you should add more graphic organizers and break the larger areas of the content into smaller sections and provide more learning memory devices

This is some of the clearest content presentation I have seen in a while. The text to voice feature is invaluable as an auditory learning aide! I appreciate the videos at the end to provide clarity to either difficult or confusing terms and/or policy.

It would be best to have the correct dates and amount for state specific thing even in the general sense, since we are most likely taking the test required for the state. i am taking Florida and yes i can use this as a reference i cannot commit everything learned to memory because it could mess with my answers on the more detailed parts.

I liked that the course material was understandable, the instructor in the videos was a good teacher, and the hyperlinks in the chapters were helpful to use for definitions. I think it would be nice if the instructor in the videos could have longer lectures though, he was helpful for understanding some concepts that were confusing.

I feel like the course helped me study with using other materials as well. You tube videos helped reinforce what I learned. While the course was informative, it was boring. I had to reread most sections. I think more real life examples and interactive exercises would be great.

Simple reason, your information is not correct or its innacurate or not updated. IF I relied on your material for exam, i would fail. example, your dates and sometimes coverage or cost of some of these things are incorrect. Thats a huuuge failure and setting me up to not pass the exam, i cant rely on for the exam which is sad and defeats the whole purpose, why would i want to learn the inocrect dates and money for an exam that relies on these things???????

i liked everything about the course except i don't really like to hear the audio all the time. it sort of makes me zone away from paying attention. maybe thats just me trying to keep focus and knowing what's distracting to me.

One thing I think would make the course better is having the page scroll along with the audio. I often found myself getting lost when trying to keep up with the audio. I think a read along would be perfect!

Great course!

The speed of audio is a bit too fast for me. If there’s a choice would be better. In study aid, it only shows how many times something appears, but bo button to get onto to the search found quickly. If that feature can be put in, it would be much easier to review the section needed.

There was some grammatical and misspellings in some areas.

The functionality of this course was not easy to follow. Also annoying that audio started automatically playing every time I started a lesson and I have to manually shut it off. Also there is was some sort of technical error with all the practice questions.

there needs to be far more interactive activities between chapters (like the test-your-knowledge sections) as many of these chapters are VERY long and VERY dense. hands-on practice in addition to the quizzes will best help learners retain the information long term.

The video at the end where the guy sums up everything helps a lot. He takes all of the info you just taken in and simplifies it in less than 3 minutes.

Instead of just reading the outline out loud, I wish there would have been more interactive videos and questions.

It was very informative however my teacher said it includes too much information that isn't covered on the exam. Some of the extra information may cause confusion to future students if they don't have someone telling them what they really need to hone in on. I would suggest you make your questions more like the exam.

I have ADHD and I've been really struggling lately. The volume of reading for this material made it incredibly hard to the point where halfway through, I skipped the readings and went straight to the video, went over key facts, and then did the quiz at the end for each chapter. I think I should have had to get more than just three questions right because I don't feel like I got a good grasp of the material but it's so so so difficult to sit at my computer and read. The audio voice is droning and automated and just annoying to listen to, frankly. I would much prefer a more stimulating and challenging course to keep me engaged and better help me understand the material. In spite of passing the certificate exam, I do not feel ready for the state exam.

Easier search option for quickly finding terms instead of relying solely on the glossary. A note or highlighter option would also be helpful when reviewing materials covered.

I disliked the AI audio reader, it made it hard to listen and follow along. is it possible to update to real audio voice over?

I felt the course content, while well dome on its own, was significantly enhanced by Teleperformance's instructor, Anthony Swieker.

The course was a lot of information in such short time but our instructor made sure we each understood and dissect through each chapters Improve: Group sessions, more games

everyone would benefit from a longer class period of more than 7 days. to much information being fit into a small timeframe.

Too much information to absorb in such a short time. The questions are not clear and descriptive in the way they should be making it quite difficult to obtain a high enough score. The contents while very informative, is too brief, and then repeats the same single point or two through out the chapters. It did help the information stick, but there are other details that need more elaborate explanations. On the flip side, some of the hypothetical scenarios need less context, with a large amount of filler story making it difficult to understand what is being covered.

Not helpful to pass the TX License

I like the videos. Having some sections of videos would be nice. A little more on the lecture side as opposed to just reading or listening. That's just more my style of learning. I liked the videos at the end even though they were short.

Some of the material was poorly proofread.

I dislike errors in the material. For example, one example said the deductible percentage was 5% and then in the math breakdown it used a 2% deductible. There were small grammar errors here and there. Another concept was the insurer and agent had to keep transaction history for 3 years, but it is 5 years for insurers and 3 years for agents. The number of CE required to be completed every 2 years for law and ethics for Florida was taught by our instructor to be four hours, but in the content it said three hours. There is also health insurance and commercial insurance material in this course that is not relevant to the personal lines insurance exam. To improve the course, I suggest fixing errors, irrelevant material for the exam, and keeping up-to-date on information that may have changed since the creation of the course, regarding the transaction history and hours of CE. I truly liked the examples, it helped me understand the material tremendously, and the course would be improved if more examples are provided for difficult concepts. It would also be helpful to provide more in depth explanations for the reason why the right answer is right and the wrong answers are wrong for more difficult topics. For context, I have no background history in insurance, and I do not have any insurance policies at all. So, explaining things with people who have no background in insurance in mind, would help tremendously with understanding the material. I truly enjoyed this course, and I appreciate everyone who has made this course possible. Thank you very much.

Loved the course. Would be great if the course followed the Personal lines workbook. There were times when the course covered stuff not in the book and some things in the book like Surplus lines, inland marine. not a huge deal but was slightly confusing when learning something completely new.

I would prefer if the information in the chapters was more summarized and was more to the point. The reading was very tedious and I had to look for the important information to memorize.

Some questions have no names in the question itself, but uses names in the answer choices which is a little confusing.

a lot of the info is uneccessary. narroe it to what is required on the state exam. It will save students time as the information is A LOT. revise it to need to know. good job on the example tho. Some of your quiz question answers would mark the correct answer as wrong. fix that too.

More questions need to be added because that will help people remember better if they are going through the questions and are constantly reminded of what they learned.

I would recommend either starting with flash cards first, or more videos and charts in the chapters to break it up and keep readers engaged. Also maybe another option would be to select a different voice or highlight sentences as the voice is reading along.
