certain categories etc. Overall use of ease was excellence!

In the first sentence, under "Ride Sharing." there is a number "4" after the "Uber, Lyft and others" that doesn't need to be there. THANK YOU!

I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't manually select to RE-PLAY the audio. It appeared as either, "choose auto-play," or, if you said, "no," to that, you still had no ability to select it be replayed each time you were in that section. Would have been a little extra help to get the info retained to memory! Thanks, though. It's a great course!

one thing i didn't like is the obvious bias for insurance companies. it should be presented in an objective manner. There are bad faith laws, and you don't want to teach agents and adjusters to be bullheaded and one-sided in their views. They should consider the views of policyholders as well.

When highlighting red flags, one of the red flags listed was "extensive chiropractic treatment" due to soft-tissue injuries. However, in my experience working in Florida PIP, most auto injuries do end up being mainly soft-tissue and/or with chiropractic treatment being the most likely treatment. I understand this is likely a reference to the fact that chiropractic and soft-tissue injuries are the easiest to misrepresent, however it is not specifically because it is extensive or that it is soft-tissue, but rather that there seems to be no improvement in condition with treatment over time. This line could be reworded to explain better why this could be a red flag, since the wording as it is now comes across as out of touch for how auto injury claims actually present.
Read-it-to-me audio is a game changer, made it SUPER easy to comprehend the material.

This was a great teach on Ethics. It was just what is needed to help us Adjuster's make sure we do right by the Policyholder, Claimants, and Insurer!

The statement that Michigan requires all drivers to have unlimited PIP is no longer accurate. New rules allow for lower coverages for PIP. This information should be updated.
the questions are more tricky than actual questions on the material. Questions need to be more material base and not tricky.
The only question that I got wrong shows I selected the last answer, when in fact I selected the first answer.
easy to use
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.

Explaining auto coverages using primarily written verbiage makes comprehensive difficult due to the number of different coverage scenarios. It would be helpful to use charts and sections of applicable policy sections to illustrate the written narrative.

I found many questions to be too vague when pair with the possible answers. Based on real life experiences, more information would have been required on more than a couple to actually get the correct answer in real life.

Your product should be presented in a more friendly and accessible language, making it easier to understand and more applicable to the state of Texas. Right now, it feels extremely long for a two-hour credit class, making the process frustrating rather than efficient. The questions are overly tricky instead of being informative and educational, which defeats the purpose of a renewal course. Because of this, I will never use your system again. You need to be more empathetic toward agents renewing their licenses, ensuring the experience is smooth, helpful, and respectful of their time.

This is based on the course I took. Personal auto in business. I am not a commercial writer, this had a lot to do with commercial and not the personal lines. It needs to cover what we can or can't write in personal lines....not commercial
There are typo's in this unit. One area actually says one thing when it is obvious that it means the opposite. And there is another area is What insurers are doing (I wrote this one down because there were other mistakes before this) (n=213) needs to be corrected.
Navigating the online study guide is very easy. Always bringing the user back to where they left off.
Easy to understand and very relevant material
There were 2 questions where they said I made the incorrect answer. If you are denying a claim we are taught to use specific policy language. I am unable to paste the question into the additional comments
The questions for the red flags survey are too opinionated.
I've used WebCE every renewal
I enjoy the ability to use read to me for these learnings, however, Slide 4.3 - Auto Insurance Red Flags I had to pause and read myself. I am assuming due to the use of all the "red flag" icons the learning advised to pause the audio and read between each flag. It then reads the flag to you. This is very disruptive to the learning.

There was one complaint. Your example for a question #19 on Norman's botched attempt for suicide was unnecessary and incentive and distasteful. There are many ways to provide question for multiple choice answer. This was not funny.

I feel questions should not be tricky. Intentionally trying to trip up a student by adding phrases, "which is least likely" is requiring the student to have test taking skills and detracts from what the course is teaching. I took a 10 Credit course that had a 100 Question Exam. The content of the course was very confusing, as was the Exam. The Exam questions were difficult and not really equated to an Exam for a Personal Insurance Rep.

I love the read audio
Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.
The hypothetical situation examples helped with understanding the course content. Heavy content and the AI voice kept the content very dry. Please use an updated, improved AI voice for the auto-play feature that includes more natural sounding speech.
Course overall was OK but the time spent on the endorsements was not as useful as the rest of the material. The state-specific variations make many of these endorsements irrelevant for many users.
The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
This section felt timed better.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.

