The chapters were too long.

This course used to take 24 hours to complete, now it takes about 35 hours! It's being timed by how fast the audio is going.

It was super easy to follow along but the test was clever and difficult

This course needs to be updated pertaining to the star rating of MA's. There is ONE statement saying that the "enroll anytime" for star ratings was discontinued, yet throughout the course, it still states a rating of 5 can be enrolled at any time which is untrue.

some of test answers weren't really 100 percent correct and would have more then one appropriate answer

I was very confused this course in comparison to the others. I got 100% on my test, but I was a little more unclear. Some questions were just so clunky. The read to me - I had to turn it off more times in this course than others.

I like the fact that WebCE shows throughout the years, how many credits purhased.

The course was fine. However, some of the final test questions were NOT relevant to the material presented OR were unnecessarily complicated. I have been using WebCE for several years and this is the first time I found it necessary to comment about the final test questions.

I found the questions to be miss leading. I was surprised at my low score.

Errors in Medicare Part A hospital 60 lifetime reserve days. The way you presented it looks like every time someone goes to the hospital they got 150 cover days. You need to explain the 60 lifetime reserve days better.

Found mistake regarding when a Medicare beneficiary can make a change to a Part D plan. Called webce.com and reported it.

I thought that some of the exam questions were confusing.
