A few of the questions in the practice tests had the "Correct" response in the answers. I believe it was the second question on the practice tests for chapters 2 and 3 that I noticed.

Some of the questions were unclear or incomplete but not enough to interfere with a passing grade.

The test questions seemed overly tricky and complicated, especially the scenario questions.

Dr Head can be confusingly wordy.

We cannot have a standard time limit that must be met. The course itself is not hard or difficult to complete, but a mandatory time limit spent on the course detracts me from trying Web CE again.

I use WebCE for all of my continuing education requirements. The content is thorough and current and help me pass my exams.

HIRE A VOICE ACTOR. Seriously, this is the third course I've listened to and my brain isn't even absorbing the information any more. The robot voice is counterproductive! You are increasing your risk of a lawsuit by using this subpar teaching tool. At least, increasing your refund requests.

Video or critical topics shuold be highlighted when talking. Too monotone. Decieded to read myself at times.

For chapter 2, the practice questions had material from chapter 3. I was thrown off by that. Also, parts of the course were way too long. I think that you should split up the material in longer sections. That way, it is easier to digest.

loved the practical examples in the exam questions and focus on teaching rather than trying to trick me with confusing information and questions. Information was relevant and i liked that there was audio to read it to me.

the 12 hour course work exam was very lengthy, and a few of the professional questions could have went either way.

Humans teaching these classes with all their stories and experience would be so much better....and not boring...but very interesting.

The quiz questions and exam questions and are two long.

The waiting for the “time” to elapse after fully reading and successfully completing the interim quizzers is ridiculous — I’ve used other CPE providers that have found ways to better address this. Had I known this was a requirement of the WebCE design, I would have chosen another provider. Will most definitely elect to go elsewhere next year for my CPE/CE requirements.

The only thing I wish was that the speaker when reading the text had a little more enthusiasm, most often his voice in mono-tone

Be able to see "topics" ( not exact questions) of wrongful question answers

Would like to see some different content. Seems like its the same content and courses I've done for the last 14 years. Have recommended this to several coworkers and even my management a few years ago had us all take a course on your site. Very well done.

over 40 years ago, I worked in a Risk Management & Insurance dept. for a large technology company. I could relate to the concepts shown and remember it well. Good course.

This is longer than a 3 hour course.

The test was too long and questions were to hard to understand.

The topics get very lengthy and some information seems to be irrelevant particularly when it comes to the questions on the test.

I figured out how to make the audio reader faster! That enhanced my experience with this course (vs the last one I took). This course lacked videos and activities. It also had fewer statistics. And, while following one case study was certainly interesting, I would have appreciated more real world examples from the news.

Some of your wrong answers in questions are dated and problematic (e.g., referencing women's blouses as a potential peril); consider updating to be more inclusive of the potential course takers.

More real world examples. Use videos with animated speakers.

Educational course, which didn't overcomplicate the topic and had relevant quiz and exam questions.

The orator had to be AI. The voice was monotone and had no inflection. It is hard enough to learn a boring subject manner without the orator failing to keep your interest.

questions 33 and 37 are the same. It would be beneficial if student is able to print questions they got wrong.

Would be nice to get the correct answers.. Material is not related to some questions.

The instructor / author demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the subject. Enjoyed how the apartment complex was discussed during the course.

When viewing the exam questions with incorrect answers, it would be nice to see the correct answer.
