I picked a course for the basics of life insurance. There was a lot of tax information, which made this much harder than learning the basic life insurace. I would have thought that amount of detail should be covered in another course for taxes for life insurance.
The audio version, along with the mini quizzes before the actual quiz, helps a lot. With each section, please keep this enforced

Once I knew about the control F that helped me tremendously. The person I spoke to didn't know about the keyword search, which it would have taken me forever. I got that information from another company I used in the past and was able to apply to your course also. That is how I learned of the control F. After that, your course was fine. No problems.

There was one question regrarding CIP I think that I think was incorrectly marked wrong within the practice questions. I would look over that section and check for accuracy. It had to do with what pieces of information are needed for CIP?
I liked a couple of things about this course 1.the read to me which was extremely helpful with time management and understanding 2. very educative I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved this course was a fool package.
Test is way to long...very unnecessary.

I wanted to learn more about how the amount paid for accelerated benefits is calculated, under the discounted death benefit method. That is the most commonly used and I wanted more information about how those calculations are done.
The voice over of the text was perfect, the pacing was nice and I felt relaxed while listening and reading.

Please give your agent a bonus; She is polite, knowledgeable, and very professional; You need to keep her on staff.

On a previous survey, I wished I could slow down the narrator. I found the speed up and slow down option. However I wish the slow down option was like 95% and not 75%.

The ease of using the website was more challenging this time. I've used WebCE in the past and this time, putting together the right courses and taking advantage of the package deal savings was more difficult to navigate. At one point I thought I may be caught in a loop with an empty shopping cart. I hope this helps future visitors to the website. For the record, I ended up successful, but it was a little less user friendly than I recall before. Thank you.

I thought there were a lot of litigation questions on the final exam. I felt that there could have been a lot of other quality insurance, product questions rather than so many deceptive practice questions.

Many of the questions for the life insurance tests were not even suitable for my local. The test was too long for one to remember since I don't produce any than a few. Reducing the amount of answers for the questions would allow this long test bearable.
I'm a returning client. I have read the negative comments on the AI voice, but find it pretty good. AI has made many advances so you may want to look into updating your audio AI. They speak now like a true conversation. I'm sold on WebCE.
Well, it's an easy course, but only having a pdf to read instead of videos or other media is a little old fashioned.

Three times on quizzes – Looping me so I finally could take the exam. I like to set up for the annuity section better. Except, there was no quiz at the end nor opportunity to get a copy of completion successful.

This is probably one of the best CE courses i have ever taken. This is my 35th yr in the business and I am a CLU, so i have a lot of expertise, but I learned something today I did not know---"the Accelerated DB is paid to the owner and not the insured". This is critical because in most cases, (the insured is unable to sign or apply for claim due to sickness or injury) so I've always thought the family would need a power of attorney to file a claim. Thank goodness this not the case. Ownership could solve this problem. My Mother-in-law was diagnosed terminally ill with brain cancer with less than 6 mo to live. The brain cancer quickly destroyed her motor skills; she could not sign her name. No one in the family had power of attorney to sign for her, so we had to wait for her death. Had ownership been changed early enough to a responsible family member, a claim could have been made. I have been in Insurance Company Field Leadership for years. Ironically, most insurance companies spend 90% of their time training the field on sales and not on claims, so knowing about how Accelerated Benefits is paid and how to file a claim, is generally not taught to agents and brokers. ***The Good News***your course provides a lot of good training that in some cases is NOT taught anywhere else. THANK YOU!!! A+++ (P.S. I will pass this knowledge to my agents and brokers and most important, i will refer them to this course (among others) by WebCE). Most sections cover two larger material causing you to have to go back and search the data to complete the test which was time consuming 5 or 6 questions is fine but the coverage was too much material

The material was presented in an effective manner such that I was able to read it once and pass with 100% even though I feel like I remember nothing I read. The core principles and what my obligations are as a producer appear to have become part of my inherent knowledge base, i.e. without conscious thought I understand the base criteria for the correct and expected behavior, which is to report to a more experienced person.

