Grammatical errors. Questions designed to be confusing. A question on an exam should not state " which of the following is probably the answer" unless multiple answers are allowed to be chosen as correct. One answer could probably be right 60% of the time and the other could "probably" be right 40% of the time. Therefore, both could probably be the answer......

I like the idea of the "read-it-to-me" audio, but the audio is not spoken by a human narrator. The computer-generated voice does not read in a natural cadence so it made it more challenging to absorb the material even while reading along with the narration.

The AI reading is extremely boring and tedious. It doesn't even pronounce the words correctly. It's like a robot reading to you.

I didn't like the AI reading voice. It wasn't able to "read" the punctuation areas correctly.

I prefer to have the course taught by instructors that are visible to the student. The "read to me" format was fine, but I liked the instruction by teachers much better.

Very confusing. Examples in the teaching rather than just the quizzes would be very helpful.

There were several sections in the content that had some sort of "according to the following examples:" and there was nothing there and feels that some content was removed from the pages.

Easy to navigate and complete in a timely manner, recommend for future classes.

There are some grammatical typos in this course that can make the material confusing.

What is not covered and important is when creating a quote for a property without a lender, the effective date of the policy requires the payment to be made within 9 days of the application creation date. to hold the effective date. I created a quote on 12/19 with a eff date of 1/18/25. The client paid on 1/7/25 so the policy came in with a 2/6/25 eff date. I thought as long as he paid before the 1/18 date, the date would be honored. I had no idea about the quote creation date.

This course was extremely confusing. The speaker talked too fast and made it hard to follow. A lot of the information was vague and did not help when answering the test questions. Question 4 made no sense at all.

The questions are way too hard.

I had to turn off the read-to-me audio. Either there needs to be more commas in the content or the inflections or emphasis on certain words needs to be improved. It is too monotone and the proper inflections , on many occasions, are not conducive to learning. I did better when I started reading the content rather than listening to the monotone generic voice.

The reading of the material by AI is so automated it becomes mundane.

I think you need an editor to review the materials and find a better way to present them. I found the information to be overwhelming and presented in such a way that my mind kept wandering and I missed key concepts.

Typos and intentional "word soup" in the both the way questions are written and answers presented. is it the intent to teach or to trick. as the kids say, "this was trash"!

The Audio speaker read much too fast. I had to read the passages first and then play the audio reader as a review.

SO. MUCH. READING. There's got to be a more user-friendly way to present this information and make it stick. The searchable text is very helpful, though.

The exams at the end of each course are very helpful, however it would be more helpful if the course is more interactive and provide with more "real life " examples

This particular course on flood was a complex one , long question that seemed confusing

AI voice was terrible and did not have proper inflections or pauses. Lots of ru-ons.

My answer to the above question about easy to find things on the website is related to the lack of ease in getting from the IRMI website the WebCE website and finding my course materials. There should be a more clear link on IRMI to a customer's course work.

the course on Flood insurance was hard and a little confusing for me, had to re-read it couple of time, but it was me, i have never worked with flood insurance and i did really learn a lot, just keeping the different endorsement in my head took a little time, the the course was good

The electronic audio is horrible to listen to, other than that easy enough to get through.

The sample questions for each section did not measure up to exam questions. Exam questions are for more elaborated, tricky, and Required extensive study

No improvements needed....though I prefer the read-to-me section at 1.25 speed and each time I moved to a new chapter it reset to 1.0 and it took extra ti,e to change the speed. It would have been nice to be able to choose the speed once when asked if youu wanted the Auot-Reader on/off.

Flood is confusing since we transfer these calls normally.

The course questions were tricky and the course was difficult for a 43 year insurance agent. Too little time credit was given and I spent five hours not three and it was not easy or clear for Flood only

Course was very agent driven. Adjusters have to take the course as well- could be more practical

need more information for the endorsement section I was so lost because it just gave me a simple explanation of what it was. If you add some examples it would be so much easier to understand.

This Flood course was VERY hard. The Exam was WAYYYY harder than the chapter quiz's.

With complicated content such as flood, a video may have been easier to follow.

Please Please Please get a better narrator. Having the computer read the words straight off the page with no voice inflection or rhythm has got to be the worst way to convey the information. Seriously, this topic is already drab as can be and you guys made it even worse.

For us auditory learners, the voice was very monotone and difficult to concentrate on for long periods of time.

Liked the clarity of the material. The test questions were confusing at times but I understand the objective to make sure the student is understanding the material.
