I think the practice questions were quite a bit different from the test questions. Once I review the material I focus on passing the exam by reviewing the practice exam several times until I'm confident that I will pass. When I took the exam for t he first time I failed. I attribute this to getting substantially differnt questions on the exam than what was. furnished in the course material. Thanks

In the exam, having an understanding of how to apply the types of insurance was key vs testing an understanding of definition and terms as mostly done throughout the training material. Other then that, straightforward training with a challenging, yet, educational exam.

I thought the material was very well created. It relayed complicated topics in a very concise but easy to understand manner. It was actually very encouraging as to how much of each chapter's material I was retaining as I went along, which I know helped on my exam.

The end of chapter final should be eliminated in my opinion, being that there are end of chapter quizzes.

I especially enjoyed the listening while reading feature. Just made material so much easier to understand. comprehension I would say. I will continue to use Web CE. No denying, simply worth every penny.

I've been using Web CE for years. I love that all your courses give real life examples, end of chapter practice quizzes that help jarr the memory and other exercises within the courses. I like to read the material and listen to the audio for reinforcement. Loved this course as much as the ones I completed in the past.

The content was provided in language that was easy to follow. The voice helped me alternate between reading, listening and doing both simultaneously. The course moved at a good pace. Very well done. Repetition of concepts is helpful as well, as I am learning some of the content for the first time.

It was a bit difficulty for me to locate the LTC license section on your page, but I had help from a coworker. Other than that, I think it was very useful!

By far, most of the course material is easy to understand. I did find the quizzes from within the chapters to be very helpful. The examples in each chapter, in particular, were extremely helpful in understanding.

The course takes way longer than the time claimed on the Course. In order to get anything substantial out of it, and not just gloss over the material, one needs to spend about 150% of the claimed time for the course(s) in general. This is perfectly fine, except for planning and CE hours. Still, another good course. Thank you.

The Curriculum was a Nice refresher geared for Kentuckians.

Having to spend a certain amount of time in the course before it would let me access the test was somewhat galling. I understand the logic behind it, but the minimum time requirement was about an hour more than I needed to finish the content.

I liked the tutorials with "in-learning" practice questions and the example-based scenarios with explanation. Also really liked that with the practice questions, that the right answer (with explanation) was provided for adequate learning opportunity.

I struggled on one chapter so I repeated it's training. I was so so so happy to see I passed without missing any questions... I didn't do as well with the quizzes but I also went back and looked for the correct answers before moving on. This meant I learned it well.

I've used WebCE before and like your system. Here is my complaint. We are going at our own pace. If we take weeks to complete it, its hard to take a final exa and remember the content from week before. Why put a final exam if after every chapter when the info is fresh you have that quiz/exam? I suggest you remove the final exam. The chapter quizzes are proof that we have reviewed the entire content of the class.

The practice questions sometimes were not well written, and I had some difficulty understanding them. Someone, the final exam questions were easier to understand.

I just with the reading audio could be more realistic with its tones and nuances. I had to stop it several times and read the material over because I wasn't understanding the content sometimes.

Very user friendly and I really enjoyed how I could use this tool at my own pace.

In both courses, too much detail on the laws were given so I lost the overall purpose of the law and had to go back to make sure I knew that.

I noticed that the assessment includes a question regarding the home equity limit of a single Medicaid applicant using the outdated $500,000 threshold. Per the updated Florida Medicaid Long Term Care standards, effective January 1, 2026, the home equity interest limit for a single applicant has been increased to $752,000 to account for inflation and rising property values.

It is a bit confusing to figure out how many hours we have for the continuing education courses.

There is a reason why I have used WebCE for all of my insurance CE courses - because I am absolutely pleased and satisfied with its courses and the results that I have obtained from them!

I think some of the material is outdated. The amount you have to lower assets to for Medicaid I think has changed recently and is a lot more than $2000 now.

The individual reading the "Read-to-me" can read NAIC easily but LTC and LTCI and every other acronym with great difficulty and quite frankly is annoying. I wanted to strangle the guy after hearing him read L T C in such a halting way the tenth time.

The AI reader is monotonous and outdated, particularly annoying when it read acronyms; extremely common in the content. There is very little to differentiate between concepts as it reads like a term paper. Main ideas and key take aways can have their very own slide.

I really liked the fact that when you return to start up again, it knows where you left off and has a "Resume" button to click. Testing is stressful enough, making it easy to get back in helps to reduce some of that stress.

Liked the variety of methods of presentation: could listen, read, watch video, interactives. The AI reader's cadence was distracting at times and its pronunciation of HIPAA was humorous.

