As with other insurance policies, the personal auto policy (PAP) provides a number of endorsements that can be used to modify the coverage to meet an insured’s specific needs. The purpose of this course is to provide an in-depth review of the various endorsements ISO has developed to modify the standard ISO Personal Auto Policy. These endorsements can be used to meet customer needs and avoid costly coverage gaps.

Grammatical errors can cause delays in having to re-read and self edit as in the following example: "8. Endorsements Introduced in 2018 8.1 Endorsements Introduced in 2018 ISO introduced several six endorsements in 2018 in response to the changing needs of insurers and insurers. This chapter introduces these six endorsements which are, of course, designed to be used in conjunction with the 2018 edition of the PAP."
Great platform, very informative. Would not change
The two hour course was longer than 2 hours. Maybe shorten the content for that small number of hours.
For two credit hours, this was an incredibly difficult and tedious course. I have taken many courses on Web CE, and this was by far, the worst.
exam questions too long and ambiguous!
The course helper was SO GREAT! The way the chapters were divided without forcing you to read 100 pages before a quiz was so helpful. I love this format. It is much more user friendly than what I have experienced with RegEd.

Audio is actually distracting due to mis-pronunciations and incorrect inflections.
learned quite a bit!
Had to call in to get help with WebCE and they were very helpful in explaining how things work and what to do.
Course material not clear in certain areas to match questions/Answers in quizzes. In comparison to length of other courses taken, this course should count for more than two hours of continuing education.

there seemed to be a couple errors like the distance w/n Mexico the agent told the customer, 5 miles vs 25 miles max & there was another issue, no vehicle? i think versus no person or psgr? I think
