A litter challenging course, too much information added together for one course

One of the questions I was asked on the Medicare section was not accurate. It said if someone has Part A what do they not need to concern themselves with or something like that and the answer it had was incorrect.

I did not realize I needed a proctor and spent three weeks looking for one. Add more videos and audio for the glossary.

I like the combination option to cover all of my licenses and certifications and insurance Licenses. Also I like how they system told me if I had taken the class before. I really like the system and the content is great! I actually learned a lot.

I appreciated how the practice questions were not as excessive as I have encountered in other courses. However, I think the TOTAL number of questions for all of these courses should be limited to either only at the end of each chapter or only on the final exam.

I don’t understand why the names of the people in the examples are so odd…I find it actually distracting to the question.

I was pleased that I could just read the course and answer the questions without having to listen to the audio

LTC numbers put in as examples of costs were very low to what they cost in our area.

Very poor Medicare section. Many factual errors. In order to properly take the test I had to choose answers that I knew to be incorrect, but were in accordance with the factual errors in your course.

I like the auto play feature. However, if there was a video within the page, it would start playing that automatically as well. Each time, I must scroll down to find where the video is and stop it until I get to that section. After the first time it happened, I understood what was going on, so it was just a little time consuming to scroll and find the video.

When it comes to the Medicare, I think the key details could be explained and laid out better. That subject can get confusing and overlapping which again can be clearly explained better in my opinion.

Whenever I need to complete the CE requirements, I call WebCE and a representative will always advise me about which courses are more appropriate. They are very patient, kind and promt.

Course was excellent with one exception. The rules for Medicare advantage disenrollment period , to return back to original Medicare ( Jan 1 - Feb14 ) are incorrect. This rule was replaced by the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment period jan 1 - march 31, allowing medicare advantage beneficiaries to change to another Medicare advantage plan ( if the choose to) or to disenroll from Mdedicare advantage and return to Original Medicare.

Medicare vs. Employer-Provided Coverage This statement was made in the course, however clients need to be aware they might need to stop contributing to an HSA 6 months prior: Clients who continue to work after turning 65 should still sign up for Part A, which is premium free, because it might help pay some of the costs not covered by an employer’s plan.

I finally figured out on my last course that I could speed up the audio, which was very helpful.

It was a very easy course because it covered many retirement life and health topics for retirement planning and not in-depth but the basics of each topic.

Within the course information, there was an absence for advisors to make their clients aware of any potential NUA (net unrealized appreciation) situations for employer stock within their qualified plans. Which may be a significant factor in rollover decisions and methodology.

I was hard to find courses that qualified for both State Ins CE and IAR CE.

Excellent class but may consider breaking it into 2 classes-its a lot of material. Annuities could be its own class

I've been using Web CE for 10 years and I wouldn't use any other service. I like your immediate reporting to the state insurance board.

The read to me is nice, would be great if there was a way to podcast it or have it play through in a more class type on going way so I could listen while I drive or do another activity

i was impressed by Webce. The only part I did not like was that I only sell health, Medicare, and life yet there were still some property/casualty questions. If you could get rid of the P/C questions for health and life agents, I would rate your program a 10 out of 10.

The time is off. It took me much longer to listen to the audio and complete the exam than the credit hours received. Time should be allowed for people to take brief notes and review (read) sections at times too. That seems to be a common problem with your courses. The course materials overall were outstanding especially those dealing with Social Security. Maybe the best review I have seen in my 40 years in the business. The questions overall for this course were also very good. The technical nature of the subject material added to my overall view since it is based more on facts and laws. Excellent course overall.

I really liked te section on Medicare. It was thorough and easy to understand.

It was great for me, i am challenged with focus and comprehension, it gives me the chance to work at my own pace until i have passed.

Read-it-to-me audio is primitive compared to modern AI tools. It is hard to understand in places unless you read along because of poor rendering. It’s a very valuable feature, though. Just needs to be polished up a bit.

This was for 5 credits, yet it took me at least 8 hours to get through it, not counting the exam. I feel it is worth farm more credits.

There was an error in the Social Security part relating to one of the examples. It looked like the text didn't get updated from a prior year. The numbers in the example were different than the number called out in the text. I think it was relating to earnings limit. You may want to go back and check that because it looks confusing.

This unit needs to be broken into smaller units. Way too much to digest at one time.

Some of the videos had audio issues. Could still understand the words but there was some feedback in the recordings.

You should ask a few insurance professionals to screen your questions for proper grammar and syntax. Also, having more "examples" to illustrate concepts would be helpful.

The timing of the course requirements are not equal to course duration. The voice is mono tone and easy to tune out.

I have been doing CE courses for 15 years. Mostly through WebCE and this was the best course yet.

I think this is the best on-line course I have taken. My CFP practice does not extend to Social Security, Medicare and Annuity guidance. I have made myself familiar with government agency and sales rep guidance, always feeling it is opaque. This course was terrific. Thank you.
