I honestly recommend the length of this course to be slightly shorter.

Great course! Scored and 89 on exam prep course. Hopefully, I'm able to pass the exam now!

Some of the chapters could have been split up a bit more, especially Commercial General Liability as that chapter took me weeks of on and off reading between working to finish. Sometimes the definitions or explanations of certain concepts were long-winded and I'd find myself having to take notes to simplify them so that they'd make more sense. The summary videos did not provide a lot of help, as they were too general to cover all the topics needed from a chapter. Otherwise, I had an easy time comprehending the materials, and the read-aloud function was very helpful. It would be great to have a mobile app so I could study on the go or while doing other activities without the need of my laptop. But over all, this course was well-designed and I feel fairly prepared for my exam today. Wish me luck!!

The read it to me often did not follow the text. Some was very confusing and contradicting. Half of the videos had no audio. The person speaking was confusing and not professional with his attempted jokes.

It was a very repetitive course. I found many spelling errors within the materials. It felt like 95% of the course was created by A.I. and was not reviewed thoroughly.

I liked the course, however there were many parts that did not make sense, or there were parts that contradicted itself, so it lead me and others to be confused. Multiple times I had to look elsewhere for clarity. There were parts that were so long that it honestly should have been divided into different sections. Should have been more clarity in homeowners. I had to go elsewhere to get a better understanding because it was not very clear the way it was set up. The videos at the end of the sections were helpful. I wish there were more videos through out, especially for parts that are more confusing. This is just feedback, but of course I know it is state approved material, which means you have certain standards that may stop your company from being able to make certain changes. Thank you for the material, it was very helpful overall!

Since the content is very dry by its nature, the format might benefit from even more interactive elements, in order to break up the experience of absorbing so much new information. I also feel like I would have learned more if there were a good deal more charts and visual representations of certain types of content, such as the symbols associated with BAP and commercial auto policies.

It would be beneficial to be able to see what questions you get wrong and have an explanation of the correct answer.

Me personally, i like to be taught. Reading the course was harder to absorb the info. I liked the short videos at the end of each lesson and wish there were more of them.

I really loved the video summaries with the guy at the end of each section. He had a lot of energy and kept me going even when I was really tired

Did not like the auto voice not saying abreviations, etc. correctly. You should fix typos and other mistakes in the text.

The videos could have more visual aids

If there were additional options for the speed of the audio that would be a little more helpful. The slowest was too slow and one up was a little too fast when trying to highlight my notes. Also If possible to have an alternative voice, not so monotone. That would be a nice option. But other than that everything was great. This Material was a lot more informational that another course I had taken. I feel prepared to take my state exam.

Your website changes too frequently...

I am a person who learns from instruction. It was very difficult for me to just read the material and absorb it. I paid for a separate course that was instructor lead. It's not that the course was ineffective, I just learn differently.

I think it would have been helpful to provide more defintions throughout the chapters for words the average person may not already know. Also to better understand complex terms, i think in addition to the official definitions it would have been helpful to have explanations in laymans terms as well.

I was not a fan of how the AI was used. First, the AI voiceover would mess up quite a bit with pronunciation, especially around acronyms or numbers. It made it hard to follow sometimes. I have used other educational tools that use real human voiceovers which I think is a much better delivery. Second, the AI chat bot is borderline useless. I ended up just using Chat GPT if I had questions as it would provide a more detailed response.

Loved the insurance teacher who explained concepts and used all kinds of visual aids-his grandson's plastic race cars for example...and wore a ski mask talking about crime policies. Really lightened my mood, and helped me remember information with a smile!

One thing I think would be helpful is longer videos/having the videos placed at the top.

i would like the videos to be longer. and the read it to me audio is too monotoned, makes me sleepy

I liked the end of chapter videos where the man highlights and explains in common language key points. I wish there was better detail with state specific laws or a mini test to test your knowledge further.

Course material is just very dry, not your fault, not sure how to get through sections that are needed for memorization with percentages etc any better.

The sample questions were not even close to what was given on the exam

A lot of the writing and explanations in the course were not conversational and extremely technical. i had to often spend extra time interpreting the material when had it been explained in a simpler way, would have saved me a lot of time.

When I finished the lessons, it only used up about 34 hours of my course time. I used the time to go back and listen to some of the lessons again where I missed questions. I learned more going back in :)

The practice tests helped me the most. Being able to do each section individually helped me tremendously in preparing for the course exam

this course is not good at all. I have to study with my own book and watch a lot outside youtube videos

certainly outdated, old school. But has all the necessary information, definitely a 40 hour course with the material listed on here but definitely a lengthy course for non-experienced trainee's.

The material read as if it had been copied and pasted from a regulatory body's rules and regulations book. In other words, not reader-friendly at all.

Layout could be better laid out in order to more easily find information. Make results of the test available after passing in order to study further for state test. Too much time is allocated to the read to/read through/study of material before the test is available.

The read it to me audio was bad. It is a great feature but have it read by a real human instead of automated. The AI or automated reading was a huge problem that is my biggest complaint.

The Read-to-me AI needs better enunciation. The ability to bookmark at the exact location of the course would be very useful. Many times I needed to get away from the course only to come back and had to search where I had left off.

Having better visuals for all content would help solidify learning materials. Often chapter exams contain two of the same exact question, not providing diverse enough review after a chapter.

The program is great. Thank you for creating such a great program.