On the quiz in chapter 1, I picked two answers that I didn't get credit for, as it said I had picked other answers. I didn't mind, because I still passed that main exam , (100%) but does that happen often? Otherwise, I'm safe for another 2 years...Lol

I found the entire experience to be an excellent training program. I got a 100% score on the test, so I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this training.
The multiplying speed factor for read-aloud audio makes this course much more enjoyable (and efficient), for those able to process information quicker than the standard reading rate.
I liked the ease of smaller sections. I liked the introduction and summary sections. The ease of the way the information was explained, The use of examples helped in the memory of the content, I will definitely use WebCE again in the future.
The topics covered were WAY more in-depth than what the test questions reflected.
I like that I was able to read the material while a recording was reading it out loud. I am both a visual/auditory learner.

I loved that whomever wrote the course went into explaining how specific insurance products are used to launder money. A previous course I took did not say much more than "be suspicious of all transactions that should be above $5000 but are requested to be in smaller increments so that they can avoid the scrutiny.
Very easy to use
Some of the MEC info and the calculations on the las quiz before exam were hard to understand. But on so long a course I seemed to get a bit distracted and tired. But the WRONG answers to the quizzes gave me insight enough to help me with the final exam.

I liked that I could highlight, copy and paste any words that I was not familiar with into an on-line dictionary. This might be suggested to those who are about to take this course so that they do not go "blank" after bypassing a word that is not understood.

On the questions where we have to press on a button to the right, getting the buttons to move was extremely difficult.
It was a very comprehensive course. But I doubt most people could finish this course of study and the exam in 2 hours. There is too much to learn or be reacquainted with.
Study materials were significantly deeper than the actual exam.
The biggest thing was the tone of the read-to-me voice. It kept ending sentences or paragraphs with a tone that implied there was more to be said. I was concerned on a couple of occasions that the audio was cutting out, until I looked at the screen to verify the content. This issue may be because of an AI read-aloud program, because an educated human would speak with better reading fluency.
The format that WebCe uses makes it easy to understand and it is easy to navigate through each course.

The only suggestion I have is to slow down the narrator's reading speed, although you can manually change the speed a more natural flow of reading would be best, it's one notch between 1 and .75, that is not an option as of now.

The review text button should take you to the relevant paragraphs in the course material. We are all busy and usually do this stuff at the last minute, There is no benefit in spending a bunch of extra time going through the entire chapter looking for the paragraph with the correct info. added time needed for completion
You use too many double negatives
On the audio there isn't really a pause to take in the information. There are better pacing AI readers that will make it easier to follow the information and allow a little more time for not takers with pauses after a portion of information is to be digested.

The A.I. doesn't read well and can make things confusing. You should hire a voice actor.
I think it should be stated very clearly and more consistently than the history why people would use life insurance as a money laundering choice and what would it look like. most of the program refers to history this is Important but not applicable like the frequent examples and demonstration of clear intentions would be.
Some of the inter-actives were down and the read-aloud content was too robotic but the course was good overall.

This class could have been done in 20 minutes. The same information was repeated many times.
In the various tabs of text, some of the sentences were worded unnecessarily. For instance, there’s a paragraph in Chapter 3 that includes multiple lines of “… does not prohibit…” instead of simply saying “… permits…” or “… allows…” Wording sentences this way can cause conflict to the average reader whose literary skills are beneath standard comprehension. For fluency and eloquence sake, I’d recommend re-evaluating your overall readability. Thanks and take care.

Everything was very clear and the information was well explained.
The ability to sign in and out of the exam without losing the progress made, helped more than I imagined it would. I had completely finished my exam and my computer accidentally died so it logged me out of my account. Most website exams would not have saved my answers, and I would have had to start over and spend all of that time answering them again. With this exam, I was able to just review the answers I had previously given to ensure they were correct, and I actually found one that I would have gotten wrong the first time and was able to change it to the correct response!

I really liked it and it was very easy to use. The only thing that I would change is that it was very boring just listening and reading to the text. If there were videos that taught the principles with animated graphics displaying the concepts etc it would be much more engaging and easier to remember.
This course, for whatever reason, ran smother. The voice reading was slower than the others for some reason. It was easier to focus on all questions. I learned a great deal.