Some of the example questions were difficult to answer because most of the articles/paragraphs in the training course did not provide different examples or descripted scenarios for first time test takers to understand the significance of the narrative. Providing descriptive examples will be helpful for understanding the contents and obtaining the ability to quickly form an answer during the examination process quickly and more efficiently.
Quite a few typos are in the text. Suggest going through the course for these.

I found another random number left behind: Ride sharing (a service offered by Uber, Lyft, and others)4 involves I hope that helps you to clean up typos as there are still a few in each of the classes I took this time. Overall great content, and for someone who actually reads all while listening to the audio, the longer courses take me about twice the time stated... a 5 hour class takes me about 10, the 6 hour took me 12. It's a lot of time invested! But thank you for helping me brush up on relevant content. I appreciate the information as I haven't really taken an auto insurance class since 1985! lol.... :)
Some spelling errors in this course. I wish I had taken the time to log them, but if someone takes the course, you'll find them! Also, there is a sentence that just abruptly ends...I believe the final word was "various" which needs to be revised.
Again, a good deal of the questions was tricky and I had to read the questions several times to get a good understanding of exactly what was being asked, making my time to review longer than what was indicated.

The audio freezes and it will not restart in certain places. i forgot to tell you about that on another course, but it is one I took this year, so you can review my courses to find it. The place it froze was about Ch 2, in the 22 minute segment, around 8 minutes. In case you're interested n fixing that.
This course was very clear and well thought out. Informative and a great deal of pertinent information for claim handlers.
The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.

Some exam questions do not provide enough detail to properly answer the question, and leave the exam taker to make assumptions about the question.
Some things were long winded for no reason, while other items did not provide enough clear description. The questions on the quizzes made no sense and the chapters they provide for help dont have the answer or let alone question you are looking for. I passed the final exam faster than the quizzes. I ended up ditching reading and just sped through the whole thing because it was taking too long and I wasn't getting anything useful from it.
Elongated material should be broken down to a more manageable file review when studying for test.

The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.
It would be very helpful to have a mixture of tools to meet the learning goals, to include videos, interactives etc. I found the material was overwhelming in content and at times hard to follow even with the audio.
Reading it out loud and section reviews during the test were extremely helpful
so easy to understand and given options to get it correct if you miss an answer.
The course makes it very clear Ethics is very important to the insurance business and the adjuster!

Everything was as expected.
27 years of taking Ethics, the quizzes are now deliberately written to be very difficult. Search feature is almost useless as all multiple-choice answers are within the searched chapter and have no clear-cut choice that matches the question being asked.
I tried to use the Read-to-Me option but found the audio very stilted and dry. There wasn't a lot of inflection and I found my attention drifting so I disabled the audio and read it myself. Otherwise, the course material was very good.

I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.

some of the examples were hard to follow, not showing examples of when the coverage explained would apply, but rather instances where the coverage would not apply. It was a bit confusing. The boss's daughter being in an accident while borrowing her friends car was one example

The font made it easy to read the questions. Only having 5 questions at a time to answer made it easier to study in chunks.
I felt as though so of the cases included weren't clear. I wasn't sure what grounds some of the claims were denied upon. In the case of the house that burn down & the ex was trying to get the insurance money was the house rebuild with the claim money or did she become owner of a burnt down house & lot? Other case studies I didn't understand as they were too brief.

I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The ease of use as I was caring for my 91 year old mom during the course. Then, her death. I was able to take time off for extended hospital visits, then funeral and tornado damage. A LOT of unexpected interruptions!!
It would make sense if the questions related to Michigan when you are taking a Michigan test. Many of these other state questions are not correct. No one in MI would have $25/$50/$100 limits....

This is the only course I took from you this year that had errors in it. Many places where numbers were inserted as if to hold a place where someone had to insert something. Clarifying words were missing and Jessica referred to as him. Speed of narrator just a little to fast when trying to comprehend the material. For conversation or listening to a book, the speed is fine, but not for learning. When I slowed the speech down 1 notch it was too slow. Would be nice to have more speed choices. Thank you for helping me pass my CE this year !!!!!

