Much of the material was outdated; examples from 2025. That adds a layer of confusion.

Exam questions sometimes were tricky, like stating a question that assumes chronic kidney disease is the same as "end stage" kidney disease. So, you are left with figuring out which answer is MORE incorrect.

The training was a little long

It would have been nice if the reader wasn't so robotic when reading.

Written material was very detailed, but written in a language style that seemed to be dry and regulatory. The specific examples were helpful, but the course would benefit from more of those.

I struggled with the internet connection with the audio.

The audio was very helpful but there were many times where the audio did not work. Visuals were very helpful when they were available.

Too many mistakes in the material and much of the outdated materials were unnecessary.

A few of the tests' scoring was incorrect. Having to be active in atraining for more than 6 hours was ridiculous for someone who is well versed in the subject matter. If one completes the entire test, and gets every answer correct, the score should be 100% not 98%.

Most important is the updated information in these classes. A+ for current content.

The AI or reader needs to be a little more concise when saying Parts A and B when the read aloud is going. There were a couple of times I had to stop and go back to verify what was being "read"

The text was too wordy and could be edited and simplified. Make the text more down to earth and straightforward.

In the Basic Benefits section, it is noted that the Part B deductible for 2026 is $283. It then clarifies that the patient pays the first $257. That $257 should be $283.

THERE WAS CONFUSUION WITH THE HAZARD AND EXCLAMATION MARK STATNG SOME COURSS MAY BE REQUIRED , BUT THEN BELOW STATED REQUIRED. I HAD TO CALL IN TO SEE IF LTC WAS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT ENDING UP FINDING OUT IT WAS NOT BUT WAS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE ON MY OWN.

I use WebCe to continue my education often, but every 2 years at least one of the course doesn't have the read to me features and without it. it makes it even more difficult for me.

One section in MAPD course had no recording.

The new timing control is horrible. Why do we have to listen to videos for such a long period. You will lose clients if this continues for next year.

I have used y'all for years. I like your classes because they speak in small words. Also the test questions are based on the class material.

There are some errors in the curse, some grammar, some where a "cut and paste" change was put in the wrong place, and a couple of glossary updates that have not been done yet (e.g., ESRD).

I was grateful for the practice questions at the end of the chapters. Overall, it seems to be an effective educational tool.

You need to proofread these courses. There was incorrect information in this course. One example is immunizations recommended by the "CDD" (top of page 84), which I assume meant CDC. You defined palliative care as care for someone expected to live more than six months, but it is actually for someone expected to live less than six months (page 73).

The Read It to Me audio, in some sections was very fast. It transitioned from paragraph to paragraph, within sub sections, very quickly without normal, conversational pauses.

Would be nice to have the updated rules, premiums, and guidelines for the current year.

This course provided very detailed information that is most helpful for agents/brokers as well as providing historic information on Medicare and Medicaid which is very helpful when educating clients during appointments and enrollments.

WebCE is consistent with its material and selection, my favorite for CE.

There were too many abbreviations used for terms that are not commonly used. It was confusing.

I think the Medicare/Medicaid course was VERY dense in information for a self-study course. Maybe stick to the key components--not so much down-in-the-weeds details. It's hard to remember all of them. I prefer to get the main overview of the course topic.

It would be great if you can increase the 'speed' at which 'read-it-to-me' audio can be adjusted/sped up/increased. If that feature is available, I was not able to find it.

Practice exams very touchy in answer selection. a cursor slip selects the wrong answer. Important to confirm one's answers are correctly selected.

I've used WebCE for years. All of their courses and the experiences I've had using them are top-notch.

Question 5 was a bad question about part A funding, it this through income tax, part of the income tax. I did not think a fair answer was available. Class are expensive

Adding interactives and videos might help with learning of the material.

I did not like that I had to be in the course for a certain amount of time. The test should be available as soon as all the slides are completed.

After completing your courses, I always come away with a lot of knowledge of the subject at hand. It takes me a long time to read and absorb the information, so I appreciate the time allowed. I love that your exams are not ambiguous or "tricky"; they are true to the material and its always fun to see what you retain! The Practice Quizes definitely help! Test Qestion 24 has and answer D of $6,704040. Not the right answer, but come on, check the typos. Medicare is complicated enough. This course should have separated the medicare program, and the details of the specific plans into two separate courses. Too many acronyms, too many 10,20,30,60,90,100,120 days, months this, months that. I just wat to throw up after this course. This course, in of itself, should be a 40 hour in class course.

I'm really not sure how to better provide the content. Pretty dry stuff and you just have to soldier through it.

I would like to know the exact question I got wrong and the correct answer. I passed so there is no reason not to tell me the correct answer because I don't have to take the exam again

Your text content, including the historical changes, etc, was very thorough.

This section is lengthy and very in-depth. The audio reading is difficult to follow along because there is no voice inflection and the sentences run together.

This course was very easy to understand. It was overwhelming but very informative. It allowed focus and a willingness to continue gathering information. Thank you Web CE for providing this material to help on my Insurance Journey!

time courses seems longer than review time, senior/veteran agents, maybe shorter and pinpointed material. with 10 years or more training. just a thought.

Very understandable material

A consistent issue is the read-to-me audio. Please find another program that can read or hire a person to record. The errors your program makes are very distracting. Diagnostic Related Groups is not Dr. G. That is just one example.

I have been using Kaplan for my CE credit courses since I got my health insurance license and though it was a great site. However, now that Ive experienced Web Ce my mindset has changed and I truly enjoy Web Ce much better. Ive learned more during the courses I took. The courses were much more engaging, fun and interesting. I also feel like I attainted the knowledge from courses for test much better. Thank you for the course and allowing me to do my continuing CE credits with your company!

The course material is always easy to understand and the flow of material is spot on. Good sequence and structure of materials.

Short chapters are excellent for understanding the subject. I prefer chapter individual exam instead of a final exam of all chapters.

The test exams are confusing in some cases. For example, enrollment into a Medicare Supplement plan-while the answer is the Open Enrollment Period, because there are so many enrollment periods, it would be helpful to narrow it down. IEP or SEP is more specific than OEP.

I liked the options that were available for the speed of the reading material. It was easy to navigate and I like the practice questions at the end of each topic. I feel like it better prepared me for the exams. I really enjoy using WebCE and will continue to use/recommend it.

A challenging and informative ce

I liked that this was current, updated for 2025.

There is a question on the chapter reviews that you have incorrect. Question #1 on Unit 7 says Sally can switch plans any time she chooses. This is incorrect. She must have a qualifying election period - either AEP, OEP or SEP.

This course had way too many details and information that in most cases will be easily forgotten and they were burdensome. Other courses I have taken form Web CE were not this "painful" to get through.

The content does not align with the exam. Many of the exam questions are not clearly discussed in the content.

maybe consider more emphasis on the MA plans negotiating with medical providers on cost and more emphasis on approval methods for services are by the MA plans administrators and not the same as original Medicare. Can delay necessary services.