There were lots of implied questions that were not fully presented during the presentation.
I use the voice option. I feel on this particular course; it went pretty fast. Words seemed to be ran into one another. Very little pauses.

Great information, but 28 chapters is too much for 5 50
I liked that I got to be able to do other things while it read to me and still gather the knowlwdge at the same time.
There were 100 pages of content to go through. It took me more than 5 hours to study this. There was SO much information I was pretty overwhelmed, but then when I took the test it really focused more on the basics of Life Insurance. Which I was very thankful about otherwise I might not have passed as there was so much information in the study guide. Thank you.
I understood more when someone is reading. I sometimes linger and over analyze sometimes and second guess. Content being read to you makes you pay more attention and keeps you focused.

The voice has weird inflections. But most regard the word "However" not in proper grammatical use. Don't put that word in the middle of a sentence.

I would just suggest making it clear that the quiz questions will be reviewed and explained and maybe not having as many specific questions on the test about certain Acts because there are so many to remember. Otherwise it was a lot of excellent information and great learning material!
The settings and options to turn off automatic read aloud and font size made it easier to read the content.

I got a 70 on the practice test but 100 on the actual test. Both scores seemed to register at the end. I did not know the practice test would be listed and would have retaken the practice test to reflect a higher score.

I greatly appreciated this course and the audio version made it so much easier to digest and retain. I usually read with earbuds in for noise cancellation but this seemed to make it significantly easier. I read along as it went and everything seemed to click.
I like the idea of getting these courses done at a time frame that worked for me. I also like that I can come and go from these courses as it works for my schedule.

In the beginning of course on the pretest question group you said DOB was NOT necessary!! How would you write a LIFE INSURANCE product without it? I could say I was 52 while I look it I am 74! you have tell the truth and that drives your rate!!
Course recommended by state of Florida insurance dept for my 2 hour elective. Took 3 1/2 hours! Too much content for a 2 hour course (I am CLU ChfCwith Northwestern Mutual for 44 years) Needs to be a 3 or 4 course!

When I listen to the audio fully and take the exams, I still have 30 more minutes that I have to continue and review the last section 2 more times to complete the timing. That is unnecessary or fill out the time longer with audio.

i am uncertain how often i would need anything from this site after initial obtainment of my insurance license. if more is needed, i found the course recently taken to be good at breaking the subject matter down allowing for better retention along w/mini quiz after each section. i liked i was able to increase to speed for the read it to me option and was able to read along w/it which applied both audio/visual aspects of learning making it easier for me.
Question #5 is not worded well.
I like the read-it-to-me feature, auto-play, and that you can choose your speed for it to speak to you! Also, it was concise and the quizzes were small but intentional.
I wish my pre-licensing course was this easy to complete.

The AML/ethics requirement for the insurance state of CA is not great. You just send us the 100 and something booklet to read. It's not even a training course. Where is the interactives or read it to me audio? There's no quality in this.

I appreciate Webce's approach to continuing education requirements. It allows me to complete the required reading at my own pace to complete the testing.
I use WebCE every two years. The TOC on the left is new since my last go round; I like it! It helps me know how far I have to go without navigating out to see, so I can decide on a good place to pause and return later.
I had some difficulty finding the course. But that could easily just be me.

It was a short coarse and I like to have multiple options for learning. Although this was sufficient with the read to me feature, I also enjoy videos and more graphics. Though this coarse may not need it. ALSO... I called WebCE for an issue and the customer service was outstanding!

The recorded video content for the state is a joke. It is a waste of time to lump all types of insurance agents into this class. It seems CA doesn't care if i sell, home, auto, health or life.
WebCE is my go to source for my credits.
The material on taxation of life insurance policies could have been more clear.
This course needs extensive rewriting. The explanations frequently are confusing or imprecise. If you want details, reach out to me.
The material was visually reader friendly. The examples were relevant and applicable to the materials being taught. The overviews and summaries were beneficial in introducing the material and providing chapter highlights.
Anti-Money Laundering course were not described effectively on the website. So, I found it via google.
The information was excellent, but the course itself seemed somewhat short for a 4-hour course.