Remove all gendered pronouns throughout the course. These are not needed to provide examples of the course material. Why does the course mention an actual existing non-profit organization by name (The Lighthouse for the Blind, INC) This could show WebCE as not being impartial to non-profits in total. Lastly there is a test question that gives incorrect BI/PH limits for AZ. Since July of 2020 the minimum limits required in AZ are 25/50/15. All information needs to be factual and accurate to the time of use of materials
Remove all gendered pronouns used in the training material. The gender of a person described in the training material is of no concern to the material. Using they/them will allow all material to be viewed with less bias and factual representation of the material.

The computer voice in the beginning was rapid fire.

Please remove all gendered pronouns from the content. There are more than 2 gendered pronouns and can be inclusive with a simple change to "they/them" in nearly all instances. Also please remove religious specific context such as Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem as religious needs are not applicable or appropriate to the context of insurance. The example can be made with more ambiguous persons and locations.

Very dry course and painful to get through. The redeeming factor found within these walls of text and specific policy language / endorsements is when they give examples of how that endorsement or coverage would apply.
The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.
Some of the longer sections were harder to focus on because they were long bits of information being read without anything to break up the information.
It was a bit confusing knowing when course chapters were complete. I initially thought I was done only to find out that I had 2 more chapters to complete.
These ethics course requirements seem overly complex and with several sections that didn't seem to apply to ethics at all (i.e. claim reporting process). I've done this job nearly 23 years and still much of this seems like word-salad nonsense.

This course was a good refresher for total loss handling, ACV, replacement cost, and diminished value. Good course for individuals new to claims.
As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.

You have questions that are grammatically incorrect. One question reads "Which of the following would ineligible for coverage as a private passenger auto under for an unendorsed PAP?" Someone needs to proofread this material.
The question about Carter and Royce is unnecessarily confusing. Instead of saying Carter thinks Royce should pay b/c blank and Royce thinks Cart should pay b/c blank...it should just read Carter and Royce were arguing about who's insurance should pay. I couldn't understand the question because there was so much story attached.

This was some great information. I relearned so much about Personal Auto Policy coverage. I love the way the questions on the test can be a little tricky, that keeps the mind sharp.
I am so happy to have had this. Although, I have been in the insurance industry for about 22-23 years. This course has great questions about coverages that are very important.

The audio portion of the curse was very monotone, and I feel that some lessons can be shortened a bit. Some of them were rather lengthy and I feel that by cutting the lesson in smaller segments might work better.

The questions are almost made to confuse you on purpose. I am VERY familiar with the material but the questions are poorly worded. Additionally, many questions also have additional information in them that is not prudent to the question or the answer. And lastly, the questions and reading material are so poorly composed and presented that it actually takes LONGER to complete the course. This setup makes me highly frustrated, and I find absolutely no value in this.

Didn't appreciate the practice questions citing the form number rather than the endorsement name as I did not have the numbers memorized. Otherwise, the materials and practice questions were helpful.

Some of the questions we not clear at all. One question mentioned "the list below" where the answers were the only "list". That question didn't have a clear question to answer. I just guessed at the answer since I couldn't understand what it was asking me. The correct answer was battery. The explanation of why battery was correct provided clarity, but of course that was After I had already gotten it wrong.

One chart had a confusing typo (page 24 exhibit 3.1). All the endorsements were numbered as HO 06 XX except for the 2nd one HO 62 53. That did not match the audio.

The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice

The questions are outdated. For example, one questions says it would be best to meet with a police officer in person. This never happens anymore in the business. I work in Ohio and the majority of my claims are in another state. It should be updated to say that attempting to call or email the officer directly is the best approach.

Under trailers this course doesn't discuss "Ice Castle," trailers. These are common in Northern MN and used in both summer and winter but primarily designed for ice fishing on a frozen lake. No mention.
The GUI is not consistent from course to course. some of the exam questions do not have the correct answers, and you have no way to tab from searched term to term. I'll finish the package of courses i have bought for this round, but will be shopping for a new vendor the next time i need CE. Your product has the smell of slapdash.

The audio on the course was very choppy and not usable which made it difficult to keep up with the time allowed
The Endorsements have similar wording. Maybe head each chapter with a Question, like "What if....." then head the chapter sections with another question. It is hard to distinguish one definition from another bc of the similar wording. Using Company names like Drugg and employee names like Jessica helps the student keep it all straight. This was a hard class because the content is not interesting, albeit important.

Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
WebCE is the best place to do CE work.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.
It would be helpful of the audio portion of the presentation the voice deflection. It is too monotone. Also, Color code key areas of importance.
Test questions are too long and complicated. They seem to be designed for the student to fail. But maybe not because I received a score of 100% on my first attempt.
There were some editing issues that made some of the content ambiguous.
A lot of the learning is opinion based material which makes it difficult for agency's who needs facts and insurance law/ policies to make judgments off of able to. This program teaches agents to draw suspision without statistical or fact based justification.
I thought that the material was informative and presented in a format that was easy to understand. I liked the audio because it helped to keep me focused. My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. This course is far superior to other companies that I have taken. I will stick with WebCE.

Web CE is a reliable company to obtain or renew a license. The information is needed for any adjuster to digest with complete understanding.
I really don't care for all the biblical references in regard to ethics. I don't put much stock in bronze age mythology to support ethics and good behavior.

wish there was an option for audio to read questions on final exam.
The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.

I think 12 hrs would be sufficient ,to many words/long sentences makes it harder to retain the information as well as repetition.
I believe there is a typo in beginning of lesson in an example using the word "employee" instead of "coworker" which made the example much harder to follow.

At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. Every year I recommend that FEMA/NFIP use WebCe for the annual renewal of my NFIP flood adjuster certificate in the course survey. I don't understand why they make us sit through a 6 hour presentation that teaches nothing and tests nothing.
This course is complex to the point where advertising it as 'continuing education' is irrelevant. There's no educational point to it. It's at least 90 % legal jargon with no practical application.

The person reading the content of course was really hard to listen too. It could just have been a computer reading the course to us. I have taken other courses of your and we could see the presenter and they talked and did not just read the content.
some questions and some content in this course were trivial, or not pertinent and some were out-dated or not realistic

North Carolina auto policies are very different than most states. Some of this information was incorrect. Probably not a good class for NC agents.
The audio for this course was not very good. The guy reading it was robotic and monotone. I turned it off.
While I understand the time requirements set by the state. The required "time" inside the course is eponentially LONGER than the time it takes to actually read the content. There's no benefit to sitting around waiting for the clock to tick one all the materials'been read. Please consider adding EXTRA reading material to the course. Otherwise, this ends up just being a clock watching game with no actual benefit to MOST Of the time spent taking course.

The reading process is too long - it should be shortened to provide equality time to provide answers quickly - not drawn out by reading such long scenarios.
You have two grammatical errors on your final exam in question 12: “that rec room” and “the infernal local ordinance” (Another question further down uses the same grammatical error: "that rec room." I think you mean "the rec room" and perhaps "internal?"

I like how easy it is to use your courses. I like how expedient it is to get the results applied to the state for qualifications to meet CE requirements.
I will be 71 the next time I renew my license and not need to take a CE course. If I did need one, though, I would select Web CE!
The only reason I would not order it again is the next time I renew my license I will be 71 years old. After age 70 CE is no longer required. But if I needed to take the course I would take it with Web CE!
Fun to learn
Very confusing questions and answers. I used to love Webce. This last course was brutal.
I think too much time was allowed for the course-I went through it in 1 1/2 hours and had to go through it again to meet the 3 hour requirement

I use WEB CE every time I need to renew my license.
It would be helpful to breakup the mass of text on the pages.
Course content good however, vocabulary is VERY FORMAL & difficult to follow after a short time. The wording should remain simple and effective for studying.
The material is very detailed and intense. The time needed to reread certain items to fully understand them requires a lot more than 4 hours total time. This should be a 6 hour class.
Love that I can study at my pace. Very easy to navigate, also.
Excellent CE material
The use of initials UM, UIM and others without explanation was very distracting and required doing a look back or going to a third source. Not up to IRMI standards. This is not the usual quality of writing we get from IRMI. I am a 20 year client.
I am sorry, but what crazy person wrote this exam? The questions were borderline inappropriate at times! I felt like I learned nothing and it was a waste of time.

By the phrasing of many questions, the desired answers are often in conflict with the correct answers, because of the missing real-world experience of the test producer.

