The exam question in regard to the funeral benefit using terminoligy of "initial Limit" should be reviewed for clarity of what you are looking for. Also review the question for accuracy.

Its law, so it is gonna take a little of your time to read the info, wade through the litigious language, and take the exam. The material is presented in an easy to understand format. But it will take a little time to wade through. Plan on at least an hour to finish.

Some confusion regarding the funeral insurance limits. The initital material states that it has been changed from $15,000 - $25,000, but the practice question is $20,000. That is the only reason I was able to answer the exam question correct. Thank you

Way too much content for a 1 credit CE course.

It is frustrating that when one clicks on a previous section to review it, the following sections, though already read, are re-locked and one then has to click through each in order to get back to where one was, rather than just being able to click on that section and jump to it

Good course that was simple and to the point.

I prefer training that is not solely reading script due to my learning style. If the course was longer, I would have struggled without visuals or audio.

I enjoyed breaking down some of the more dense information into bullet points, really helped digest it all.

Montana Law is a pain to present and learn. It's law - and nothing more. My "mediocre" responses are due to the content, not the course designers.

this information requires that insurance statements be written in plane language, however this training has questions written by lawyers to intentionally trip up the reader. This is an example of bad faith questioning by the tester.

I like the self-study format as I can complete the course based on my workload.

In the practice exam, there were a couple questions that I could not find the answer to when I tried to revisit and figure out why I got them wrong. The information was not there so am not positive from a test perspective if all of the content was there either for pre-review.

If you could add in a more interactive way of learning the new information, that may be more helpful for us to retain the information.

The practice questions at the end of Chapter 2 did not correspond to the content in Chapter 2.

Some questions that were asked in the quizzes and exam were not touched on in the materials and information provided. I think adding some more information in specific regards to the questions would be beneficial in making the exam questions a bit easier to understand. Even as an insurance broker, the way things were worded in the material and the way things were asked in the exam, made the questions very confusing.

One question on the Diabetes subject was a little confusing - the answer I THINK was 12 follow up visits, but one of the other answers was 1 visit a month - so both could have been right

was a longer than 1 hour course due to the fact you not only read the course but have to remember so many details that are not HIGHLIGHTED by the course as important. very boring to read and hard to retain the required test information in 1 hour.

The large text blocks made it difficult not to lose my place from one line to the next. Smaller and narrower paragraphs would be helpful.
