The latter (last 25%?) if the course got bogged down in too many details and too many arcane limit and policy form features. It was way too detailed and unhelpful to those who are not experts. We can't memorize every endorsement feature.

This is the worse course I have taken. This course took about all day to complete. This course alone should be at least 12 hours of classroom equivalence. Twenty-four tests was too long. I was engaged for 1/3 and then I lost interest. Some of the questions did not correspond with the actual text. Some of it was not clear. I wish not to relive this course again.

This was A LOT OF INFORMATION for a six hour course. It took me a lot longer.

It is confusing and I believe unnecessary to present forms that aren't used much. These courses are more difficult when forms presented are not an option with company I work for.

Very pleased with the content and ease of using the software program.

I think there is a typo in the material. Under the below section for Subrogation, the paragraph refers to a waterbed as the subject material. In the last sentence of the first paragraph, however, a "furnace" is referenced. I believe that should be "waterbed" correct? Residential Renters Insurance: Exposures and Coverages Liability Coverages in the Renters Policies (HO 4 and HO 14) 5. 7 - Liability and Property Conditions Subrogation "In this event, the insured must sign and deliver to the insurer all related papers in conjunction with the purchase and maintenance of the furnace, as well as cooperate in assisting the insurer in collecting from the negligent party."

This course was very tedious and a few questions were confusing leading to a lot of time spent researching and re-reading for clarity.

This course had WAY too much information and the search function was horrible to find anything..WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION AND VERY DIFFUCULT!

While I understand the time requirement on the course. It frustrates me that I have to wait for 5 hours to complete the course. The audio is mono tone and can be very boring. If this is now a 5 hour minimum make the entire course into a slide show or a video.

One of the visual aids didn't have valid answers in the boxes. One of the audios was playing 2 at the same time. And please don't offer ridiculous answers that are so obviously wrong.

There was an question about a coffee maker fire. The correct answer references a stove not a coffee maker.

While this course was very informative and the information was very easily accessible, the time allowed to complete each module was insufficient. In order to read/understand and remember the material, more time should be set aside so that reps do not feel they have to rush to get it all done.

They talked about 2 policies for 6 hours of content and never even showed verbiage from the actual policies.

In chapter 22 Question 3 I was marked wrong but the answer was incorrect. The question says "Sue's rent'ers policy has a $200,000 Coverage C Limit and a $500 deductible. Shee keeps $600 worth of food..." The question asked how much would she receive back. I choose $100 and the answer was marked incorrect because it said her deductible was $300 (or another number I can't remember and didn't write down). That response wasn't consistent with how the question read.

some of the examples did not load properly. In addition, the course mention it was going to review the HO4 policy in "this section" however it was really confusing when references were made to different types of HO forms. More examples!!

Expand the allotted time by doubling it. It took double the time for me to complete the exam within the allotted time due to the amount of information provided.

In the last exam in this class the question says Chelsea had a loss to her ring and how much was NANCY going to be paid. There was no option for $0. ** the ring is not Nancy's ring so it should have been $0

Renter's and Endorsement information and exams should be broken up into 2 or 3 different exams to assist in retention of information. This may save time .

Add in more -- and more frequent -- interactive exercises. It gets monotonous with either reading or having the material read to yourself after a while.

I am glad it has a lot of in credit of classroom equivalent. I was hoping it has more 1, 2 or 3 hours credit classes. 6 hour credits are too long.

Questions are long and sometimes have poor grammar; names are just trying to confuse the reader. Otherwise, good course.

I think having a HO4 and HO14 separate sheet would be beneficial. Thanks!

-6 hours is insufficient credit as time does not account for additional required activities, exams, or constantly needing to enter account information to confirm you are still completing the learning. -Use of "poisonous snake" is inaccurate. It should be "venomous snake". -AI voice can be distracting as it does not sound natural.

Interesting and informative, however this course included information about the'HO 14, which none of our carriers (and we have many) ever mentioned this form. That meant I had to spend a lot more time on the course.

More practice questions please. Give hints on how to remember which form does what. Just making statements doesn't teach.

Lot of the questions were geared more towards an agent not particularly for an adjuster.

Was given 4 hours to complete it took me 6 hours by playing dialog audibly back to back with a 5 minute restroom break. Unrealistic completion time expectations.

Only issue, it said it was a longer course than the time allotted to me to complete. Other than that, was great!

This was a tough course to comprehend all the different endorsements. It might make it easier if you had some diagrams which could summarize all the coverages and differences between the HO4 and HO14.

Some of this language was so confusing ... unsure how to make it better, but some of the questions were set up to really confuse you ...

The content could have been easier to follow if it compares HO4 and HO14 side by side instead of mixing in or reference each in each section.

The exam was hard and the questions were kind of tricky. It would help if you could use course materials as it was a lot of info to retain without being able to go back thru for assistance.

The residential renters guide was long enough with the ho4 and ho 14 policies and endorsements without having to include all the other kinds of property coverage endorsements.

The only real complaint is in the grading where it shows what the correct answer should be is that the "correct" answer is in dark green which has almost no contrast to the black. Color should be blue.