The material was written in such a way as to sound complicated, dry, dull and mind numbing. The speaker's voice was so monotone and boring that it made an already dull subject -insurance- positively unbearable.

I let the audio play in its entirety but I was advised that I only had 4 hours and 47 minutes of class. The audio should equal the full course time requirement.
A couple of the questions, including one I was marked wrong for, were more of a judgement call than a specific rule. I'm not sure that's teaching facts, more like teaching your opinion.
A Tab feature for searches would speed up content verification.

I really enjoyed being able to read along with the read-to-me voice. His voice was very clear and easy to understand. The combination of reading the course and hearing it really helped me to retain what was being explained. I noticed there were some typos and grammatical errors in the course, but probably less than 10 in total. It would be good to fix those. Otherwise, a great course that was simple and user-friendly to complete. Thank you for this positive first experience!
I liked the format of some sample test questions then the actual large test. Not a lot of sections as some I see have way too many and too lengthy for the amounts of credit it gives. Would be nice to know how many sections and tests there are before selecting one.
I found the references in Section 2.5 - Good Corporate Citizenship to ESG and Black Lives Matter very inappropriate considering the questionable ethics involved in them.

There are a few typos and incomplete sentences that made some of the sections confusing. Also, some repetitive descriptions of sailboat competitions/predicted log events within a single section. The descriptions of exclusions were confusing,, because they often relied on double negatives. Also, you may want to consider more clear highlights or callouts of advantages/disadvantages of pap/ho liability v specialty insurance for certain vehicles.

I almost answered at least one question incorrectly due to "EXCEPT" being the only word on the next line and so I almost didn't realize it was an "EXCEPT" question. I did notice that three answers appeared correct but I tried to find the most correct one and noticed just in time the it was an "EXCEPT" question. So then I easily found the one answer to mark.
Finding that reading is faster to make it through the course. But I do like the audio but just wish that the person spoke a little faster. Some words are mispronounced. Bass boat was pronounced as "base boat." One of those words that have two meanings and are said differently. :-)
I don't feel the focus on business and commercial learning was relevant
I learn something new every time I take these courses to renew my license even though the courses do not have anything to do with what I actually do as a LegalShield Associate.

The only thing I disliked about this course was the tone of the recorded voice. It was so dry with absolutely no inflection. I found this so ineffective that I chose to read the material without it. My suggestion for improvement is to use a more human sounding voice-less robotic. Thank you so much.

I found the material in this particular course incredibly confusing and at times conflicting with state laws
Due consideration should be placed upon removing this portion of the training: "Virtually all religions teach codes of ethics that emphasize honesty, respect for others and their rights, and selflessness. Therefore, in both business and personal situations, people who are perceived as highly religious are likely regarded as ethical since their religion gives them guides to “good” personal conduct. These guidelines usually can be broadened to apply quite well to business activity." This statement is not only patently false, but offensive to those that don't practice organized religion.
Misspelling and the exam is in sections, I believe if a section is passed it shouldn't have to be retaken again if the other 2 sections weren't passed.

Hard to actually find specific answers to questions
This was a computer read course and I could tell because sometimes the emphasis was placed on the wrong words, or the typo words (like IN instead or IS, etc.) were read aloud without changing to the correct word, which is what a human would have done.
During my entire career as a General Lines Insurance Agent in Texas, I have always used WebCE for my continuing education requirements, and will continue to do so in the future.
There is a few spelling/typing/grammatical errors in various areas throughout the duration of the course.
Sometimes the jargon used can be confusing, however, the use of examples to clarify really helps to apply the information

Good class very informative
I would say only about 20% of the questions on the test had anything at all to do with ethics. The rest were all about the claims process, which again, has nothing to do with ethics.
love learning about fraud and the examples
This was a terrible course. It was clearly out of date, likely having been written in the '70s or '80s with occasional updates, the last of which couldn't have been more recent than 2005. Furthermore, it was riddled with inaccuracies and sometimes outright falsehoods, as well as advocacy masquerading as instruction. Worst, it spent considerable time and energy advocating for an increase in the carceral state based on the lies of ineffective prosecution.

The page numbers should be numbered in the Table of Contents clearer. They are currently numbered by the order of the slides, which include the Introduction page and Table of Contents and finding a section proved difficult. Maybe "number" the first three pages as A, B and C, then continue with actual numbers to correspond with the slides? When you do the read to me audio it ends up only being 8 hours so you have to go back and repeat the same stuff to reach the 12 hours.

