Overview

Commercial property policies insure existing buildings and contents, purchased by contractors for their facilities. Builders risk policies cover property under construction, installation, alteration, or repair, bought by contractors or project owners. Contractors equipment policies insure mobile equipment used in construction, purchased by contractors. This course examines the coverage provided by three types of property insurance policies: commercial property policies, builders risk policies, and contractors equipment policies.
