The Montana Code Annotated is a codification and compilation of existing Montana general and permanent laws. The intent of this course is to keep Montana insurance licensees up to date on the specific laws that govern their practice, whether life or health or property and casualty. This course has been designed to meet this one-hour requirement with respect to the 2023 legislative session.