For 2 credit hours, I thought it was a little long.
I really liked the "questions an agent should ask" review this course gave, but when I take a "Pennsylvania" Property & Casualty continuing education course, why give me material that is not Pennsylvania specific and give me material that says may or may not apply in your state?

The material was generally good, but the test questions, but the last course I took titled, Insuring RVs, Watercraft, etc the test was ridiculously difficult and tricky to the point of being unfair.
This section of my entire CE was by far the hardest. The questions were super confusing and I felt like it was more of a way to try and confuse you from the correct answer instead of teaching you. By far the hardest section!

I had a slight problem navigating the website, but I'm 60, so I did not grow up during the computer age. Still, I found everything I needed after poking around a bit. I did find the customer service representative to be very helpful and friendly during my initial phone call!

I have used Web Ce for the past several years to complete all of my CE classes and I am thoroughly pleased with this company. I will continue to use them. The material is very easy to understand and comprehend. It also allows me to go back and finish as I have a busy schedule with 2 small children.
Many of the questions on the exam were not clearly indicated on the learning material. Out of all the CE programs I have taken, I would say WebCe was the most challenging.

The tests are too difficult. It feels like the questions are designed to trick you instead of being fact and knowledge of insurance based. There is too much extra verbiage and the fact when you take the test you cant see which answers you got incorrect, and what the correct answers are is extremely frustrating & unhelpful in successfully completing the course.

Same as other sections. The wording in this is sooo out dated. There are a lot of people who have a hard time learning by reading. The fact that insurance information is still presented like it was written in the 17 or 1800's is just crazy. That needs to change so people who have trouble learning this way can do it easier.
Good course a bit long
The author of this course needs to be a little less complex and relatable.
While your content accomplished the goal of CE & explaining fraud. The content also contained scenarios that seemed to suggest a certain ethnic group was responsible for fraud. It also contained microaggressions & a dig at people who have cancer. A person should not be able to buy medical care insurance to treat a cancer only after the cancer is diagnosed. As a result, I cannot say I would highly recommend this particular course.

Understanding Personal Auto Insurance Course is long and boring.
courses were far too long, questions to hard on quiz's. Felt like I was taking by state board exams all over again. CE is not supposed to be this hard. Hours of reading each chapter was way too much

The questions were written in story problem format which is not the best format to test knowledge or hone knowledge as all do not test well with story problems

A few times in the study material there were misplaced words used. Example. Sentence used "Repair show: instead of "Repair shop"
honestly it was too long. that could have been 3 classes easily maybe in a bundle and it would have been easier to understand and test if it was broken up into sections

The material versus the test were difficult to transfer the information. Please stop trying to ask trick questions in the test. The test questions re word much of the material studied which in turn made it much more difficult to translate.

Alot of the content was just the same material repeated in different ways. There was alot of reference to old endorsements which might be relevant to persons in the field for a while, but was otherwise confusing material to remember. Just listing the content of the most up-to-date endorsement would be nice.
Many of the practice questions were incorrect. When I received a wrong answer, I went back through the material and several of the examples given in text were directly mirrored, but with incorrectly marked "correct" answers. Some of the chapters were excessively long and repetitive of one another.

the course itself was convoluted in the way it was written. More examples would have worked. Also, there were several writing errors in the training. Main point--the test questions after each section should have an explanation for the wrong answers as well as the right ones. The final test was easier than the section tests. Thanks.

Audio player is the best
I really enjoyed the reading of the materials and when there are parts I did not understand I was able to stop the reading and re-read myself and the examples really helped me understand the course.
The author of this course did a horrible job of explaining "several coverages": meaning the content almost fried my brain to a crisp. I have been in the insurance industry since 1979 and have co-authored the BOMI Risk & Insurance designation book (i.e., I've written on this subject). This course content, in my opinion, was mediocre at best.
Overall great! Retaining all the information in anticipation of the final exam was taxing for this individual, however it flowed nicely with the course. Thank you!

