after the devastation of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria.
These pages have been posted in IRMI social media, and we encourage sharing.
Our founder and chairman, Bill McIntyre, has stated that he would “like to
spread the word far and wide to help the highest number of people.”
Our publications Personal Risk
Management and Insurance (PRMI) and Commercial
Property Insurance (CPI), along with other flood resources, are now
available until October 31, 2017, to those of you in Texas, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Florida, and Puerto Rico at no charge.
We stand ready to help as the claims paperwork begins, knowing that this
tragedy will affect our industry and the citizens of all the affected regions
for months to come.
In addition to our FAQ page titled “Hurricanes: 12 Things You Need To
Know Now about Your Insurance,” you can also download our free guide,
“10
Key Steps To Prepare for a Disaster.” These resources are consumer-friendly
pieces to help insurance professionals get the word out quickly to their
clients. We encourage agencies to use the information on their own websites. A
webinar will also be available, as will links to additional sources of
information.
