Registration Is Now Open for the
2016 IRMI Emmett J Vaughan Agribusiness Conference in Des Moines,
Iowa
Dallas, TX, June 22, 2016—International Risk
Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI®), is now accepting registrations
for the IRMI Emmett J Vaughan Agribusiness Conference (AgriCon), to be held in
Des Moines, Iowa, on September 22–23, 2016. This is the last AgriCon of
2016.
AgriCon is designed for those who must understand,
mitigate, or insure farm and agribusiness exposures. Participants can attend
classes leading to the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS®)
certification or attend breakout sessions for advanced knowledge and

The AFIS certification is the insurance industry’s
only professional credential for those who serve the farm and agribusiness
communities. Nearly 1,900 people have earned the AFIS certification, and
another 1,400 are in the process of completing its requirements. Participants
in the AFIS program may join the AFIS LinkedIn group.
