I appreciated that the course materials were provided as a searchable PDF and that the exam was open-book. Being able to search the document made the process efficient and practical. The content itself was well-written and easy to understand — it avoided heavy insurance jargon and explained the concepts clearly. I found the material informative and relevant. One observation: while the course is listed as three hours, with the searchable format and open-book exam it felt shorter than that for someone who could efficiently locate the information. That said, the quality of the content more than made up for it. There is a chance I missed something, eek. Overall, I had a positive experience and look forward to using your service again. It was difficult to get through the reading because it was just solid blocks of text with a few illustrations. No audio read along option was available that I could see. I think I mainly passed the test 100% because of my experience in the industry. I would recommend making the course more interactive.

One of the test questions had 4 wrong answers, and I assume this is the one I got a wrong answer on, please check it

I would have preferred a slide show style learning, video style learning, etc. It is hard to sit and ready through over 60 pages of PDF.

There is question that is very confusing about a man considering rebuilding a garage and he hasn't decided yet. And it asks something about how much insurance is required to pay. Well if we looked at acv vs replacement cost, it would seem that we would pay 1500, But 1500 is not there and none of the other answers make sense so I just picked 2000. It should just say what he chose, I don't understand the point of making the question confusing. We just need to know how to do the math to figure it out and not have a solid number to work with the way the question is posed makes it take way longer than it should

Videos are more interesting then just reading a pamphlet

Way harder for me than the Life/Health Insurance courses, but I was still able to complete with 100% accuracy. Great info!

The only thing I did not like about this course was the length of the PDF, of course I'm aware of the necessity of being thorough in everything needing to be explained so y'all don't get sued for liability in not thoroughly training. But I do wish there was as well a summarized pdf that would answer the questions at the beginning of the, at the end of this course you'll be able to do xyz... For someone with little attention span it would help greatly.

easy to use

Very basic. Good foundational information. For new agents, it might be good to cover the use of the tools used to determine valuation a bit more. As a former personal lines underwriter, I know that lack of understanding of the valuation tools was often a source of issues with over/under estimated replacement cost calculations.

audio is a very nice feature, but I found it hard to follow after listening for a few minutes - it became too monotone. but still a very nice feature.

think there are too many calcualtion claim payment amount I think that we can figure this out when a claim is present but for a test is hard to get the correct answer even if is open book test

The table of contents helped me find the answers I was looking for.

the xam was really fast and good because the material helped a lot and never struggled to find anything in the material section.

Hard and tricky questions

Write the course more clearly.

you dove deep into some areas that were very confusing.

The questions are tricky, not knowing what you didnt get right is frustrating. Usually bolding information during the course is helpful to what the questions are going to require.

I miss the practice questions.

i would recommend that the course has interact 3 quiz questions through each section to engaged the learning pattern for the student and prompt them for the test at the conclusion of the course.

I have a recommendation - because each exam requires a 70% passing grade, you need to implement a feature in the testing system that once we answer enough questions that will guarantee a 70% passing grade, we should be allowed to leave the exam. Same goes if we do not answer enough questions correctly, we should be asked to re take before the exam is over. I do not need to get a 90%... I don't care.

There appeared to be a few typos on the questions. One involving the example, "Sonya" and Coverage D which the material says is not relevant to this course. These typos caused confusion in the answers given.

Extremely helpful. Confirmation that the courses in the catalog met the state requirements for my renewal would have been helpful.

I am used to going through the interactive material and then taking an exam. I had to read the guide on my own and then go back and take the exam. I didn't like that at all.

The course exam was not well related to the subject matter. No explanation of mathematical equations used, incomplete information to answer correctly, un-necessary information not related to the question. Typical confusion licensing exam.