It seemed to me that much of the study material was much too detailed and complicated for what is requited in CE. Also, I though a couple of the concepts were not correct, (but I could be wrong).
Had page load issues during this course which made it difficult, called into support and they were aware of the issue and was working on it

as someone with dyslexia and adhd- the read-to-me audio was AMAZING!! SUCH a helpful accessibility option that is rarely implemented and/or done well in educational material. that feature alone made this course worthwhile!
It really did take several hours to complete this course, where as other courses took a lot less than the credit hours received. It was deceiving and I did not allow myself enough time to really absorb the information. My fault for waiting until the last minute to complete my CE's.
Amazing and simple course. The audio allows me to obtain information easily due to my ADHD. High appreciated for such a well created learning platform. 10/10 would recommend and refer to other learners.

I thought the quality of the course content was very good. The content was presented well. It was direct and to the point.
I would love to have Webinars - just reading gets old and not as retainable.
When changing the audio volume for the read-to-me feature, it would be nice if it stayed where I put it instead of having to adjust the volume on each page.
The quiz questions for the last 2 chapters were awful. Half the time you asked what was taxable and half the time you asked what wasn't. Ask the question the same way every time. Let me just do the math instead of also then repeatedly re-interpreting the frame of reference. I know the tax situation, but was wildly confused by your questions as to whether I was supposed to provide the taxed figure or the tax savings.

The questions surrounding waiver and estoppel are VERY confusingly worded to differentiate these very similar concepts.

the course give MANY, MANY examples, especailly in the tests, where a person owns a policy on someone else and names a third person as beneficiary. This is an example of a "Goodman Triangle" and would have serious adverse tax consequences. It should NEVER be done. I strongly recommend that you modify the examples.

One of the exam questions about mediation referred to being able to choose not to accept the decision of the 3rd party. I chose arbitration because in the statement before the exam it stated that sometimes the decision in Mediation can be refused. I realized that in Arbitration a decision can always be refused. I find that the exam question wasn't clear enough for me to choose the Mediation answer.

If this is open book we should be able to copy and paste the questions in the course to get answer.. clicking on chapter is not enough help for open book feel it should be easier to find the answer

The class credit units was inappropriate. The verbal reading in one setting took well over 4 hours. It including the exam should not have taken more than 2 hours for a computer to read the text and do the activities. If your classes continue to not be properly provided credit hours per the contect, then I can not recommend this course. Other wise it was an excellent course. Also loved the verbal reading to me.

I like the short reads and the read to me function. Makes it a lot smoother of a listen than just jumping back and forth to find the answers. It seems to stick easier in my brain. Would like some color though, graphs, and maybe some of the questions to be less wordy. They get to be too much and gotta reread it. I also would like the function of read to me for the questions that are wordy.

Most tests on here are really easy. This one was substantially more difficult. Was trying to watch Monday night football and I had to take this test like 4 times. CE is such a scam and if the states were smart they would charge more $ when it comes time to renew licenses so that they can keep all the money and everyone can go back to enjoying the game.

I accomplished this however I felt like the test questions were very difficult. I'm not good at taking tests so it was difficult for me. There have just gotten to obe so many options in insurance and I sell Pre-need insurance which doesn'trequire me to know everything about selling insurances.

From my own learning experience, the smaller the block of each section, the easier it is for me to remember. The long sections make it hard for me to retain the information. Some portions just contained to much information at one time for me. Thank you.

However, even though I have worked with criminals, I do not have a criminal mind so I am still a bit confused on how money laundering is profitable. How is the end result achieved. If $XYZ goes out, how does it change/increase? Maybe a good, short video on the process would help. I looked at some on line and they did not help.

It was long for 4 credit hours when compared to many of the other courses I have taken for CE.

Is the reader AI? I read the content while listening to it, but clearly the reader didn't always understand the content they were reading. Mispronounced words, lack of flow in moving from one bullet point to another. Not at all a smooth listening experience (consider hiring me to do it when you want to replace the current reader). Fortunately, I could follow along as I listened to gain full understanding.

Break the information down into easier to digest chunks. It's really hard to process what looks like a jumble of numbers and acronyms. It's really something you have to read 4 or 5 times for it to stick at all, and even then, woof. It's dryer than a stale saltine -I know, but perhaps breaking up the laws vs the companies would make it a little more digestible. :) Thanks!

