I really LOVED the course being all video formatted...made it so easy to follow and get through the content. This guy is pretty great....don't agree with 100% of his philosophies yet respect him nonetheless and will use many of his strategies in the future.

With the exception of a couple tidbits of info, this training lacked substance and the quiz questions were almost silly. I don't feel like I learned much from this course outside of the content in maybe one chapter, which was focused on negotiating the sales contract for a seller.
stronger market analysis. I used to have a killer formula. Not sure what I did with it.
Some content was edited out. Speaker would often say here are 3 elements, but only 2 covered in video.