I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

The course content allowed me to pass the exam the first time with a higher score than required. The information provided was thorough.

There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.

I just entered the Life insurance with Equis Financial and taking this course has so opened my eyes to the options that people just don't know about. More reason to desire to share opportunities with agents and clients

I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.

I'm still curious why it's an 8 hour class with only 4 credit hours.

Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.

Some missing pieces in the chapter guides. In chapter 6, during the quiz, the question regarding free-look was wrong. It is 30 days not 31 days, as shown as one of the answers. Plus, this 30 day window needs to be explained better, by saying when the FIRST day is. Is it the day of purchase? The day policy is dated? Is the first day the day AFTER? And when does the 30 days expire. is it at 11:59 PM on the 30th day counted after starting? The industry formal standard should have been expressed in the material.

The estimated times listed on the ten chapters only included the time it would take for the reading audio, not estimating how long it take to do all of the extra topic reviews, charts, and practice quizzes. Everything else was great!

With the read to me option, it did not automaticallly start everytime even though I clicked the box.

I prefer to print out information and highlight and make notes as I go. These courses so far do not enable me to learn in my most efficient methodology.

I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.

The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in general, is just... It's not like it's a tv show.... If they wanted to learn about LTC, I would offer this to them though, 100%.

Course was repetitive but drove the major points home with me.

I wish y'all would implement a search bar on the home page of the website. I had to google the full the course name followed by 'web ce' in order to get to the actual page to be able to buy/enroll in the course. I need to take the annuity training as well and I have NO IDEA which one I am supposed to do or how to find it because the format is very confusing. Literally everything else was AMAZING.

feels like the course is longer than 8 hours and frankly if there was an option to "read it to me" faster I would have utilized it.

I liked how detailed the course was, however, I wished that about halfway through the course there was a part A of the exam and then a part B just so I could remember the material better.

I am primarily interested in the hybrid LTC products which were not covered very well.

Course material seemed very heavy in the partnership program and yet most states do not participate.

The brief quizzes should be more challenging. They're too easy compared to the exam.

The chapter exams really help me gauge how well I'm understanding the material and help prepare me for the final exam.

The content is to the point and well organized.

I did not answer most of the questions because they were optional. Had the questions not been optional I would have answered them honestly.

The background information on the legislation forming the basis for the partnership was very helpful.

Chapters that include examples for the content covered are more helpful especially for more complicated topics.

The easy reading of the content of the material.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.

Disliked the fact that we couldn’t go back to the book

one thing that is hard for me - although I still appreciate the audio - is the AI inflection is not often accurate, and it threw off my concentration

The case study examples

Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.

Course too long

I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material

I would have liked videos or other interactive content.

As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.

Can you make the reader voice inflect like a human? The flat reading didn't always follow the sentence structure, which means the sentence wasn't always clear.

I liked that the content was read out loud. Since the course was read out loud, the exam should also have the option to be read out loud.

it is obvious that the voice is computer generated. Simple words are mispronounced and the pauses or emphasis on words is awkward.

It was a long course and some questions were not too clear and somewhat confusing, but i did the best I could.

Easy to use and clear content

I would like if after submitting the final exam, it showed the correct answers of the questions I missed to help me learn the material.

The printed text material and the online content was NOT identical.

There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.

Very clear and straightforward lessons. Each section is short and digestible.

I liked the Read it to me feature

There is very little emphasis on the fact that Medicaid does not cover long term care expenses for most people outside of a Nursing Facility setting, so home care assisted living care and memory care for most is self-pay.

The majority of the product was very well done. I found it t be very flexible in navigating based on my needs and daily schedule outside the course.

My only regret is that I was unaware that I needed the 8 hour course instead of the 4 hour course. I initially purchased the 4 hour course only to find out that I actually needed the 8 hour course.

I would have liked more practice questions or a practice exam.

The questions on the final test, were not in the course study. Many questions did not make sense.

The examples scenarios provided during the course were very helpful.

I like short questions better than long questions.

It just seems ot be somebody reading to you. The questions at the end of the chapters were nothing like those on the actual CE exam. Kinda crazy that with an LTC license all the questions were about partnership plans and so little was reviewed. I barely passed.

May I please recommend an audio speaker that is not monotone or appear to sound like an A.I. generated voice. Thank you.

The "read-it-to-me" audio was too monotone. It put me to sleep even when I read along with it.

The autoplay feature didn't work. Annoying to always change the setting for speed of play for every individual section. The audio play buttons didn't always work well.

when taking the exam. it only shows you the wrong answers after you pass the exam. it should show the mistakes you make when you fail so you know what ones you need to study