I think this is the first time I've used your company for my license CE and I can say will most likely be the last. I'm not trying to be mean it just seemed like the material was for executive level licensing. I'm a lowly agent just trying to keep my license and the material and questions seemed to be for those that are leaders and those making decisions within the insurance industry as a whole. So many questions started with "You're the state insurance..." or "An audit by the state insurance department..." I have no clue about the insurance workings at those levels and yet I'm being asked questions like I am. Past CE seemed to be designed from the agent's perspective and made sense. Also some questions had nothing to do with the material that was just covered. Some sections were just a page long of material and I searched and searched but couldn't find the answer no matter how many times I read it. I hope this constructive criticism might lead to reassessing the material and making it more appropriate for the vast majority or your customers: agents

The Read-It-To-Me option was reading at two speeds. I selected the 1.5 speed and on some chapters the audio was both the regular default speed and the 1.5 speed simultaneously. When I paused the audio, the default regular speed resumed.

The read-it-to-me audio wasn't the best quality. The voice sounded very AI and didn't have voice inflection or intonation. Had to pause and read to understand. His pronunciation wasn't stellar either. But all in all I truly appreciate this approach as just reading for hours and hours is tiring on the eyes. I just like being able to look away from a computer screen to rest my eyes. Thank you!
Finally CEs where I can just take a test and test my knowledge instead of wasting 10 hours to click buttons and not learn anything. Love it.
The AI voice was not keeping my attention which made it a little more difficult to retain the information. That is my only complaint.

The $1 per credit charge after advertising a discount for the courses is a little like the airlines charging me to buy a seat after I have bought the ticket. Either include a filing fee up front, or maybe charge $1 per course rather than per credit
Much of the course content goes into far more depth than is required for the exam which makes the content more confusing and intimidating.

Taxation of Life Insurance is always the most difficult section of study to understand.
I felt there was way too much information for 6 hours

I would have appreciated more practice exam questions at the end of each segment or a final practice exam just before the actual final exam.

It is unfortunately not the design—but the internal wording of the course which creates some confusion. Insured and insurer are very close. It is a good course, but sometimes it gets snarled in the “shop talk.” Not much way around it, though.

Towards the end, there seemed to be many exams for the sake of exams rather than testing knowledge of the content covered. Some had the same answer for most of the 5 questions.

The course overall was excellent. My only concern has to do with 1) saying that policy loans are more like advances on policy death benefits: The insurance company is loaning the money to the borrower AT INTEREST. That is the difference between an 'advance' and a 'loan'. The fact that there is a separate loan ledger reinforces this 2) the section on dealing with the loans was a bit confusing Overall, a good course though

I like that you kept the course simple but if there was one thing that I would think of altering, I would have the text high lighted along with the person reading so if someone looks away, they can then visually see where the narrator is at in the text.

In the last 20 years this exam has gotten easier. There is no longer any emphasis on the difference between Layering, Structuring, and Placement, The correct answer is easier to determine because it duplicates the phrase used in the course.

Example: If an insured names minors as beneficiaries, the insurer might require that a guardian hold the policy death benefit proceeds until when? a. The minors were married b. The minors reach majority c. The minors are past age 30 d. The minors are retired I believe the answer is b, but majority should be maturity

The course that it states takes 7 hours to complete is not true. It is a misrepresentation of the course because when listening to the audio you have to wait and if you fail test keep taking it again. It was way over 7 hours. Also, too many policy calculations.

There were a few topics that seemed to me to venture a little too far into the professional workings of a CPA, such as the tax advantages and disadvantages of estate planning concepts - areas only people with appropriate licenses should advise. Everything else was relative to the insurance profession.

