Some of the legal language was confusing, so some explanatory information following the Articles that help break it down would have been good. It required re-reading them many times. This is a fantastic course with usable, real-world applications. Totally loved it and appreciate the content. One piece of feedback -- right after the section about identify theft and people stealing information that is not stored securely, you recommend in example 9.5 "Tell Someone Where You're Going" to text your whereabouts along with the client's driver's license to someone as a safety precaution. This can put the client's PII at risk, so you might want to re-think this example. What would be a better way to keep yourself safe but also safeguard sensitive data?

Very interesting and useful technical material. My only suggestion is that this should be a 4-hour course instead of a 3-hour course. For someone not familiar with the topic (and maybe for some who are), there's a lot of content to absorb in two hours and 30 minutes.

Prior to taking this class I did contact customer service because I specifically needed a class for Legal Issues in Colorado. She went through the courses with me and recommended this class and I agreed. I would recommend that elective classes define what category they fi into to.

The print in the test your knowledge and other blocks, text was very small. Hard to read. I use my cell phone to study and it was difficult to enlarge properly. This is separate from the rest of the course where you can adjust the font size.

Statement about firewalls protecting from internal threats is incorrect. Firewalls can be designed/configured to lessen and/or prevent Bad Things from "escaping FROM" a system as well as entering. The term is "egress filtering".

Some confusion regarding Articles and SOP in regard to new circumstances as result of the NAR lawsuit settlement. Might be helpful to flag information that may require additional explanation or may possible revisions and edits regarding new mandatory practices and procedures.
I like the presentation of the information but I don't like the robotic sound of some of the audio reading. Feedback along the way would be helpful. It is a LOT of information to take in with no way to hold on to it. Quiz explanation of answers would be helpful.

More information on legalities of undisclosed recording of audio and video. The appendix was not clear enough and mostly just refers to audio. I have video in our office and have to post a notification to the public that they are being recorded. What about the same when showing a listing?

It is fairly good
I consider myself to be proficient in the design of the pace. I have found that your lessons exceed 3 hrs more often than not. I believe there is some repetition in the lesson that slows the pace. If I were to take a similar class in a classroom environment, it would not exceed 3 hrs. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience.

Florida law uses the terms "customer" and "client" differently. In Florida, buyers and sellers are the "client" of the brokerage, and the "customer" of the agent. This is somewhat conflicting with the information in this class.
May not be specific to this course but let's make it so WEB CE courses can autplay on mobile devices and all browsers, not just p.c., and let's have autoplay for the continue button as well, right up to the exam, so we can listen to the whole lesson then take the exam without having to click "continue" so much.

The ability to use an app to view content and complete sections without an internet connection would make it a better option in the future.
A 3 hour class took 4 hours.
I will recommend this course. i like that i can stop. and resume the course.
Very much lislike all the legal talk. It could be quite difficult to understand or retain.

Straight forward course and easy material to consume.
The topics covered in this Negotiating Win/Win , the exam questions in the topic prior to this course had the current course terms. I had a hard time to go thru the exam.

FUN AND EASY
I have been a realtor for almost twenty years, and this course offered new concepts to consider and use, and it was fun in the process! Well Done!
I enjoy how easy it is to order coures and complete them at my own pace.
Times out to quickly and then you can sign back in. You have to close it out and then sign back in. Also, 2.5 hours is way to long of a requirement for completion.
Great course for business and personal relationships.