There were several "typos" in the text of this course. Three that I found. One was actually in the response of a correctly graded practice exam for chapter 2, question 3. Should read than, not that. I found it annoying. Most people probably don't even notice.
I liked the case study mini tests
The ethics portion was interesting. But the course I just took was incredibly difficult to get through. Just a wishlist suggestion. Make this portion of the course more interesting and more simple. (Think the dummies series). It would make it more memorable in our daily tasks and help us to be more effective. I don’t know now much of this I will remember in the long run. I could barely stay awake to either read or listen to this portion. I hope the rest isn’t like this! It takes real talent to simplify course material and make it interesting. But it can be done.
My only complaint (if you want to call it one) was the voice you use for the read-it-me audio was too much of a monotone. Sorry, it could put one to sleep!

The time listed as having to complete seems longer than necessary. I understand the credit hours, however, some of the required time in the section was longer than necessary. On a case by case basis I can see where some many need more time and others less, however it feels wasteful to have to wait a clock out so you can proceed with the next section/tests. Just my thoughts. Thanks.

I did not know there was a 50 question exam at the end in order to get my CE credits. If I knew this I would have never signed up. I thought the test was only for a "designation" and not for just regular CE credits.

Most of what's covered in these courses is "automated." The specifics, like symbols and endorsements, are easily referenced in real life situations. For the most part, things like that could either be removed from the course and test or included as a reference chart during the course and test. An insurance agent doesn't have to memorize symbols, but they should have a firm grasp of how insurance works in general. Just a thought.

I LOVED the "read it to me audio". That feature helped me stay more focused. I was able to listen to the content and read along for optimal understanding. With that assistance I was able to complete the test with a 93%.
Some of the explanations in this course were a little difficult to follow!
The only thing I had a problem with is, in the read-it-to-me audio some heteronyms (words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently and mean different things) are pronounced incorrectly for context. (such as the word object, being pronounced OB-ject, instead of ob-JECT)

I do w/c so am mostly unfamiliar with auto - I took this course just because it fit the hours needed. It was over my head with the way the material was written; it would be great to "dumb down" the writing so it's more easily understood for non-auto people.
i just think the classes should be directed more to Work comp for work comp !

I would like to see surety/bonds content in the near future.
It would be helpful if the screen would stay with the audio so you could pause & read (not just hear) the actual information on things that you want to fully understand but do not (or may not) initially.
So much more interesting and well presented than the Commercial Auto 12 hour course! I definitely think videos would help everyone retain the info better than reading, but I still grasped everything. This was one of the better worded courses!

The course and exam questions confused factual and normative claims. I hope that an insurer's high moral and ethical standards are likely to result in success, but was any evidence cited to substantiate the claim? My question #34 used an example that one party failed to trust another party, but assumed that that the lack of trust was due to failure to have an open mind rather than legitimate reasons for distrust. The question doesn't state that reasons for distrust were lacking but assumes that they must have been.

The buttons to mark the answers would not always register when pushed. The person who wrote this course phrased the stories and questions in a format that was complicated or difficult to follow for a continued education course. It was as if the writer deliberately tried to confuse the reader.

It is very detailed and has information that every licensed insurance provider should have, but a more engaging experience would make it a little easier to finish. If possible, having a sidebar with the course table of contents would be nice. Showing approximate completion time for each section would help for planning purposes too.
The length of the Chapter 8 material should be divided into 2 or more sections for ease of study and absorption of the material.

For the most part I thought the course was excellent. There were a few questions in the practice test that were a bit tricky. I think they were meant to confuse. However, they were not on the final exam. So I was ok in the end.
This question is sexist: "Yesterday, he ran a stop sign and was broadsided by a honey wagon, and the “beamer” was totaled. The insurance company is offering him $49,000"

I found several type-o's in the material or a few questions that the grammar wasn't clear in understanding what was being asked. For example question number 28 on this exam, who is Devon? The question starts of talking about a person's husband dying in an accident, then starts talking about Devon without identifying who Devon was. I think having someone else other than the creator of the questions, proof read these may uncover these nuances.
Courses indicated as "new" flagged upon purchase as "repeated" within the last 2 years (although they were new courses). Clarification surrounding available courses/applicable courses would be helpful.

I liked the examples. I wish it were easier to refer back to the course outline as you are studying to see under what header you are under. Also, I think there might be an error in the prorated calculations on the first example of that when an auto is covered by two insurance companies.