Have been in the industry for 28 years. Half of the material in this course is VERY advanced for most life insurance sales professionals. Would suggest removing some of the detailed material on Life Insurance in Qualified Plans as an example, and replacing it with other material.
Overall great refresher and overall content. The only issue was the monotor password did not work at the end of the timed test. When I started his password must have been saved and auto populated. Due to only using the system for testing he could not recall the password required at the end of the proxy and entered the wrong one or maybe the sysstem it just didn't work properly. It had to be reset which made us think worst case scenario I may need to retest , which would have not been terrible, but did add a little stress until it was fixed. Other than this I really enjoyed rethinking of all the scenerios and why certain polices are implemented. Thanks for making this a worth while enjoyable experience. DD

While I appreciate the audio, as doing a combination of audio/visual is helpful for my learning process, the use of computer generated audio is less than ideal - the monotony and incorrect pronunciation at times can be a bit frustrating.

What I disliked about this course was the tedious nature of having to parse through information that didn't specifically pertain to my Life Agent license; and I didn't like only getting 1 hour of credit for having to study 7 hours. What I liked about this course was that after I studied the materials for 7 hours I feel very well-informed legally and professionally. I am able to report fraud now and am very comfortable with how and when to do that. Fraud was a whole new aspect of the training this year as I learned from the Course that the legal section from CDI was just added last year. As usual, the customer service was wonderful! Thank you!

Company selected this option for me to complete my CE units. I don't know if I would have found this online, if they hadn't. That being said, if there's more CE units that I had to complete on my own, I may come back to you. I didn't see a list of other areas of study so, I couldn't say that I'd check on anything other than insurance. Your site and study were ideal in not taking too much time but it was helpful in understanding the material.

far too many uses of interrupted thought in the reading material. such as parenthesis, the use of "i.e.", etc. would be better to simply continue with topic continuity. these mid-sentence caveats are distracting. also the pace and inflection of the automated voice used for the reading can be very confusing. it's emphasis on many word locations is incorrect and pauses are missing where they should be in many cases.

I rather have a real person doing the audio instead of a computer, as the computer mispronounced words and it threw me off. Other than that the class was great!
What I find compelling that after a long career these correct answers are right at my finger tips. It's not difficult to do the right thing.

It is very long and time consuming. It would be better to be able to practice areas you are lacking and take practice quiz as an option and move on to the test.

If your AI voice narration could be adjusted to say certain words properly i.e. record. It kept saying it like it was a vinyl record. Certain acronyms weren't pronounced correctly. It would be nice to have a video or two to break up the content and make it less repetitive overall.
The test does is all over the place and does not follow the format of the reading. It seems purposeful to confuse someone taking it. This is the first time this has been so horrible that I'd rather take another company and pay out of pocket than use this one for free.

I loved this course. I was able to speed up the audio and follow along with the written text and even restart the audio if I needed too. The chapter tests were also helpful. As a result of the way this course was administered, I was able to pass the final 25 question exam with a 100% on my first try!
Was surprised that this ethics had so much to do with life and health insurance - would have preferred it about P&C but probably helped me personally, especially about annuities.

Not enough information on each chapter for there to be a quiz that follows. The length of the questions in the quiz's is so much longer than the information in the chapter. Ended up spending more time reading the quiz questions than I did learning the material.

I used to work for an international wire transfer bank in the investigations department 20 years ago. While non of this was new to me, I found it to be a nice refresher and the info was very clearly explained for those that would have never touched upon the topics.

The only criticism I have is that I purchased a bundle that met my 3 hours of ethics and 12 hours of classroom equiv, plus several extra courses that exceeded my 24 hour requiremen.but once they showed up in my docket, I couldn't figure out which course contained the ethics portion. It would be nice if it was a little clearer, because I am holding off on taking some courses until March so they will apply to my requirements for 2027. If this does not make sense you can contact me for clarification.

Recommended, user friendly
I don't like the exam questions because they focus too much on the "EXCEPT" format. Instead of recalling the correct information, I find myself having to concentrate on identifying the incorrect answer. This approach to testing is not conducive to effective learning and retention.
I liked the format of information coupled with the chapter quizzes. I took notes but I also feel that if I didn't take notes I still would have passed.

Pay a real human being to read the content. That was one of the worst AI readings I have ever heard. This isn’t the most exciting material to study, so having a REAL person with realistic annunciation and cadence would have made a BIG difference. I finally turned it off and just read it myself.

Nothing can be done to improve my experience. The course was a little long, but the length is required for the integral nature of AML training. The length is the only reason I gave it a 9.

