New Mexico recently updated the CE renewal requirements for insurance
producers and adjusters, including flood training. Insurance producers who wish
to sell flood insurance products must now complete 4-hours of NFIP
Flood Training. This one-time training must be completed by 2/27/2019
in order to sell flood insurance products. If you have already completed a
3-hour flood training course, you are required to make up the additional
hour.
Missing New Mexico flood insurance training hours? WebCE® has you
covered! Our course, Advanced Flood Insurance: Elevation Certificates and
Grandfathering, is approved for the necessary 4-hours of NFIP flood
training. This course covers two areas of the National Flood Insurance
Program’s training curriculum and is written to the outlines and learning
objectives specified by FEMA.
