The lessons can be a bit wordy in the definitions of, leading to loss of one's focus. Adding more examples can drive the message home & improve knowledge retention beyond the course & the immediate quiz.

Great course

Chapter 15 has a question that the "correct" answer is money laundering, which isn't really correct, the others are just more incorrect.

This course was very long, and the material was so indebted it should have been divided into 2 separate topics.

Course is very long and too detailed in areas, especially in reference to all the possible endorsements available. In addition, the quiz questions were very detailed scenarios in which the student is expected to make coverage determinations.

I felt some of the content was repetitive, I found myself re-reading sections of the chapters because it was hard to understand, in my opinion. The questions that were asked were related to summary chapter but I felt were difficult to answer.

Challenging yet doable. No errors or doubtful test answers unlike what I've seen products of a certain other provider. Well expressed instruction. Easy to use go back and review before answer feature. Well stated hypotheticals. Nice humor touches. Tough slogging through the endorsements at the end but Ok always was curious what all there were.

This course should qualify for 8-10 hours credit. I expected that I would spend 5-6 hours and it took almost twice that long due to the shear volume of information! Also, section 2 addressing Loss Sustained and Discovery Based policies is a convoluted mess. It is as if it were written by someone for whom English is a fifth language.

There are small grammar issues and some of the questions don't make sense. Being that we are advisors and consultants, it seems strange that the finer details have been neglected.

Excellent content and tool.

Couple of things... First, the choice of material for Commercial Property is very limited. Second, this tutorial was exceptionally lengthy with questions that were duplicated over & over. Unless it is a requirement to have 22 sections broken down into redundant questioning then this could be improved Lastly, several times I ran into a question that would say "all apply, EXCEPT" but when the test was graded the question would read to ask for the answer that DID provide coverage. You might check for any bugs in the system.

Very boring course. The audio was awful. A video narrator should have been used.