The questions were too specific for Continuing Education. There's a lot to read and comprehend and more GENERAL questions would've sufficed More specific questions are more necessary for when someone who is preparing to first get their license.

I did not see any option for “read it to me” or videos. I am a visual learner and reading content is tiring. The content was great, but my learning style was not addressed. Videos and “Read to me” options would have been GREAT!
After purchasing my course it was hard to find my actual course. I tried the chat line and it appeared someone came on, but they never answered my question. I called in and they were able to help me. I literially lost and hour just trying to find my course . Then after logging in I had to put my license # & NPN in again. Why would I have to do this after logging in. I found your website and service not great at all. I also found your courses very boring. Most courses I have used from other sites have videos and cartoons to explain things or at least part of the class.
Felt the material was a little complicated for a CE session.
I hope I have learned my lesson of procrastinating until the last minute

I felt some parts are hidden and to trick this in my opinion is not the intention. The intention is to teach and continue education. The course addressed all the needed information that was required of me. The audio helped me to reemphasize the information for better understanding.
The section in the PDF summarizing and wording out the 1-hour video on fraud was somewhat bulky and image-filled, making the pdf laggier and longer than the course itself. It should be split into a second PDF to make the course file more lightweight, but still provide the video information.

some of the information was subject to insurance companies policies but in the material it made it appear to be set in stone a certain way. Example, accelerations do not alway leave a death benefit for the remaining amount, the policy is terminated

I noticed but wasn't bothered by, 1-2 typos in my ethics course. It's not helpful that I can't recall the exact lessons but with one example, the word "insured" was placed where the word "incurred" should have been.

You don't specifically say it so I got that wrong cause I thought it was deferred annuities or whole life but you just keep referring to it as life. When there are other verisions of life universal, whole, term etc.

I disliked the audio portion whenever there was a red flag used as a bullet, it would say, "Please pause the audio and review." When there is a list of 5 or 6 items with the flags used as bullets, it gets old quick.
I found this course a bit more difficult in remembering all of its content.
Multiple of the quiz questions were about the same.
More case studies and examples would be helpful.

The wording on certain pre-test questions was intentionally vague, which is not an actual measure as to whether or not one understands the material; such deceptive practices should be identified and excluded.
The course is so easy to understand. Instructions are easy to read. You just need to start and a quiet place. Take notes if you don't understand but don't write everything.

even open book studies and tests can be tricky and stressful. You took all that away. I will never say that testing for anything is stress-free but this was acceptable in my mind.

The website was a little unclear when choosing the appropriate courses. I had to call Customer Support and the rep was wonderful. But I would recommend putting the individual agent as the option for the programs rather than the zero credit courses. That whole drop down menu is so small and easy to overlook. Maybe you should consider putting all of the different group as their own tab so it is easier to select and direct to correct coursework.
I do not like that we are not given enough time to play the audio through.
When building package of courses, after clicking continue add another course, I had to re-enter everything all over again to get back to the list of courses. (I used the back arrow instead to work-around issue.)

The sections were easy yo navigate and to transition from one section to another. I love the audio, the real world examples and the summary options. I have used WebCE for many years over the life of my careers in the Financial Services Field. I think the AML information course should be reviewed to have more "real life" incidents reflected; and incorporate in the training some more "tricky questions". I am glad I got 100% - and thank you for your time and interest.
I liked everything about it.
My main issue with the course was understanding the difference between placement, layering and Integration. However, in the scheme of things, the difference is not that important. It's knowing that it exists that's important.
I liked the presentation of this course. Easy to understand and follow reading material.

I wasn't sure what courses I needed and called your customer service line and the person that assisted me was so helpful. He told me how many hours I needed by when they had to be done. And made some suggestions for the courses. And scheduled them for me and took the payment over the phone. He saved me time and aggravation by doing this for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

More than 70% of the questions did not pertain to the line of business that I was taking the test for - life insurance. Most questions were framed around P&C scenarios.
I enjoyed the scenarios.
I was very comfortable in navigating in reviewing the course looking for very specific term, purpose , goals and topics I need to clarify.
I expected life, health, and accident topics. Not P&C and legislation.
Everything was okay, except the lessons were too long
