I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

there is an inaccurate answer to a study question about free look period. You had a choice of 31 not 30

The course content allowed me to pass the exam the first time with a higher score than required. The information provided was thorough.

There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.

I just entered the Life insurance with Equis Financial and taking this course has so opened my eyes to the options that people just don't know about. More reason to desire to share opportunities with agents and clients

What could be more helpful would be to follow along with the reading out loud line by line then opening the interactive and practice questions automatically as well. The read it to me audio was a lifesaver while reading along: 10/10. Fix the auto start of audio, it worked probably less than 10% of the time. Also, save the user selected audio playback speed. That broke all the time as well.

It took me a minute to learn and navigate the course but once I read instructions it clearly it was pretty easy.

I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.

Some of the material was redundant. Having the test questions recorded for listening would be a plus!

It'd be very kind if you had a real person reading it aloud instead of the weird robot voice. The robot worked better for me than reading it myself, but just get someone to read it for real. The robot's inflection and literal approach is distracting.

Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.

The read-it-to-me audio was a great feature - I just wish it was done by a voice actor and not a robot. The robot makes all sorts of pronunciation, emphasis, and timing mistakes that make it hard to understand.

I FEEL THE COURSE READING/PRACTICE EXAMS WERE MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE EXAM ITSELF. NOT A BAD THING, BUT MAYBE HAVE MORE REAL LIFE SCENARIOS IN THE EXAM.

The proctor was very put off that he needed to input his drivers license. I have never seen this before and this proctor at the library hadn't either.

This was an 8 credit hour course. It was excessively long and mundane for its purpose. Listening to the provided audio took well over 12 hours start to finish. The course included way too much information to be useful, learn and retain. This should be at least 2 courses, it not 3.

I wish there was more interactivity within the lessons and I would have appreciated a practice exam or more practice questions.

The estimated times listed on the ten chapters only included the time it would take for the reading audio, not estimating how long it take to do all of the extra topic reviews, charts, and practice quizzes. Everything else was great!

With the read to me option, it did not automaticallly start everytime even though I clicked the box.

I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.

I believe the addition of more interactives would be very useful.

I am primarily interested in the hybrid LTC products which were not covered very well.

wish the read it to me audio would continue to automatically read when you advance to the next page and let the individual stop it when needed. Or have the text auto scroll as the words are read so you are going back and forth from hitting play and scrolling the text the entire time. One or the other would be helpful both would be amazing.

Everything about the course was great and it gets you to the finish line efficiently and effectively. The only downside is that the AI voice is very boring and it is easy to lose focus cause there is no inflection. If say there was a guy and girl reader who switched off, it would keep you much more engaged and be easier to focus.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.

Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.

I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material

This course was a little difficult to follow. Not fort the content, but it was just a script being read by an AI voice. It was a bit hypnotic and sleep inducing.

I'm not sure who helped me on the phone last time I called in (yesterday, I believe?), but she was extremely helpful and kindly reset the expiration date on my course so that I could complete it instead of pay for it again. I'll order from WebCE again for many reasons but primarily because of customer service professionals like the person who helped me! Thank you!

Some of the course material, especially on the actual long term care specifics later in the course where redundant, hard to follow, word salad sentences with ineffective syntax and generally confusing. Parts of these chapters would be better understood with a careful editing or rewrite.

As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.

The narration wasn't that good, it was robotic which at times was difficult to understand the meaning of what the narrator was saying, e.g., run-on sentences, no voice change to end a sentence, etc.

I liked that the content was read out loud. Since the course was read out loud, the exam should also have the option to be read out loud.

Use updated AI to have the audio read to us. His phrasing and pace and LACK of inflection on words made it seem like a diatribe of words with no ADEQUATE pauses or natural speaking.

It was a long course and some questions were not too clear and somewhat confusing, but i did the best I could.

The system is very user friendly. One can navigate it to obtain promptly the information needed. Great format! I love it. Thank you!

I think there should be references to additional materials, such as books to put on your shelf.

Verbose and it seemed to have trick questions. A little misleading in some places.

The printed text material and the online content was NOT identical.

There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.

Very clear and straightforward lessons. Each section is short and digestible.