It would be nice if the explanation on the practice questions gave an idea of where to find the answer. Similar to what wise Bot does. It would be nice if explanation on simulate practice exams.

The workbook that was sent to my home was outdated and was out of order in terms of what the online portal was shwoing me the topic was.

Good Course. No issues with the site or learning.

Some of the questions are outdated. For example, the content indicates that minimum limits for VA Auto are set to increase effective 1/1/2025, but the question is still based on minimum limits before that date. I didn't like that I had to unlock each section to see the next one. I understand that all sections may need to be unlocked in order to take the final exam, but one should be able to review them in any order that they choose.

At First, it was challenging going through the section via the headers; however, it became easier when I broke down the sections entirely. Great product overall.

The only change I would like marked sections in which modules you score less than 50% of 4 questions to go back and redo. I had to find them my self. A feature like that would be nice.

The answers to the questions that were asked every 45 minutes were not as expected. This could be because I received this course from my employer but I had no idea what address, zip code, street number, etc. was used and it was frustrating to have to get kicked out to get to another verification question and continue the learning modules.

I don't learn well in this format. I much rather would've taken an in-person course with an actual book vs. this online format. While the online format was convenient, I feel like I missed the opportunity to ask questions that would further my understanding.

There were at least 2 questions that were written wrong. Your AI even answered them correctly, not the incorrect answer on the practice test.

The quizzes in the practice chapters were not helpful when completing the exam. The practice exams did not help when completing the final exam. Very disappointed in the course. I use WEBCE alot. I am not confident in the state exam based off this course.

I loved the video presenter for this course. I've been referring to him as "Insurance Pop Pop" and found the little videos at the end a helpful way to tie up each lesson

There were some discrepancies in the MO min. limits of auto liability policies in questions and content. At least twice I saw something along the lines of, "MO Min. Limits = 25/50/10" when they are 25/50/25.

In the larger sections, add more questions per subject.

The instructor in the videos was awesome. He took the stress away and explained things in a simple common sense and friendly manner.

A lot of errors in spelling. I purchased the workbook as well and some topics were not even covered in the course, yet there were questions on these topics in the practice exams. A glossary in the workbook would have been very helpful as the online one wasn't always operating properly. I feel like there were a lot of questions in the practice tests that were not covered enough or made prominent enough for the course of studying. Also, it was very hard to find specific topics within the course that I wanted to go back to and study more in depth after realizing that I did not have a clear understanding of them after taking practice tests.

There was a lot of information, however it was provided in an excellent format, and I loved the audio assistance.

I liked the video recordings on the professor looking guy but having the program read off information to me was the same as an instructor reading off a power point. That does very little for me .

Some of the chapters were way too long. Needs to be more interactive. The course was simply an audio book, not very engaging.

I think make the end of lesson quizzes longer. I mean we watch some lessons that are over an hour long but then only test on 5 questions at the end. Theres no way we retain all of that info but 10 maybe 12 questions give us more room to take in info.

it would have been nice to have one extension for a week with no charge rather than 3months with $50

I like WebCE AI the most, as it help me ask questions and help to clarify my understanding of the chapters & topics. Without AI, I would been so lose and confused for the most part as what I'm learning is too complex as if I'm going back and forth of what I just learn. Please update and add more examples, hints, & informations to WebCE AI to give me more scenerios or situations arising from my interactions with what I just read/learn in helping me gasp core informations or concepts

The practice quiz was much easier the the Exam. Which and give a person a false sense of confidents

Content is fraught with spelling and grammar mistakes. Content also does not match some quiz questions. There is wrong information and concepts are explained in a very verbose manner. I had to consult Google numerous times which gave me a very clear, and understandable explanation. WebCE is an absolute shambles.

Changing the voice up in Read it to Me Auto. You should give a female and male voice for the auto. It is very difficult to stay focused with same voice. Rentention might be greater if you could use either one at all times.

A lot of the tested content was not included in the course which made studying/reviewing difficult.

Some of the Guam Insurance law material was incorrect and needs to be corrected. I have submitted corrections to the Guam Insurance Commissioner. Corrections should be reflected on the exams but on WebCE and the Guam license exam.

The automated reading voice is AWFUL. I could not retain any information from listening to it. There were also several spelling an grammar errors throughout the course, which decreases my confidence in the quality of the content.

Read-it-to-me audio was difficult to listen to, a ton of reading that I think would benefit from simpler language and more breaks with videos or interaction quizzes. Would advise to shorten the amount of reading to increase retention

The outline of the topics could be more spaced out and have more short quizzes throughout the course to help remember everything that we are reading. There is so much information to remember so more quizzes, topics spaced out more, and more examples would make the course so much better in my opinion.

Overall this wasn't that helpful and was more burdensome. Reading the book from the state taught me more.

It would be better presented if someone taught the course material in videos instead of having to read long pages of information. It would also be helpful if you adjusted it in a way that doesnt assume the student already has a base knowledge of insurance.

Some of the chapters were very long, but otherwise, I enjoyed this course and feel that I am well prepared to pass my exam. Thank you guys for all of the hard work you put into the development of this site, you're truly helping change lives!

It would have been nice to know how many questions were going to be on the test.

I understand that it's insurance, but the explanations are so verbose and in-depth that I could not focus sometimes having to read paragraphs of text for a single definition.

I did have a technical issue receiving my exam results and credit but they resolved it in the same day so I am pleased.
